What a property. We were 30 minutes late arriving due to traffic, and the hosts waited for us to turn up even though they had plans. The B&B was very well looked after, lovely furniture, towels were like new, rooms of a large size.

The hosts provided an array of food for a week, were staying 3 nights. Overlooking the balcony was St Georges basin, a lake that was so picturesque I could gave sat there and chilled all day.

Close to town, restaurants and whale watching. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Excelent Option in Jervis Bay

This B&B is a perfect option for a couple that want to be close to Huskisson but with relax. Grant & Cristine are the perfect hosts and all the facilities are clean and decorated with good taste. We highly recommend.

Best B&B we have stayed at while in Australia!

We cannot fault our stay at the Edgewater B&B. Graham and Christine were wonderful hosts and are clearly very house proud, which shows in the exceptional cleanliness and presentation of the property. The lovely pool and garden area was the icing on the cake, such a great space to relax in after spending the day at the beach or exploring the local area. We without a doubt would book to stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

The property exceeded expectations and is in a great location. The hosts, Graeme and Christine are so friendly and helpful. Graeme even dropped me off to my friend’s wedding so I could have drinks with friends. Will definitely stay here again when I am visiting Jervis bay.

Very very clean and modern home by the bay. There's a veranda overlooking the water where you can have breakfast every morning and a cup of the tea in the evening. The rooms are spacious with a couch and TV area for watching TV in the evening. A lot of personal touches like having a separate beach towel for you in case you want to go to the beach and a nice selection of T2 teabags/coffee pods in the kitchen. Very comfortable place. Would recommend.

Relax to the Max

We stayed for 3 nights. Nice central location, close to a golf course, fishing and beaches at Jervis Bay. Very Quiet and relaxing. The hosts Graham and Christine were just lovely and accommodating, and really made us feel at home. It was so lovely sitting on the back deck early in the morning with a coffee watching the sun rise over St Georges Basin through the gum trees, while Kookaburras, Rosellas, Pigeons and several other variety of birds would be chirping away.

Nice spot in Jervis Bay. Quite and handy to every where. I love the books provided in the house gives us lots of local information . Thanks to Graham telling us the Booderee National Park. We explore the park and had lots of surprises finding beautiful beaches. So much to do in the area and we had a great time! Thanks again Graham and Christine!

A delightful B&B right on the water

A lovely spot, beautiful relaxed accommodation, very comfortable. This is located at the edge of the inlet and across the water from a National Park. Our hosts Graham & Christine we’re just lovely people and gave us a great breakfast with kangaroos nearby. Absolutely stunning environment. We plan to return and of course share our find with friends. The Shoalhaven area is very interesting with lovely beaches full of beautiful white sand and Graham knows all, having grown up here. We really enjoyed our stay at The Edgewater, we were made feel so welcome by our hosts, it was like staying at a five star hotel with only eight guests. Location was great and close to all the beaches etc, and we were served an amazing breakfast both mornings, again first class service. We'll be definitely recommending this b&b to family and friends.

Great value in Jervis Bay.

My partner and I stayed here to celebrate an anniversary weekend in Jervis Bay. We stayed in room 4 which is downstairs and probably the most private room (as rooms 1,2 and 3 were all upstairs near the main common area). Amenities were just what we needed.
Location is lovely and just a 15 min drive to Huskisson or the National Park, this spot is great if you want to be close to all the usual tourist beaches but don’t want to pay $$$. Will absolutely stay here again.

We arrived and were greeted by our host. A brief tour of the B&B set up and advice on local activities and resturants etc was completed very pleasantly.
The B&B is quite new. The room was spacious and clean.

Although this place was an excellent B&B with modern layouts and great view and a handy location, what really made this place was our hosts. They wer so friendly and treated us like family. They were extremely friendly and easy to talk to and knew when to join in our conversation and when to give us our space. Oh, and the breakfast was perfect....highly recommend this place for a weekend get away for couples.

Best stay in a B&B\n

Beautiful and tranquil surroundings! We loved having breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake. Our host Graham did a wonderful job looking after us and the other guests on his own as his wife Christine was incapacitated. We were won over by his thoughtfulness and kindness. Our room was spacious and the king size bed so comfortable and we had a partial view of the lake and gazing at it first thing in the morning was very relaxing. We could also relax on the 2 big comfortable chairs by the window. There was ample room for toiletteries in the bathroom as well and we liked the big towels. The location was excellent, close to Vincentia, Hyams beach, Huskisson and the Booderee National Park. It was very quiet at night and we slept very soundly. We also got to meet Herbie the Jack Russell and it was love at first sight!

We had a wonderful Easter long weekend at Edgewater. Graham and Christine were incredible hosts. The place was immaculate. We stayed in the larger \"Luxury Suite with Spa\" room, which was huge. The smaller room also looked very nice. Sanctuary Point is very sleepy. It's a 15-minute drive to the town of Huskisson, with shops and cafes and restaurants. The closest beach is also a short drive, however, Edgewater is right on the St George Basin with beautiful water views and a nice walk around the lake. And yes, the Anzac biscuits are outstanding!

Graham and Christine are fantastic and they make the best breakfast! The B&B is in great condition - clean, new and well-equipped. The balcony overlooks the serene waterfront and the outdoor pool on the ground floor. My favorite feature is definitely the spa tub in the bathroom! Short drive to Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park.

We loved it. Very friendly and helpful owners. Loved the pease and quiet (sounds of nature only) compared to Sydney. Location was convenient with just a few minutes drive to local shops and restaurants, and 10-15 minute for a bigger selection. The included breakfast comes with quite a few options and was a tasteful start to the day.

Beautiful accomodation - we had a lovely spa bath and a generous sized bathroom. The room was roomy and had plenty of storage space for your things - not many places have this. My favourite thing was plenty of shelves in the bathroom to store your toiletries (I always have plenty). For those who are heavy packers like me this is perfect. The couple who own it are lovely and so helpful. They helped us plan our agenda each day and recommended days and times to go to avoid crowds etc. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! Absolutely would come back again and again! Thank you Graham and Christine =)

Highly recommended B&B in Jervis Bay area

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Great cooked breakfasts and breakfast can be served on the balcony overlooking the water with a pleasant outlook. Very clean accommodation with good room sizes. Definitely go to Green Patch and Hyams Beach for white sand and beautiful blue water. Lots of Kangaroos and Wallabies on the Jervis Bay school football pitch, and big Kangaroos in Sanctuary Point town centre at sun down.

Lovely, Wonderful, Clean and Relaxing

We wanted a quiet, clean and relaxing place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. Edgewater lived up to our expectations based on all the wonderful reviews we read about it. As soon as the booking was made I received an e-mail from Graham and Christine checking if there were any special dietary requirements for our meals. They were wonderful hosts, and the breakfast was wonderful. On a holiday a good hearty and healthy breakfast always gives you the energy for the rest of the day, and makes it even more pleasant knowing you didn't eat some junk from macca's. We don't get away often enough without our little one. If we do, Edgewater will be one of the first places we will think about.
