Another excellent stay at the hotel, the location is quite, plenty of parking available, we had a 5.5 metre van and were able to park it easily and safely. The room was a good sized and an opportunity to take the waters too. Staff friendly. Bagnoles has a number of good Restaurants but they eat early (19.00 to 19:30) booking.

A Lovely stay in a lovely town

We had a lovely stay here. We chose a studio, and, following the reviews, were prepared for the minor drawbacks: the room is not cleaned every day unless you request and pay extra; there are no cleaning materials or washing up liquid supplied; the staff go off at 8pm; there is no bar. That said, the place is spotless, the pool fabulous, the staff helpful and friendly, breakfast and dinner can be purchased on site, the views are lovely, it is peaceful and you can walk or cycle into town. I give it full marks for value - even paying for extras, it’s not expensive.

It was difficult to find from the map given. We went to the wrong place initially.
The restaurant was fully booked so we were told to go back to town and look. Front desk staff was not very welcoming. No stores nearby.
Therapy pool was modern and enjoyable with many water jet features.
Location in a wooded area was beautiful and relaxing.
Rooms were clean and well equipped.

We only stayed 1 night as passing through on route to the south so we didn’t get a chance to visit the town as raining so much during our short stay! Breakfast was really nice too.

Very nice hotel in a very nice area.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was well equipped and there is an excellent indoor swimming pool which you are encouraged to use. Dressing gowns are provided which are handy to use when going down to the pool. The nearby town is very pretty worn a large picturesque lake in the centre. We will definitely return again in future. One small thing, it is not the easiest to find!

BO cottages was a great stopover for 2 nights. The appartment was clean, quiet, well equipped and very comfotable. The pool facility was lovely but did get really busy at peak times. Reception closed at 8pm and we didn't eat there. The spa was a 10 minute walk away down a steep hill and the town 20 mins. Bagnole de L'orne was beautiful with lots of parks, amenities and great bars and restaurants. Lots to keep a 5 yr old entertained. Mini golf and pedelos. Visited the art deco church which was very pretty. Walk back was fine. Paths through forrest were well lit but very steep. Highly recommended.

This is an apart hotel, the rooms are lovely but the reception area is lacking. When we stayed there was a large group of American kids and it felt like we were in a hostel with them as they monopolised the hotel making allot of noise. However room and pool and location all great.

Brilliant hotel, beautiful location. A real hidden gem. Pool area was fantastic for adults and kids alike (the slides in the kids pool were adored by our kids). Rooms were spacious & well equipped. You need to take out own rubbish & clean/tidy kitchenette, so washing liquid and cloth recommended!

Slept on a sofa bed

We were initially surprised to be sleeping on a sofa bed, having realised that I booked the wrong type of room and if you wanted a separate bedroom it was about double the price. Having said that, once settled, the sofa bed was fine for the 3 nights we stayed. The kitchenette was very useful and we enjoyed the self catering aspect with a great supermarket less than a mile away to stock up on provisions. Be mindful of the €250 hold on your card at check in to cover against potential damage or not cleaning at the end of your stay!

Have stayed here a few times and noticed on my most recent visit that the sofa beds are not as comfortable as they were - difficult to get a full nights sleep without tossing and turning - they're not really suitable for permanent usage. Was informed that guests need to bring their own rubbish down to the communal bins on check out, if this is the case they could do with cleaning up the area and providing a tap for people to wash their hands after being at the bins

The hotel complex is in a small town which is really quite nice which feels \"upmarket\". We stayed for 3 nights and had been planning on using it for a base to play golf however, illness got in the way of that. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom (wet room) and a small kitchenette area. We didn't actually realise that we only had a sofa bed to sleep on, however, it was comfortable which was good as my husband hurt his back which is why we couldn't play golf. The staff were friendly and helpful which was good as they didn't have our booking when we arrived so we spent a fraught time waiting to see if they could put us up - which they did. The complex has a pool and is attached to a casino and spa which is a little walk away down a path (fine going down a bit of a hard slog walking back up). The restaurant food is lovely and really well priced. We decided to have a spa trip and had a couples package which was lovely and the staff at the spa were really nice, welcoming and friendly. There are different types of room available and some which are family orientated so they have connecting doors which is handy for families. There are lots of woods and trails around the town so ideal if you like to walk. Overall we would stay there again and would recomend this place as a getaway for couples.

Having stayed here before and never had any problems I was disgusted with my most recent visit - only one member of staff on reception when I arrived which resulted in me standing at reception for 20 minutes before I eventually got to speak to anybody, then to add insult to injury they wanted a €250 security deposit (never had to pay this on previous visits) - I was assured on check out last Thursday 14th August that the €250 would be refunded to my card that day but I'm still waiting for it - not sure if I would stay again - you really don't need to be left standing for 20 minutes after doing a long drive

We stayed here for one night while travelling in France. The hotel is of a good standard but it is really apartments useful for longer stays. The restaurant is not open at night and they demand a 250Euro deposit on check in. The room was fine but the bed for our four year old was the sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area which meant that when she had gone to bed we were unable to use the lounge/kitchen area

Only stayed one night but wish I had booked more nights. It was perfect for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Kids loved room, space and the fact that wifi was available in rooms for free and at quite a good speed. The swimming pool is fantastic with kids not wanting to get out. The greeting at reception was very pleasant. As I said before we only spent 1 night but enjoyed it immensely.

Hotel moderne avec le charme de l'ancien. Appartement avec vue sur le parc sans vis à vis. Accés à l'espace aquatique trés facile de la chambre et grande plage horaire de 8h00 à 22h00. Les fumeurs ne sont pas les bienvenus

J ai pris un studio Aulnes. Dans la description il n est pas noté s il y avait un balcon ou non. Les photos ne montrent pas la fenêtre. J ai donc envoyé un message pour spécifier que j en souhaitais un, puisque je suis fumeuse. Je n ai pas eu de réponse. A mon arrivée, j ai découvert que je n avais qu une fenêtre, que l a totalité de l établissement (terrasse comprise) était non fumeur. J ai du sortir de l hôtel à chaque fois, (pas de siège à dispo bien-sûr ou un peu coin sympa) Par contre , on m a bien précisé que je devais m éloigner du bâtiment pour fumer sinon on me facturerai 250 € de désodorisation😏. J entends bien que la fumée dérange les non fumeurs et je veille à ne pas les ennuyer mais il serait correct de le préciser dans le descriptif avant de réserver. Sachant cela, Je n y serais pas allée. Sinon c était agréable.

Magbifique séjour en famille. J’ai apprécié le concept spa aves espace pour enfants. L’espace aquatique est très bien, avec plusieurs jets, jacuzzis, etc et propre. Les appartements sont espacieux, avec beaucoup de rangements et bien équipés. J’aurai aime savoir qu’il y avait un lave vaisselle a l’avance. Pareil pour la localisation : hotels.com envoie à l’autre resort. Heureusement que c’est pas tres loin.

Magnifique établissement, cadre verdoyant, grand parking. Accueil professionnel et agréable, personnel disponible. Chambre, cuisine et salle de bains spacieuses et bien équipées. Peignoirs de bains fournis pour accès gratuit au bel espace aquatique (1 espace enfant + 1 espace adulte avec jets d'eau). Restauration simple et délicieuse pour un prix raisonnable (menu à 24€ pour les entrées/fromages/desserts sous forme de buffets à volonté et un plat principal).
Merci pour ce séjour. Nous reviendrons dans votre superbe établissement avec plaisir.
Centre ville accessible facilement. Belle promenade à faire.
