Comfortable stay

A very comfortable room. Spacious with large bed and good aircon. Ceiling fans would be good so the air on doesn't need to be run all night. No news channels on the TV. Overall very pleasant stay.

Great and friendly staff. We were 8 in group including 3 children. It was wonderful to see staff handling requests professionally and spoke communicable English. I'd recommend this place for family, group or even individual travelling on business or holiday.

Washing / Dryer Machine Not Work Properly

I selected this room type because this room was supposed to have a washing machine in the room and I wanted to do my laundry. The washing machine (in the room the hotel assigned me), which is a washer/dryer combination, is extremely loud and did not dry my clothes. I ran the machine for almost the entire night and morning before checking out of the room, and by check out time my clothes were still wet. After I checked out of this room, two separate hotel staff confirmed that they knew the machine was not operating properly. Despite this knowledge, they put me in this room anyway without informing me of the problem. After I checked out of this room, one of the staff admitted it was the last room of this type available and that's why they put me in this room. Why would a property do this to a customer? It's bad enough that the property didn't provide a properly functioning machine but not telling me about it made it worse because I used the machine and was left with wet clothes in the room and wet clothes after checking out of this room.

Pretty mediocre property that cost more than average but didn't deliver. Front desk barely spoke any English at all and took a while to process the check in, then forgot to take my payment at first. Slow drain too.

We loved our stay here! It was very quiet and safe. It was located close to a convenience store and a shopping center with great dining options.They also had great amenities, including a ride to the BTS station, toiletries, a pool and breakfast options. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. We would definitely return!

if you attending exhibition at BITEC, this is really the most convenient hotel to stay at. There are various free shutter to bring you to BITEC, even if you miss them, walking is only within 10min. Hotel is comfortable and clean.

We got in late and it was just an overnight stay on route to Koh Samui. This hotel was perfect for a family of 5 as the kids all had a room each and it was less than 20 minutes taxi ride from the airport.

Rude and wanted to check in early so they charged me over the cost I spent for the the night stay just for 1 hour and made me give them a credit card number such they wrote in paper ... terrible location also good of Bangkok... sketchy rude and bad location very disappointed I usually rate very well but this was ridiculous.

Convenient and good value for money

Stayed during the annual fitness convention nearby. This is mine and my colleagues / friends' third time staying at the apartments - it is definitely good value for money and a great location for the convention.

Neighbourhood-wise it's not thriving, but if you are in town for business in the area, then it's perfect. Will happily book again when the convention comes round again!

Comfortable Stay At Thomson Residence

The Thomson Residence was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Bangkok. It was like staying in an apartment (microwave, washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc) with the exception of no oven/stove for cooking. The facilities also had several gyms and a medium-sized indoor pool. The staff were very friendly with a few who could speak English okay and one (Peemai) who could speak English fluently. Since the hotel is located on a side street from the main road, it was very quiet and was easy to sleep at night. The hotel was also fairly close to the train line (near the Bangna and Bearing stations) so it was convenient to travel downtown for sightseeing or shopping at the large Siam mall. Overall, I felt the hotel was a great value for what we got and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel clost to Bitec, Central Bangna BTS Bangna and BTS Udomsuk,
but is not easy to go there if you don't have a car.
There are shuttle bus service (time schedule), hotel is clean.

Nice hotel for big family

We're a family of four and have had trouble finding a big enough place in Thailand. This worked well for our needs, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone trying to explore Bangkok, it's rather far away from the city.

Great value, good for BITEC visitors

Stayed for a couple of nights while my husband was attending the annual fitness convention at BITEC. Location-wise, this was pretty much the best reason for choosing the place. There's not much else around, but it's easy enough to get into town, and there is a shuttle bus service to both BITEC and the BTS station, so no complaints there!

Apartment was spacious, with everything you would need for a short stay. Staff were helpful and available around the clock. To and from the airport is also a straight run, so great for people who don't want to get caught up in Bangkok's infamous traffic.

If you're attending a conference or similar at BITEC, then I would highly recommend staying here. Very reasonable prices given the quality of accommodation and service provided.

Stayed here for about a week as I was having an exhibition at BITEC. Good that it is near BITEC but far from everywhere else. But still without their shuttle service, the walk to front of BITEC is about 20mins(Imagine if rain/hot scorching sun) as the hotel is located deep in a alley street. .Very far walk to nearest BTS stations. As they only have 1 van for shuttle bus to BTS/BITEC & Airport transfers, therefore some of the timing (supposedly every 1 hour) the shuttle van is not available to send us to BITEC/BTS - taking a cab to nearest BITEC/BTS will take about 40-60baht depends on traffic.Most cab drivers doesnt know the location of hotel although we showed them the map at the back of the hotel namecard.After first trip on cab, we then had to show the way to other taxi drivers which route to take. Service was good - Front desk staffs, security guards are all very friendly, always smiling & helpful when ask for directions, assistance etc. Room service f&b has to be ordered 1 day before which is impossible for us to order as we do not know what we will want to eat 1 day before...:( Overall, it was GOOD. If I have another event in BITEC, I would stay here again, but if Im on holiday/vacation I will find somewhere nearer to town unless they have regular van shuttle service that stick to their hourly timing.

客室は洗濯機がついてる部屋に宿泊しました。
部屋は快適で全く問題ありませんでした。ホテルから最寄りのBTSBangnaとBITECへ30分ごとにシャトルバンが出ます。最寄りのバス停から駅に行けますし、徒歩の場合は
BTSBangna駅からBITECへのスカイウォークを通りBITECの中を一番端のActiveを出てHomeProの駐車場の奥からホテルにつながるドアがあります。1.8Kmほどです。

バイテック展示センターまで歩いて行ける距離です。最寄り駅までリムジンサービスもあり助かりましたし、フロントの方にも親切にして頂きました。すぐ近くにセブンがあるのも便利です。
ただ、ベッドサイドランプのつけ方がどうしてもわからなかったです。聞けばよかったのですが結局聞かずに終わりました。

기본적으로 저렴한 호텔이고, 일찍예약하여 더 저렴한 금액으로 투숙하였음. 건물이 여러개라 체크인한 건물과 숙박 건물이 다를수 있음. 하지만 체크아웃은 숙박한 건물에서 가능
저렴한 호텔이지만 왠만한 비지니스호텔들보다 방이 좋았으며, 레지던스호텔이라 전자레인지 및 식기와 싱크대가 있으며, 미니바가아닌 큰 냉장고가있어 좋았음.
모든 직원이 친절하고 건물마다 입구에 시큐리티직원들이 있어 안전하였음.
BITEC 전시장이 가깝고 전시장으로 가는 차량이 30분마다 있어서 전시장 이용객에게 추천함

Convenient stay for visiting BITEC

The hotel crew was kind and nice. I enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to BITEC and Bang Na station and a shuttle is also available per hour. Remember there is no shuttle on the way back to hotel. The neighborhood is not attractive. Not a problem if you just want to stay.

レジデンスでしたのでキッチン・冷蔵庫・洗濯機ありでとても快適に滞在できました。ベッドもキングサイズで広々で寝心地も良く快適でした。リビングのスペースもちょうどよく、ここに住んでいるかのような錯覚を覚えました。ただ、道路に面した部屋だったため、車の音がうるさかったです。また、お風呂も浴槽と洗面部の間仕切りがカーテンではなくガラスだったためか、水がトイレ部に流れ込み、若干つまり気味で床から水が完全になくなるのに数十分ほどかかりました。しかしながら、これらの不満点を大きく超える快適さで、今後も必ずここに泊まります。

私は日本人です。長文になります。英語によるコミュニケーション力は最低限必要です。
ＢＩＴＥＣ展示会で７日間宿泊しました。展示会場からは１０分程度バーンナー駅からは１５分程度のところにあります。歩くと夜でも暑いので汗だくになるのは覚悟してください。歩道は狭く段差があってスーツケースのタイヤが悲鳴を上げていました。歩道のない道は車が頻繁に通るのでとても危ないです。海外生命保険に入っていればと後悔したほどです。
ジュニアスイートに１泊朝食付で約7,500円で泊まりました。スクンビットのホテルだと倍はするそうです。朝食は４種類のメニューから選べます。バイキングではないですが必要十分です。
静かです。日本のビジネスホテルと違い隣や上の階の物音が一切しません。
バスタブがあるのは有難かった。排水には設計ミスがありますね。お湯びたしになります。
ランドリーがあるのも有難かった。クリーニング代はバカになりませんからね。
スクンビットやタニヤとは違い静かで回りには何もありません。シャンプーや洗剤はどこで買うの？と聞いたらＢＩＴＥＣ内のローソンやセブンイレブンで買ってと言われました。
近くに食堂があります。まずくはないのですが頻繁に通る自動車の排気ガスが多いのでお勧めできません。ドラゴン何とかのチャイニーズレストランもありますが敷居が高すぎて１人では入りずらいです。
ＥＸＣＨＡＮＧＥマネーはタクシーを使わなくてはなりません。不便です。
ホテルのスタッフは総じてフレンドリーです。あなたがイケメンだったらモテルことうけあいです。私はダメでした。
宿泊客に日本人が少ないのも良いかもしれません。
また展示会に出展することがあったら利用するかもしれません。
