We enjoyed a clean hotel room, friendly staff, excellent live music in the hotel bar, free shuttle to Graceland, and safe parking in a gated lot with security patrols. One charming bonus - they serve free peanut butter sandwiches at 9:00pm because that’s what Elvis liked as a late night snack.

My stay was everything you’d expect from a five star hotel. I had messed up my check in date and the guest service manager was more than helpful. The property top to bottom is clean and pristine. Nice overall stay. Very clean. We stayed end of February 2026 so seemed a little during their off season, which was nice not overly crowed. Food was really good and really enjoyed the free movie. Didn't really enjoy the check in and check out process. Did love the security gates and secure parking.

The room was in good condition but definitely not my vibe...It felt dark. I wouldn't help but think the lobby was kind of run down and a bit dirty.

Also, I forgot toothpaste which was not available at the front desk.

The staff was friendly. And, I did enjoy the PB&J sandwich and chocolate milk.

Overall, I thought it was overpriced.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the food in the various restaurants was delicious! The room itself was clean and comfortable, but something’s needed attention, such as a flickering light in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and the safe was unable to be opened. These are things I would expect house keeping to have taken care of before the room was to be used.

The room was very clean & comfortable. The staff from valet parking, check-in, restaurant & bar were very friendly. The coffee shop in the morning was just what we needed to start our day. The location was a short walk from Graceland but the hotel also provided shuttle service there every half hour. They also ran Elvis movies inside their theater in the evening & there was music in the lounge area also. We would highly recommend The Guesthouse at Graceland especially if you want the whole Elvis experience!

Room was great. It was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The shower was amazing however the lights in the bathroom flickered the whole time. The staff was amazing, the bar and grill was delicious. The live show was nice. Airport shuttle was nice. Only 10 mins away and he dropped us off right at our door. If i could give 4 and a half stars i would. Not quite 4 stars only because for the price i would not expect simple issues like flickering light but again a fantastic stay. I would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful as was our room. We found the beds comfortable and the shower great.
Was thankful for the coffee shop as it was a great start to the day.
We were here to visit Graceland, which is walking distance, but we took advantage and used the free shuttle.

Ive wanted to stay here since they first opened. I was incredibly disappointed. Probably the best hotel in town- but nothing to write home about. Definitely not worth the money. The outside of the building was gorgeous but the interior is not kept up with at all. Furniture peeling up, paint chipping.

Confusion front desk they had wrong dates. Took money off my friends card and mine then put hers back. Had me confused with another person same first name. I had receipt from Expedia to pay a different amount at hotel. $837.00 from 7-10. Added a night total charged on my card $1225.

We had a great one night stay! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. The room was perfect, the bed linens smelled really fresh and clean! Anne Hamilton made our night with 9pm pb&j with chocolate milk! Her knowledge and deep personal history of Elvis and his family was thorough and enchanting. She is a true gem.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were happy to be able to check in a little early without any problems. The room was beautiful with a nice view of the courtyard. It was easy to find as we were going to Graceland and the hotel is within walking distance. Everything was clean and beautiful with Christmas decorations on display all around. Would highly recommend staying here even without the Graceland visit as there are plenty of things to do and see...several eating places, beautiful courtyard, entertainment including live performers and free movies all without leaving the hotel.

We arrived in Memphis and called for the shuttle. We were met promptly and with a welcoming smile. We arrived early and chose to check in sooner then normal time. Check in staff were attentive and informative about dining choices and entertainment. The beautiful Christmas tree and decorations in the lobby were magical. Our room was perfect and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and we loved the Elvis channel options on the television. All of the little special touches and nodsto Elvis in our room and throughout the hotel are unique and thoughtful.

Was highly disappointed. People from all over the world come here. It is overpriced and outdated. There is trash all over the property. The surrounding area is awful. The streets are a mess. You would think the city would put some care into a place that draws that many tourists. The hotel staff had no idea about anything to do with Graceland. Are they not the same property?
The bathrooms have no fans, there is no water pressure, and the toilet ran forever ever flushing.

We actually stayed 2 nights previous week before and visited Graceland on our way to Asheville North Carolina and loved the hotel so much we stayed a night on our way back to Texas. We were so looking forward to our stay here. We stayed here 7 years ago and it was amazing so we couldn’t wait to bring our daughter Presley here. Upon arrival it wasn’t too bad, the lady at the check in wasn’t very pleasant, just not the greet I expected for spending $309 a night. Our courtyard view wasn’t worth the extra $$. The floors were super dirty all throughout the property. We had lunch at the grill and it was decent, would definitely rather spend the $120 at a nicer restaurant though. They tacked on about $15 in hotel fees. The light switch in our room was broken. You can’t hear anything on the phones, my husband had to go downstairs to communicate to the front desk. The PB&J bar was gone right at 9 so that was disappointing as we waited to get one and there was 1 left when we went. We checked out yesterday and I have yet to receive my final bill so I’m curious what other fees were tacked on but I will
Say we have a few random changes pending. Overall not terrible as we are huge Elvis fans but we will probably stay somewhere else on our next visit to Graceland- somewhere worth the money spent.
