Clean and modern but not soundproof
Nice place but quite far away from main part of the city. Walls were so thin that you could hear everything from reception area downstairs. Guy at reception was a bit rude.

Don't let the non-central location put you off. It's a very clear and well cared hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is awesome. My room is spacious and quite. The bed is very comfortable and huge. The restroom is a little small but gets the job done. There is a supermarket nearby, and many restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. The western standard room alone is good for me.

Without a doubt, the best hotel in Bishkek
Right from the get-go when we were welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dmitrii, who was on reception, we knew that this was going to be an enjoyable stay. The tea, coffee and tray bakes made available to us as we waited to check in was a nice touch, and Dmitrii’s ability to deal satisfactorily with our queries about the area and advice on what to do was exemplary. All hotels should have a Dmitrii on their staff: nothing was too much trouble to him. He really is a credit to the Futuro and his service with a smile cannot be faulted in any way.
That’s no slight to Sergei and Ainagul, who were helpful in finalising our day’s outing and in arranging our taxi to the airport. I don’t think I’ve encountered staff so cheerfully customer-focused before, and they, together with the efforts of the cooking and cleaning staff, helped to make this possibly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean with everything we needed; the breakfast was varied and delicious; and, in short, the facilities offered were second to none. All in all, the Futuro is a hard place to fault, and is definitely on our to-stay list when we return to Bishkek next year.

Every element of the stay was perfect, and especially the attitude of staff. They were truly attentive, caring, proactive in their desire to accommodate the needs and wishes. A very nice touch is 24h availability of tea/coffee and snacks. Breakfast was tasty and appropriately diverse for the size of the hotel.
Really nothing negative or mediocre to point out. I wish big brand hotels would be like that.
Relative remoteness from the city centre is easily compensated by the more affordable price than of the central hotels. And taxis are cheap and readily available.

Great hotel. Only negative is the distance from the centre of Bishkek but they do everything they can to alleviate this with free transfers into the centre. I do highly recommend the Futuro though. Staff are great as are rooms and breakfast.

Very attentive staff. I arrived early in the morning along with another guest, and they did their best to check us in early. Very much appreciated. The breakfast has good options and all day coffee and snacks are available in the restaurant/cafeteria. Since they’re located a little out of the way, they provide free shuttle to/from the city center. That helped a lot.
When I come back someday, I wouldn’t mind staying at this hotel again. Two thumbs up.

Wonderful Accommodation
This hotel is amazing, from the friendly staff very accommodating ,to the excellent food. Its so wonderful after an 18 hour flight to have a place that takes care all you needs. In fact upon our departure after a month of traveling this beautiful country, it was like coming home, they arrange our 3:30 am taxi to the airport and packed a breakfast for us.

This hotel is simply amazing! First, the staff are friendly and helpful - they arranged for a transfer from the airport to the hotel at a reasonable price of USD$10, prepared breakfast ahead for our early departure, explained everything that we needed to know in perfect English, and the manager was attentive to all our needs. Beyond the staff, the room is very clean, stylish and modern in design. Perhaps my only small issue is that for the lights for the toilet shines into the bedroom, which can be disturbing for a twin room. Otherwise, it would have made a perfect hotel to stay.

Great value for money
It's a lovely hotel, spotless clean, and with very professional and polite staff. I had such a great experience that I ended up extended my stay there. It is a great value for money as the hotel rate is very low for what it offers. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the center, but it compensates the distance by offering free transportation to Alatoo Square. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Bishkek.

Fantastic hotel with a modern design. One of the best I have ever seen for this rate. Staff pay very much attention to the guests. Top service all in all. Even it's a bit far from the city center they provide a free shuttle and taxis are very cheap anyway. So not a big deal. I can only recommend this hotel and will stay there for sure again if I come back to Bishkek. I am really impressed !

The staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and proactive in offering assistance - from collecting bags, to ordering taxis and re-arranging rooms to accommodate guests arriving early. All reception staff, bellmen and restaurant staff spoke excellent English.
The rooms were a modern western style with large comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a powerful, hot shower. Everything in the room worked and was very clean.
The breakfast included cereals, toast, fruit and hot porridge, eggs and sausages which were cooked to order. They also had fresh filter coffee. The staff offered a breakfast box the day we left as our flight was early.
The only disadvantage is the location. It is a little outside of town and the traffic can be bad travelling into the city centre. However, public transport is frequent and cheap.

The breakfast included cereals, toast, fruit and hot porridge, eggs and sausages which were cooked to order. They also had fresh filter coffee. The staff offered a breakfast box the day we left as our flight was early.
The only disadvantage is the location. It is a little outside of town and the traffic can be bad travelling into the city centre. However, public transport is frequent and cheap.

The room was spotless. The A/C worked. The internet was reliable. The mini-fridge kept my drinks cold. The staff were incredibly attentive. The free shuttle to Ala-too Square made getting to the center of attractions (such as they are in Bishkek) very easy. There is a great app that will help you navigate the bus, tram, and matrushka system in Bishkek that works offline. You can use that to get back to the hotel for 8 som (~25 cents). There is a large supermarket less than a five minute walk away. It was such a great set-up, I stayed twice. One note: if you book through a third-party, the transfer from the airport is $10.

Fantastic value for money
This hotel is almost too good to be true. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up with 6 nights!New, modern, clean and confortable, the staff is great, very helpful, they all speak english. Wifi is fast, breakfast (and the restaurant) are delicious. The only drawback could be the location, its 3 kms from the center and there's only a supermarket around (globus) BUT you have a free shuttle on demand at the reception to the center ( the driver is very nice) and they also have 2 available bicycles if you fancy it. All in it was a fantastic stay and i would recommend this hotel 100%.

When you never know a region, country, or city, you never know what to expect from a hotel, but having read reviews, i was happy to select this, along with the good prices, and availability of airport shuttle and city drop off
I would say ALL the staff were pleasant, polite, and always trying their best to please all guests, i think being away from the centre, was nice, away from the hustle and bustle and use of Car horns

Great Hotel at a Great price !!
While the hotel doesn't have a great location and would not be so easy to find it is well worth the hassle... Location is far from the city center but they have a free shuttle (both times I used it - it was a SUV) and they took me to where I wanted with no issues. Location is also far from the main roads which make it a quiet place to stay. I had n problems sleeping. The Hotel itself seems to be new and is very clean. The Staff speak English (big plus for Kyrgyzstan) and I had no problems. Few things to mention -- I had a 1 bed room and from what I saw they combined 2 single beds into one big bed. This creates a seam down the middle which my wife didn't like so she has to sleep further away from me then she likes to. There was no alarm clock in the room but they do offer wake up calls. Not a lot of power plugs and they use the CEE 7/7 plug so if you have a lot of electronics better bring an extension power strip. Overall a great place... room was nice and had AC, bathroom was setup nice - nice shower, hot water. I would definitely stay there again !!!

This hotel really is excellent. Staff are very helpful with great English. They offer a free shuttle in to town which helps address the problem of location. Make sure you have a map to show taxi drivers the way there for your return trip.

A great place to recuperate along our travels. By far one of the most enjoyable hotels in the city for its price, even better than some of the bigger more expensive hotels- it does its job. Rooms are clean and simple. The breakfast is simple but enjoyable. The location is not necessarily the best, but the hotel makes up for it with free shuttle into the city and staff are gracious and accommodating. Not much more one can ask for!

Okay, we've stayed in a lot of places around the globe but this is one of he best. It's sometimes difficult to find good Western-style accommodations in Kyrgyzstan but this place is a class act. The staff are super efficient and friendly with a \"can do\" attitude. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary and exceeds most any I've had elsewhere. The cost is very reasonable and the folio clear. There are no add ons or hidden fees. The on demand shuttle is so convenient and the wifi fast and reliable. I really can find no negatives with this hia solid establishment.

Futuro Hotel is new, run by a friendly team and some managers can speak very good English. and they are helpful, and for US45 per night, it is not cheap for Bishkek standards, but you get what's worth.

But its 4 km from the centre, location wise is not perfect, but the good point is they provide hourly town shuttle, which is convenient for us. For non Russian speaking travelers, riding on the cheap but crowd buses is not a pleasant experience.

The Futuro Hotel was a great place to stay in Bishkek. Located a few kms from the city center, it is in a quiet residential neighborhood so sleeping was never a problem. Also, the hotel runs a shuttle to downtown free of charge and will call you a (super-affordable) taxi (in dollar/Euro terms) to your choice of destination if you prefer. The complimentary breakfast was quite good and the restaurant maintains a fresh pot of coffee 24/7 to keep you recharged. Although the hotel does not have a gym, it located about 300m from a really good gym called Olimpia, where for $3 USD you can work out for the day. The hotel's staff was just outstanding and very responsive to guests' needs. Highly Recommend!!!

Great stay at Hotel Futuro, loved the concept of the hotel, fantastic breakfast, very helpful front desk staff who all spoke excellent english who made arrangements for airport pick up, two days of excursions (east to an animal market, Bardano Tower and and canyon/waterfall one day and south toAla-Archa for hinking the nexr) and car ride to Almaty. Highly recommended.

I had been travelling around the region before heading to Bishkek. This is my first time to Bishkek and I do not have much expectations. But this is the best hotel I have stayed in since arriving in Central Asia. The hotel is brand new, the staff speaks excellent English and are friendly and helpful. Clean, modern, simple business hotel
The Hotel Futuro is a new small modern business hotel in a residential neighborhood not too far from the center of Bishkek. Everything is very clean. Rooms are a tad small but easy to negotiate. Breakfast is decent. WiFi works very well. I got pretty sick during my stay and ended up needing to have a couple meals in the small restaurant, which is open 24 hours. The food was really quite good. When I left I had a very early morning (really middle of the night) flight and the staff handled reserving a car and getting me to the airport seamlessly. The neighborhood is very quiet and sort of odd -- the major powerplant is a short way down the road. The closet markets or restaurants or stores are probably 15 minutes away. But it's pretty easy to get to the center, via the free (daytime) shuttle, the numerous public transit options that run down the main street a 1/2 block from the hotel, or even via a 45 minute walk.

The only slightly negative thing about this hotelis its location (around 10 minutes drive from the town center). Everythingelsewas super good. Nice and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, friendly staff and even a small library in English. You can rent a bicycle there to ride around town.

Staff speaks great English, goes out of their way to please, and the shuttle service makes the place 100% worth choosing this place over something less modern close to the center. The Futuro is a very nice, clean hotel, where the staff are very friendly and speak good English. I ca't fault either the hotel or the staff, the only observation is that it is about 4 - 5 kms away from the centre of town. They do run a shuttle service into town, but you will need to get a taxi back afterwards. That, of coures, is not a problem if you are aware of it.

Futuro hotel was probably the best place we stayed in throughout our entire trip through Kashgar, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbek. The service was top-notch, very very personable and amiable front desk people, cafe people, just everyone, was absolutely amazing. They were very warm and made sure we felt at comfortable at all times. They arranged everything for us, and made sure we didn't have to worry much throughout our entire stay. It was heaven.
