We've had a really nice family stay. Great gardens - very well maintained, the swimming pool area was also in good condition and our children liked the tiny playground. The restaurants were very busy with external events, but this didn't disturb us much. It will be great if the staff speaks more languages, as we had some difficulties with that, as well as the air conditioning in our room. All good in the end and happy to recommend.

The exterior of the hotel is wonderful with manicured gardens, centennial olive trees and traditional sandstone walls. The interiors do not match and rooms would benefit from an update and more maintenance.

Store og romslige rom med stor og god seng. Forvetet nok at et 4 stjerners hotell hadde skikkelige glass på rommet, ikke pappkrus. Renhold var bra, men to lyspærer hadde gått, og ble aldri fikset. Aircondition kunne ikke styres, så vi måtte ringe ned hver kveld for å få satt på den. Wifi var ikke eksisterende. God frokost buffet, men minus for at det aldri skiftet duker på bordene. Synes faktisk det er merkelig at hverken hvit underduk eller blå papirduk over ble skiftet under vårt oppehold. Bra basseng område og veldig bra med egen parkering på området.

Sto soggiornando per le mie vacanze in questa fantastica location e purtroppo devo mettere solamente 5 stelle perchè di più non si può. Appena arrivate sarete accolti dall’immenso parco, tenuto in maniera impeccabile, che circonda l’imponente struttura. Le camere sono spaziose, dotate di tutti i comfort e pulite quotidianamente dalle ragazze che cercano di capire i vostri ritmi giornalieri per recarvi il minor disturbo possibile (cosa che non capita mai in altre strutture). Le ragazze della reception sono simpaticissime, professionali e sempre pronte a darti una mano per ogni esigenza o per qualche consiglio sulla città. Il direttore dell’hotel, Alessandro, è un ragazzo innamorato del suo lavoro, molto cortese e professionale e sempre disponibile nei confronti degli ospiti. Il ristorante è sicuramente il fiore all’occhiello del resort: la cucina è veramente fantastica, tutti i piatti che fino ad ora ho assaggiato erano eccezionali! Se vi piace il pesce vi consiglio di lasciarvi guidare dal direttore della struttura che si prodigherà nel consigliarvi, a seconda del pescato arrivato giornalmente, i piatti migliori ed il vino giusto da abbinarci. L’unica pecca è che è troppo distante da casa mia, altrimenti tornerei volentieri anche per farmi solo un week end all’insegna del buon cibo e del relax! Complimenti!

La nuit est assez mouvementée en août aux vus des soirées organisées pour les personnes extérieures à l’hôtel. Soirées auxquelles nous étions toujours conviés. Pas évident de dormir pendant ces nuits là si on a un sommeil léger...

Le parc de l'hotel est tres beau et tres bien entretenu, ce qui avait motivé notre choix. L'espace Piscine est tres beau aussi donc coté extérieur rien à dire. Part contre, deux grosses faiblesses à mon sens: très peu de personnel parle anglais (rien d'autre que l'Italien alors que nous parlons anglais Français espagnol) et pour un 4 étoiles c'est vraiment dommage. Le personnel est tres serviable et sympatique et plutôt arrangeant ce qui est un bon point. Par contre les sols des chambres ne sont pas tres propres et je ne suis pas maniaque, et cela altere un peu la bonne opinion que nous avons pu avoir concernant la literie de bonne qualité. le petit dejeuné pourrait être un peu plus garni car lorsqu'on se leve tard et arrive vers 9h30, il ne reste plus bcp de choix et c'est dommage. A noter que la salle de sport est vieillotte. L'hotel pourrait être vraiment un endroit de reve et c'est un peu decevant. Mais globalement une belle experience tout de meme.

Ho vissuto per 11 giorni, sentendomi come in famiglia.Il personale sempre gentile,cordiale e disponibile. Io sono molto distratto e spesso dimenticavo la chiave della camera in auto; loro sempre disposti ad accompagnarmi o a prestarmi la chiave fisica! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren zum Teil ohne Fremdsprachenkenntnisse. Das Restaurant war geschlossen, die Bar auch. Kein deutscher Fernsehsender. Von 'großem Frühstück' keine Rede, es gab unaufgebackene Pizza- und Minibrötchen, kein Ei. An den letzten Tagen checkten Schulklassen ein. Gegen den unglaublichen Lärm bis nachts gegen 2 Uhr, fühlte sich die Rezeption trotz mehrerer Beschwerden machtlos.

Siamo stati una decina di giorni presso il resort (in 4, con 2 figlie grandi) e la sistemazione era perfetta per il tipo di vacanza che volevamo fare, con la possibilità di andare a spiagge vicine (le bellissime Baia verde e Lido delle conchiglie, a 10 minuti di auto) ma anche un po' più distanti (Pescoluse o Porto Cesareo), senza impazzire per il parcheggio al ritorno.
La colazione aveva un buffet molto fornito (avrei gradto magari qualche torta in più e un pochino più di varietà negli affettati), il personale gentilissimo, la piscina perfetta per i giorni in cui volevamo fare gite culturali (Lecce merita sicuramente il viaggio); la camera pulitissima e spaziosa.
