Checked in and soon as u walked in the room, the floor was extremely sticky .. in the bed looked like someone had been in it and on the blanket had a huge stain on it and also on the sheets .. went to the front desk and the person wanted to inspect the room after the complaint of the dirty room made , gave another room …. Supposedly the “king” suite … and it was just as dirty, the bed wasn’t made, the refrigerator had old food in it , and the towels and wash cloths were used … ended up NOT staying and asked for a refund !!

Bathtub was dirty. I only had a sheet on my bed- no blanket. The TV stand was broken- I went to turn the tv so I could see from the bathroom and it almost fell over. The broken foot was resting on the cable box.
Breakfast was supposed to open at 6 and at 725 when I left, was still closed. Breakfast was 50% of the reason I booked this hotel- I’m bike touring. So I started a 100 mile day with zero calories. Then when I wanted to check out, there was no clerk. I rang the bell 3 times, waited awhile, and no one came. I just left the key. I do NOT recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other options.

I booked this hotel for an employee. They checked in and found that the place was a filthy dump and the staff was horrible. She checked out and went somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone stay here

There was a dead roach in the shower. A rat ran across the hallway. Suspicious people lurking in the parking lot and the lobby. Terrible! Then the hotel voided my key card.

I did not receive the room I selected. The room wasn't clean along with the bathroom. Poor attendant service. The parking lot had trash all round it. The pool has never been attended to for maintenance. It had trash in it and looked like a swamp pool. I had to ask for new linens because none of them in the room were clean. The new linens I was given was dirty. Terrible Management. Would not recommend the location.

When we arrived Saturday evening, there were prostitutes standing directly in front of the property. We already felt unsafe before even walking inside.

Despite having a reservation, the front desk clerk initially claimed there were no rooms available. After going back and forth, he suddenly “found” a room and handed us a key. When we opened the door, there was a completely naked man inside. This is a serious safety failure. We immediately returned to the front desk, and the clerk casually apologized and reassigned us to another room.

The next room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and mamajuana, the beds were unmade, toilet paper was scattered everywhere, and there was a list posted of broken items. There were no towels. The condition was unacceptable. After going back downstairs again, we were finally given a room that was barely acceptable, so we stayed out of exhaustion.

At 9:00 AM — two hours before the stated 11:00 AM checkout — a housekeeper knocked asking if we were leaving. Shortly after, we heard a toddler screaming in the hallway for roughly 30 minutes. When I opened the door, I saw a housekeeper dragging a small child (around two years old) down the hallway by his arm.

This property feels unsafe, poorly managed, and unprofessional. Between the room mix-up with a naked stranger, the unsanitary conditions, the early disturbance, and the hallway incident, I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Room was dirty. Stains on all the bed sheets and pillows. There was nail polish on walls and lamps. There was dirty stains all over the walls. The front door wouldn’t properly lock and had been previously kicked in. The bathroom light was out. The floors were filthy thick dust. The entrance to hotel had trash and suspicious looking individuals hanging around. The pool in the front entrance was green with debris all around it. The walls was discolored on the outside of hotel. To top it off when I arrived I told the front desk clerk I did not feel comfortable and would like to cancel my reservation he said he could not do that and proceeded to give me a dirty used guest key card holder with a previous number on there that he scratched out and put my number on. So after I went to the room and took pictures I returned to the front desk ti let the clerk know that there was no way I could stay there and he agreed to give full refund and apologized for the condition of the room.

Checked in on Christmas Eve the room was horrible. You can smell the mold as soon as you walk in the room. It was built up in the ceiling of the bathroom. Walked in the bedroom crumbs and dead roaches all on the bed skirt sheets and pillowcases full of stands. Asked for another room that room was the same went to another room it was a little better then the first two but still bad. The shower was full of mildew barely no towels the toilet was dirty. Try to sleep but all you hear is door slamming people outside of the room running in the hallway and talking loud on the phone and this went on all night so definitely didn’t get any sleep I checked out Christmas morning. This hotel needs to be closed down this was the worse experience I ever had.

The staff was great very nice but the room needs to be cleaned better, the bathroom still had old used towels still in the bathroom when I arrived, and of course the shower was not clean felt slimey had to purchase shower shoes, the bed sheets need to be washed better or purchase new sheets if the stains on the sheets can’t be removed. The floors were really dirty turn the bottom of my feet black and the curtains over the air conditioning needs to be change or taken down often because it looked like black mold growing on the ends of the curtains. If the room wasn’t so dirty I would have given 5 stars.

Front desk guy tried to charge me again after I already paid, we get to the room and the sheets are filthy. They are covered in stains and red liquids. The soaps were the smallest I’d ever seen. The drink cups were unwrapped and just sitting in the bathroom. I did not feel comfortable using them. All night there were kids running around, which appeared to belong to the staff.

The entire lobby smells like indian food. Air conditioner didnt work. Bed was springy, loose, and squeeky. Wouldnt provide extra bedding for the third guest we included on the reservation. They use the breakfast area as thier own personal kitchen and the lobby tv as their own personal living room. Argued with us over the air not working and didnt want to give us a different room. Whole tv screen was blue. Shower curtain did not even meet the rim of the bathtub. Not worth the price charged.

The room was dirty. The linoleum floors had something black that ruined my wife’s white socks. The white towels and wash rags had black in them. The whole building had a cigarette odor. We got two nasty towels and wash rags, no hand towels, no shampoo, one tiny bar of soap and the white shower floor was covered in a black stain. Nasty is the only way to describe this place.

Family Reunion quick stay ...Upon arrival and check the lobby had a an odor ( mildew smell) that was strong. Went into the room; just DIRTY. Under garments I'm both bed stands, the bathroom soap was opened and looked used, the pull out sofa mattress was filthy... I asked for another room and nothing was available... This was next level nasty ... The shower ( floor ) was discolored... I need a full refund....

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely HORRIBLE. Checking in took way too long. When we got inside of the room there was dirty underwear in the draws. The shower was dirty. The couch had a horrible smell to it. There was paper on the floor and the room smell like cigarettes. My husband and I are non-smoking. We did not stay overnight. We turned in our room key last night and drove back home. We were still charged for the night even thought we did not stay.

Awful Experience

I was greatly disappointed in this hotel this time. I stayed there again because of my previous experience. This one was the exact opposite. I checked in and put my things in the room because I had a meeting shortly upon arriving. I returned and unpacked. That's when I noticed the spots on the sheets and comforter. There were water/drink marks on both nightstands and the dresser where the tv was. I had already unpacked and didn't want to change rooms. So, I said I'd make the best of it. The toilet didn't flush correctly each time. I had to fiddle with the internal components to make it operate. I returned after shopping the second day and neither of my keys worked. I had to go to have them reactivated. I then noticed that housekeeping had taken the dirty towels but didn't replace them. The room wasn't serviced, trash wasn't emptied or bathroom cleaned. What was the purpose of coming into the room if it wasn't going to be serviced. I had to go downstairs to get fresh towels because none were left. Oh, and the towels were not only of poor quality, but they were stained. I recognize it's a 2.5 star hotel and I shouldn't expect The Ritz Carlton. However, this was ridiculous. When I stayed there in September, the experience was totally different. That's why I decided to stay there again. The price this trip was inflated. I attributed it to events occurring in the city, so I decided to go with it. However, this was a horrible experience at a hotel where I was satisfied last month!

Once I checked in I went up to the room and saw the toilet had tissue in it I flushed the toilet it wasn’t working correctly. As I was leaving to report it to the front desk they were at my door to bring my ID to me. I informed them, they tried with no success. They said the would be back. I fell asleep. The next morning I informed the person that was at the front desk and ask for an iron. I received the iron. I left for the day when I came back that night it still was in the same condition. I just left they will never get a dime from me again.

If catfishing was a hotel, this would be the one. Absolutely nothing like the pictures or description. Towels were stained and dirty as if they hadn't even been washed. (or just rinsed with water and nothing else). Shower was dirty from the people before us with hair, dirt, hand bands, and a razor lid and the water was nasty. Several cockroaches. Bedding was also just as dirty as the towels. Floor was filthy. After just a few steps, your feet or socks were BLACK. The air did not hardly work. We had it on 60 degrees, constant fan. The fan barely ran and it did not get below 74 in there the whole time. The rooms were not noise proof whatsoever. We heard everything from everywhere. The breakfast was very limited compared to what was advertised. The side emergency doors were propped open, and had what one could only assume were homeless, drug addicts hanging outside of them. I witnessed a female performing sexual acts on a man right outside the door. The parking lot was full of trash, more homeless people, and sketchy activity. The pet area was full of poop and no bags were in the \"pet station\". Upon checking in, there was a man sleeping in the lobby on the couch. The pool is in a very strange location and appeared to have construction going on so we did not even get close to it. It also appeared dirty and was very, very small compared to what is advertised. Overall, I am glad my dog, boyfriend and I are safe, and nothing happened to my vehicle. but I would NEVER stay here again.

The only complaint I have is that when I went to breakfast at 7:30 am, there wasn’t any food. It had been cooked but was all gone when we went down. Good staff so I didn’t say anything figured they got rushed right before we got down there. I’d stay again.

Pro: directly across from the airport.
Cons: shady people hanging outside of hotel at all times of the night/day. Rooms are outdated. Refrig needed defrosting...couldn't put anything inside due to ice buildup. View from backside windows is a junk yard or abandoned garage with junk cars.

Clean but high traffic

Breakfast was hit or miss. We brought our own because we never knew how long it would be out. Not a big deal. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it is by the airport, I never once heard a plane. The pedestrian traffic was high with little kids (very polite) in the parking lot. Lots of noise in the lobby from like 9pm to midnight and the halls always smelled like food. Overall it was a good stay for the time we were there.

The location seems very unsafe, probably due to the county jail being 2 blocks away. Some questionable individuals walking on the nearby areas, and even entering the hotel. My wife would not agree to stay after all we saw and felt
