Fantastic apartment just moments from the metro station. Spotlessly clean and very homely. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped including a full fridge freezer which was great. Spacious balcony and tons of storage space. Loved the decor too. Super comfy bed. The view of the city and Acropolis from the rooftop pool is not to be missed. I was really happy to have an outdoor pool available in March even if it was very cold in the water. The small gym in the basement was also good with some cardio machines and a multi-gym weights machine. Really great communication from the Mosaico team too and the apartment was easy to access. It's possible to walk to some main areas of interest or super easy to get the metro. The area seemed safe to me as a solo female traveller. All in all a fantastic stay. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

A very spacious studio which was exceptionally clean and had all what you needed.
On 2 occasions I had to call for assistance. The first was because I dropped a bottle of perfume on the bathroom floor and it smashed everywhere. I had nothing to clean it up with.
The second time was because the toilet flush broke.
Both call outs were dealt with almost instantly and were very professional.

The rooftop pool is fine, but the relaxation area is a joke - barely the size of a dining room it only has 4 beds and if those are full , there’s no where to put your stuff. The pool area was a big disappointment.

The apartment was really spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a coffee machine and plenty of cupboard and fridge space.
The pool is great for cooling off and with a super view of the Acropolis.
The apartment building is well located, and there are some small but very good coffee shops close by. We had dinner at the Stanley on the roof terrace restaurant - recommended!

Terrific property in a great location in Athens. Very close to the metro and restaurants for breakfast/lunch. Staff is not on-site but was incredibly responsive and helpful. We arrived very early and were able to store our bags until our room was ready. And they let us know as soon as the room was ready for us, which was ahead of our check-in time. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms which was perfect for a family of 5. Washing machine in the room was very helpful. And the property amenities, including a nicely appointed gym in the basement and a beautiful roof deck infinity pool, were excellent. I would highly recommend this property.

The area where the hotel was made it a little bit hard to find and we felt a little bit unsafe with some of the people hanging around the side streets but the overall property was really really good with views to the Acropolis from the rooftop pool and the rooms were fantastic large very clean everything brand-new with security shutters so no one could break in and we had a full kitchen to cook and the laundry to do washing and the cleaning staff are very friendly

We stayed in Athens for just one night after arriving early in the morning by cruise, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. We were initially concerned about arriving so early (around 9 a.m.) and not being able to check in or store our luggage, but the host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early around 11 a.m. That small kindness gave us the chance to rest and explore Athens without any stress, and we’re so grateful for it.

The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, including a full kitchen — perfect for a short or extended stay. Everything was neat and comfortable, and we felt right at home.

What truly made this stay unforgettable was the rooftop. The view of the Acropolis was absolutely breathtaking, and the swimming pool up there was the cherry on top. Watching the sunset over Athens from that spot was one of the most beautiful moments of our entire trip — it even brought us to tears.

It was the perfect way to end our time in Europe, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens. Worth every moment.

The apartment me and my family had (5 of us) was very modern and clean and had everything we required for a week stay. Plenty of room for the kids. The rooftop pool had amazing views of the acropolis and athens itself although the pool itself was very cold! Couldnt fault the facilities. The area the apartment is in isnt the best but also not the worse as we found out when out and about. Plenty of coffee shops very close and an excellent restaurant barely 90 seconds away called Thinalos which was a seafood restaurant. Plenty beaches 20-25 mins drive away that are very nice and Plaka and the acropolis 25-30 min walk away or 5 minutes in a taxi. Overall a very good accommodation with easy check in and access

Everything here was great! Easy contactless check-in, fast communication, housekeeping staff was very attentive, and it was exactly what we expected. The only thing I did not rate at 5 stars was the neighborhood. I never felt unsafe or anything, but some may say it’s a bit rougher part of Athens. For myself and my wife, we felt very comfortable walking around at all hours. This is where we will stay when we return to Athens!

Nice accommodation but there is always room for improvement. Gym needs maintenance and could add some free weights or equipment, one of the window doors that lead to the balcony was not working well, no soap holder in the shower and bed not so comfortable. Check in was a nightmare for me due to a miscommunication between hotels.com and the property.

Terrible location, unsafe pool.
On arrival our taxi driver warned us not to be out in this area of Athens after dark because of “drug dealers and homeless people”. Being a 30min walk from the tourist areas this would have been difficult. After check in we went to view the pool as we were travelling with children who were excited to use it. The pool and area were totally unsafe with lights hanging off in the pool, missing tiles, broken glass on the floor and razor sharp exposed metal on the very few broken “loungers” available. We immediately complained checked out and found alternate accommodation. On contacting the holiday provider we were told we couldn’t have a re-fund as it’s outside of hotel policy. I’m not sure an unsafe pool should be part of their policy either.

It was a horrible experience. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we couldn’t get to Athens in a day time. So we got to the hotel at 10:00 pm and what a surprise the first time in my experience I see the hotel is closed. The sign on the door says that the place close at 8:00 pm but on Expedias information it clearly says front desk works 24/7. The phone number left on the door for the emergency reason didn’t work. So with a fully paid off room we were left out on the streets at the night time in the most dangerous area in the city. I am glad we figured out the place to stay at the end . But the stress and disappointment will never be paid off. After all I reached Expedia to inform what happened and what type of place they offer travelers to stay in but they didn’t help with this at all. The hotel is still on the website and still not informing people for their working hours and ofc I didn’t get any refund. So be careful guys booking this place and others through this app.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, from great places to eat to where best to get groceries, to how to run the washing machine as the instructions were in Greek.

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and had modern amenities. The balcony was spacious and we used it a lot.
You can see the Acropolis from the 8th floor pool.

The location was close to a lot of restaurants.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked this hotel via Expedia because of the good reviews. I'm now certain those were all fake reviews. The hotel itself may be nice but it is dirty and in no way a 4 star hotel! It is located in the worst part of Athens, we had cab drivers refuse to take us to the area. There was a car with broken windows right in front of the main door, homeless and drug addicts everywhere. You can't walk around in that area.
The room itself was nice, but as others have said the shower handle would not stay affixed to the wall which made showering a pain.
The power went out the first two nights, which also meant no AC or hot water. However, power was on throughout the rest of the neighborhood.
As far as cleanliness... upon our arrival we found feminine hygiene wrappers, old socks, soiled towels and foreign papers in our room. Two of our pillows didn't have pillow cases and one comforter was heavily stained with what looked to be dried blood. They never once cleaned our room, despite our countless requests to multiple people, and the request to clean sign on our door! Every time we inquired about it we were told they would get to us... never once did they! At checkout the person behind the desk said he wasn't the right person to complain to....
Breakfast is served via a third party, they don't have room services, in brown takeout boxes and didn't really taste good. For coffee we have a coffee machine in the room but no pods... They wanted to charge us 5 euros for a pack.

We stayed at Athens Mosaic on 2 separate stays during our trip and we highly recommend this place. We had a group of 8 and stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. The metro station is about a 3-minute walk and there’s several cafes, restaurants and convenience stores within a 1-3 minute walk. The staff is simply amazing and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 4 nights and then left to do some island-hopping before coming back to stay for one more night. We were able to store our luggage with them while we left for a few days and when we came back, they had taken our luggage to our new room along with some items that we had left behind! Truly amazing customer service! The rooftop pool was also wonderful with amazing views of the Acropolis.

Great location for a short stay in Athens - very close to a Metro station for the line that goes to Syntagma and the Acropolis and to some coffee shops, mini markets and a restaurant (Tasty Corner) which I would recommend.

Terrible service to get deposit reimbursed.

The people at the hotel were nice and the facilities were also good, but the hotel reserved a deposit on my credit card, and more than one month after the trip, they still have not reimbursed the amount.

I contacted the hotel several times. Initially, they asked for a few days extra, but later they told me that the banks have extra delays, but waiting for more than one month to get a deposit reimbursed it is unacceptable. In most hotels, I have been the reimbursement is done at the time of checkout.

We stayed in the double maisonette on the seventh floor.
The flat is perfect for a family of four.
The flat is very clean, functional and quiet which is remarkable as it has a pool above it and it is in a neighbourhood with lots of traffic.
The surrounding neighbourhood is ok but a bit gruff but a taxi to the more touristy areas could be as little as €4.
There are several superb coffee shops right outside, so getting breakfast could not be easier.
The building has underground parking which is extremely important in Athens.
The receptionist could not have been nicer or more helpful.
The roof top pool is a real selling point and the view is remarkable.

Worst Experience - Beware of Strange Activity

Location: The hotel is situated a few short blocks from the Melaxourgio Metro stop. The area itself is not safe to walk through at night. We noticed many people were under the influence of drugs.
Service: The service is average.
Accommodation: There are bed bugs.
Overall: We booked for a 6-night stay but left the hotel abruptly on our 4th night because the night shift front desk staff was acting very suspicious. On our 3rd night, staff knocked on our door at around midnight claiming that there was a water leak from our room. We heard yelling and screaming outside the door and the police came to the hotel. Staff could not explain the raucous. The following day we were moved (for the 2nd time) to an alternate apartment. The hotel front desk (suspicious guy) refused to give us all the keys to the room. This was very concerning to us because I was traveling with my 2 y/o and the prior night he was insistent on letting him in our apartment. What the pictures do not show you is there are at least 5 deadbolts to the front door of each apartment. All the windows and sliding doors to the balcony have a metal barricade that can be controlled from within the apartment. We were told it was to block the sun, but it looks like it was built to keep dangerous people out. I am currently in a dispute with the hotel and hotels.com to receive my money back for 2 nights I did not stay at the apartment. Overall, this was a horrible experience for my family.

A very satisfying stay.

The first best thing was that on arrival at Athens rail station we crossed the road, turned next right, walked down and arrived at Mosaico in 15 minutes. The welcome and showing us our lovely ground floor apartment was over in a flash. Special praise to the amazing air-con installation hidden behind a glass artwork screen. The staff were welcoming (in English) and helpful with printing boarding passes. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The real Athens is immediately behind you with mini-markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants. the tourist Athens is in front of you with Metaxgeorgiou square, hotels restaurants and bars. Syntgama square(the hub of Athens) is a 25 minute stroll away. The must-visit
Archaelogical Museum is a 15-minute stroll mainly under trees.
The taxi to Athens airport took 45 minutes.
Sadly we were too busy and tired enjoying Athens to go up on the roof.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! First the location — we walked to everything Acropolis, olympic stadium, temple of Zeus ect. Plus there were so many 24 hr cafes were the locals eat that were really good. The room is huge and spotless. SO clean. The best part was the service - the front desk was so helpful the entire trip. But come for the customer service stay for the roof top pool with the best view of the Acropolis!!!

Great place to stay. Close to the fallen aviators square where you can catch the hop on hop off busses or taxis. Excellent places to eat within minutes of walking.
We were on the bottom floor and surprisingly it wasn’t noisy at all. The apartment was very clean with laundry facilities and dishwasher.
I would recommend this apartment to all.

The apartment was fantastic and very clean. So great to have a washing machine and be able to make breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and friendly staff. Garage was incredibly steep and narrow to drive into, but useful as parking on street would be impossible! Very close to the metro and area was fine. Overall highly recommended.

The apartment was a very good standard - very clean and modern - the location wasn’t great - 10 min drive from central Athens & where we were located was not very nice - however the apartment staff did recommend a great Greek restaurant called the “tasty corner” which was fab well priced & 2 mins away so very handy -the roof pool can only accommodate 4 people - tiny !

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment, which was large and had all the facilities required.
We went in the swimming pool for a quick dip as quite chilly and seating area around the pool is not big. Nice for a swim after a hot day sightseeing.
I understand why people commented that the area was a bit run down, however, we did not feel uncomfortable and there we some nice restaurants and supermarkets near by. Would definitely go back to this apartment.

Fantastic apartment, clean and modern with everything needed for a short or longer stay. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was amazing and the balcony was huge which really made our stay special. Plenty of towels and room cleaned daily. Location is perfect with subway and train station both a short walk away and plenty of shops and cafes in the area. Would definitely stay here again if in Athens.

Loved everything about this Suite. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked the 3 bedroom Casa Verde and it was gorgeous. It was 6 of us in a group were very comfortable. They had netflix, toasters and coffee make to make you feel at home. Their Rooftop pool . OMG !! The best view of Athens besides the Acropolis, which you can see from the pool. Will be coming back and recommend this to anyone. Taxis are very affordable and approx 20 min walk to Acropolis.

Great apartment for families.

Really great apartment. Very spacious and kitchen had all that was needed to make great meals. Staff was very friendly and available. Loved that there was a clothes washer in the room. For location, was very close to a metro stop and about 15-20 minutes walking distance to some great restaurants. Not too much available right next to the apartment but well situated if you are fine with walking and taking the metro.

Loved the rooftop pool! Rooms were clean and big. Fit our family/group of 8 really comfortably. Really awesome air conditioning! It was 90+ outside but we were very comfortable inside.

Nice stay but probably not worth selecting this place on the basis of the rooftop pool... like we did. It is a nice pool but the space around the pool is very minimal so with the amount of people fancying a dip
It’s just impossible to relax..

Otherwise, the apartments are nice.. restaurants close by and an easy metro into the centre.

As described, well equipped apartments. Area not so nice and high security left you feeling a little uneasy but also safe. Staff were pleasant but didn’t go out of their way to explain things or be overly helpful. Close to the tube which was good!

Amazing apartment with a pool perfect for kids!

Loved the 2 nights that we stayed here!! Amazing g size apartment, perfect for our family, awesome pool on rooftop with views of Parthenon. Secure parking and train line 2 min walk straight into key areas. Washing machine, huge balcony, comfy beds... wht more could you ask for!!
