Staff was very attentive, the receptionist was very helpful with all my requests (extra blanket, room temperature water, booking shuttle bus, advice on food delivery options). The only, but major downside was paper thin walls, no sound proof at all, I expected to hear planes taking off and landing, but didn’t expect to hear conversations from the neighbouring rooms, (the hotel does provide earplugs though).

Had to catch an Uber (bolt is a great option too) to get to the property. The drive was short and quick. Check in was easy and they helped me move up the shuttle time I selected the next morning. Hotel was modern, clean, and had a great breakfast buffet.

But one time I tried to order room-service and nothing happened after 1.5 hours, so I decided to call again. When I asked for an update she mumbled something and hung up. Can’t recommend getting room-service.

My Go-To Hotel Near the Airport
This is my second year in a row choosing Air Hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and inviting, and the rooms are modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast options. Hotel provides free airport transfer, which is great. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

It was okay. The breakfast buffet was okay. The room was okay. The carpet had like bleach stains on it.But the house keeper was super nice and friendly. The front desk had some nice people and some rude people, you never knew who you would get. I liked the nice people that were super helpful. I would say the lobby was nice but the rooms needed an update. The room was simple but clean. The walls were paper thin and I could hear my neighbors snoring, peeing, etc. I am grateful for the ear plugs they provided. This would be a last resort hotel for me. I think you can find better.

I made a mistake with my dates for one night here…so I called after booking 10 minutes after realizing my mistake….they wouldn’t allow me to change it without paying…Expedia tried calling they wouldn’t help with anything…the receptionist never answered the phone when I arrived at the airport for a shuttle (that they said to call for) when I arrived she was relaxing with zero people anywhere to be seen…the hotel itself is basic as basic gets…the shower pressure was a 5/10 they charge for everything toothbrush..towels…toothpaste…a tea bag from their front lobby (which looks like it’s complimentary) the only good thing was the bed but the blanket barely covers one person lol if you’re looking for something super super basic with nothing amazing go for it.

One of the friendliest group of hotel staff I have ever encountered. Delightful, polite and over-the-top helpful. Compact rooms, but very clean with all amenities needed. The shuttle is a bonus. I was told it runs on the hour and half hour, but best to give staff a heads up when you wish to leave. They however called another shuttle to pick me up. Restaurant was great, food and service good, I was just disappointed that they had run out of some of the Polish dishes. Bus stop is a convenient 2 minutes away, lots of shopping across the street. I will stay there again.

Air Hotel is one of my absolute favorites while in Warsaw. It provides a free shuttle to hotel and to the airport. Modern facility with large rooms, very clean, high level of customer care. Nice choices at the restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great value hotel with no compromise in standard of care

Also it's very inconvenient to get into a shuttle bus, there should be a step cause it's too high. I like the clean room and perfectly clean bed sheets and towels. The room itself is in a good condition. The shower cabin is very small, not very comfortable to use, also shampoo/gel was not easy to get, not sure if it's about the bottle or hanging position inside the shower cabin. Overall it was a great experience. Works well for one-night stay

I really loved the closeness and ease to public transportation using the P R Aleja Krakowska. For food options, would not recommend the restaurant in the hotel, too expensive menu for okay quality. For food, I would strongly recommend eating in the city at a Bar mleczny. I hated how there was no microwave or fridge since I could not store food or snacks properly. Breakfast was average. I loved the free airport shuttle, it was easy to get around.

Overall, if you need to stay a day or so, it’s okay. It’s close to the airport, but other than that I can’t recommend this hotel. The front desk staff is incompetent. I asked for an iron, no one brought it to me, so I had to go and find housekeeping myself to ask for an iron. Same day I asked what time is the check out. The lady said at 12pm but you can stay until 1pm (my shuttle bus was scheduled for 1:30pm). Next day at 12 pm housekeeping knocked on the door and was like “oh, I’m sorry, they said you left”. Like what???
So now I’m at the check out and the receptionist just randomly started talking russian to me. I said “excuse me?” And he was like “do you speak russian?” Why in the world? I don’t speak russian. This confirms the old adage don’t judge a book by its cover. When I drove up, the outside did not look very inviting, like it was rundown just a bit. But as soon as I walked in and saw the decor, the friendly staff and the convenience, I immediately felt very good about my decision. If you want a nice affordable comfortable place to stay I highly recommend this hotel.

Then two days later, we tried again several times and still no one would answer the phones. We were unable to use the shuttle service from the airport and had to use a taxi because no one would answer the phone.
