Staff was great. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was more than ample. First floor entrance, and restaurants are very clean.

Biggest complaints were that we booked this hotel as it was non-smoking, and people were smoking in their rooms and the staff could do nothing about.
There was also an issue with the air conditioning and was told that some people were cold or that the air conditioning made too much noise, so they decided to shut it down every single evening. We were very hot every evening, but didn’t find out about this until we were leaving and complained.

First floor needs renovation. Carpets are dirty in hall. Shower could’ve been scrubbed down better.

Overall, it is a nice hotel.

The hotel is about 2 kilometres from the centre of Forli behind a petrol station, the postcode is a bit vague! Otherwise the hotel is fantastic value for money with a good breakfast.

Good modern hotel 2 miles from town.

This was so close to a 4 star experience at a 2 star price. On a quiet road about 2 miles outside town The Grand Hotel was clean well equipped with good service and nice friendly staff. Only let down by some jobsworth who turned the aircon off because it was past 30 Sept. My room was so hot I slept in the bathroom one night. Why they dont just look out the window at the hot sun I really dont know. Anyway, to be fair with the aircon on in summer or the weather colder than 25 degrees after 30 Sept this would be a really good choice.

Lack of information to charge more money

We spent 10 days driving around Italy and stayed in several hotels. This was the only where I was not happy with the hotel policy and the staff. We checked in late at night and asked for a quite room as we wanted to stay in bed until late. At no point the girl in the reception mentioned that the check out time was at 10am. The day after the same girl was still at the reception. We said good morning to her while passing by the reception and going for breakfast. We acknowledged her again when we were going back to our room. She didn't said a word about the check out time. She called us at 10:10 to inform us that we overstayed and we will be charge 10 Euro. This was quite upsetting. It was not about the money but the lack of information. It seemed to have being done on purpose. She had plenty of occasions to inform us about this policy but preferred not to do it. We found this dishonest from their part

Big hotel near town with pool

Staff very friendly. Great buffet breakfast and good food in restaurant attached - Locals liked it so must be good. Spa has hot bubble pool, steam room and Sauna to use. As it was winter so the roof pool was closed. Great value for price. It is a new build so if your after lots of character look elsewhere.

Great stay over Christmas!

My partner and I used this hotel as it's close to my parents house. Great service, I needed extra pillows and they were delivered quick and when we tried to book massages the staff went out of their way to arrange it for us!
Only little on the negative side, the duvet is a very thin thing from ikea that was left in the wardrobe without his cover and it took 2 days until they got it that we wanted it in the bed as it's December and it's cold! Also a thicker one would have helped!!

Lovely hotel but need GPS to find it!

Very nice, modern hotel. Beautifully decorated throughout. Excellent for an overnight stay but impossible to find without a GPS as hotel not signed until you are almost there! Is on wrong side of town if you are using the Autostrada.

The hotel is good. Although it has some cons: located next to a gas station in the outskirts of Forli, nonsense of the paid entrance to the swimming pool (should be paid per person), the breakfast could be better for a 5-star hotel. The facility is well-maintained and clean. The equipment works flawlessly.

Bit disappointed

One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel over others was because it had a pool. On arrival we were told it was closed due to the weather being bad. It was 24 degrees! It remained closed for the 4 days we stayed. Really disappointing for my 6 year old.

The rooms were a great bargain. The location almost requires a car. Overall, I was very impressed. I made a special request for the type of bed and did not get my request. When I complained, the staff quickly fixed the problem. There was a strange vacuum type sound coming out of the wall, off and on all night.

Excellent Facilities 15 Minutes from AutoRoute

Returning to the UK from Puglia this was as overnight stop only. We found a modern well appointed hotel with friendly helpful staff and excellent accommodation. We enjoyed a first class dinner and comprehensive breakfast and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others in similar circumstances.

the hotel is a bit on the clinical side of comfortable, and is a fair drive from the town centre.We stayed because they had a swimming pool, but they wanted to charge 6 euro's a person, for a not very wonderful roof top pool

Avrei dato 5 stelle, ma purtroppo sono capitato nella camera 112, dove la doccia cambiava la temperatura dell'acqua in maniera autonoma, passavi ogni 20 secondi da acqua tiepida/fredda ad acqua bollente. le luci erano un po difficili da accendere, premevo il tasto e dopo 2 secondi si spegnevano, sono andato cosi finchè non sono rimaste accese. Per tutto il resto niente da dire.

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno, hotel molto bello, abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare solo per una notte ma devo dire che tutto è andato a meraviglia. Stanze silenziose, ottima colazione e a tal proposito personale del bar fantastico. Una delle signore è stata super gentile. Per futuri viaggi in zona tornerò sicuramente. Unica nota negativa, purtroppo nonostante avessi selezionato l’opzione pagamento in hotel al momento del check in, a fine agosto una settimana prima del mio arrivo mi è stato trattenuto quasi l’intero importo e a oggi non mi è stato ancora rimborsato nonostante in hotel io poi abbia provveduto al pagamento effettivo. La struttura ha poi risposto prontamente e mi ha spiegato che può capitare e che bisognerà attendere qualche giorno ancora. Consiglio quindi di procedere direttamente con il pagamento al momento della prenotazione per evitare inconvenienti. A parte questo piccolo intoppo soggiorno a 5 stelle, struttura super consigliata

Stort hotell med konferenskänsla utanför Forli. Värdelöst om du inte har bil. Serveras ingen lunch, servicen var lite sådär beroende på vem man träffade. Trevlig takpool. Synd att de har rökhörna, inte så fräscht. Underbar takterrass för middag men den var bara öppen två av sju dagar övriga fick man äta i trist frukostmatsal. Oinspirerade frukost med varm yoghurt och trist bröd. Rummet var helt ok, varken mer eller mindre. Finns ingenstans nära att gå och handla mat, ingen buss eller annat utan har man inte bil är man beroende av taxi. Vilket var dyrt eftersom de tog betalt från Forli centrum och inte från hotellet där vi blev hämtade.

Naja. Auf den Pflegeartikel war noch das MakeUp von den Vormietern. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Schild, man soll die Fenster nicht öffnen wecken Mücken. Bei 3 Personen mit Hund ist die Raumtemperatur dann bei molligen 30 Grad. Also mal schnell bei der Rezeption nachgefragt und die Antwort bekommen:Klima geht nicht. Machen Sie das Genster auf. Das hat dann zwar Temperaturtechnich geholfen aber der Warnhinweis mit d3n Mücken stand nicht umsonst da (und ja, wir haben vorher überall Licht aus gemacht). Bei gefühlten 100 Mücken im Zimmer sollte man vor seinem Aufenthalt zur Sicherheit 0,5 Liter Reserveblud dabei haben und mit Schlafen ist dann auch essig. Alles in allem waren wir eher enttäuscht. Auch für den Zwischenstop auf der Fahrt nach Süd Italien werden wir zukünftig was anderes suchen. Schade eigentlich.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel recentemente e l'esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La struttura offre un ristorante eccellente, dove ho potuto gustare delle tagliatelle al ragù tipiche della zona, semplicemente deliziose. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e professionale, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Un altro punto a favore è il garage disponibile per un piccolo sovrapprezzo di 5 euro, anche se questa volta il servizio mi è stato offerto gratuitamente nel prezzo finale. La piscina al terzo piano è fantastica per un po’ di relax dopo una lunga giornata in moto, davvero un toccasana, sempre inclusa nel prezzo della camera.

L'unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il dispenser del sapone nella doccia, che era purtroppo vuoto. A parte questo dettaglio, il soggiorno è stato impeccabile e lo consiglio vivamente.

Un bel albergo ma non propfio da 4 stelle e con un servizio opinabile perche dopo aver dato informazioni aggiuntive sul soggiorno gia nei giorni precedenti ho dovuto ribadire dopo esser stata chiamata.
Se il prezzo è competitivo va bene se no non e cosi valido.
Colazione buona e abbondante ma a orari troppo restritivi.

Struttura dall’arredo moderno a dieci minuti d’auto da Forlì, accoglienza cordiale, camera ampia e confortevole con frigobar (bottigliette d’acqua a disposizione ogni giorno), set per la preparazione di tè, caffè e infusi con biscotti, bagno di buone dimensioni ma con punti luce poco efficienti, letto comodo. Da sostituire il phon che non offre una potenza di asciugatura soddisfacente.
Molto apprezzato lo spazio sul tetto con la piscina dove rilassarsi al caldissimo sole di una giornata di fine ottobre.
Migliorabile la colazione, cappuccino e caffè acquosi, alcuni prodotti dolci esauriti non sono stati sostituiti.
Da segnalare la mancanza di etichette informative sui prodotti da forno e l’assenza della lista degli allergeni. Mi sono rivolta a tal proposito alla cameriera addetta al bar ma non è stata in grado di darmi indicazioni riguardo gli ingredienti delle torte. Molto grave, anche perchè gli hotel hanno l’obbligo di esporre gli allergeni alimentari.

Ho apprezzato il fatto che anziché una normale matrimoniale ci abbiano dato una suite. Quindi stanza molto spaziosa con un piccolo balconcino. Bella la doccia e la vasca idromassaggio che però penso sia da sistemare… una volta azionata emetteva nell’acqua una polvere marrone. Grande punto a favore la piscina sul terrazzo che è stata per noi inutilizzabile poiché soggiornavano nell’hotel numerosi ragazzi che si sono impossessati di tutta l’area piscina non permettendoci di andare… sarebbe necessario un controllo da parte del personale. I ragazzi infatti erano tanti, si tuffavano e tenevano la musica ad alto volume ( anche dopo cena)… insomma festeggiavano, ma mi chiedo se era stata riservata loro la zona. Colazione con tanta scelta ma qualità molto scarsa.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questa struttura e sicuramente ritornerò qui, quando verrò da queste parti. Personale professionale e gentile, colazione super super con ogni ben di Dio, camera pulita e sufficientemente insonorizzata, ampio parcheggio privato, ristorante ottimo. E tutto ad un costo ragionevole, anzi basso per quello che offre. 👍👍👍

Veramente un buon hotel.

Anche se la location non è delle più \"romantiche\" il GHF offre ottimi servizi e comfort. Camere spaziose e comode anche se molto \"business\". Bagno ampio e rifinito. Stanze insonorizzate molto bene. Piscina sul tetto e tutto il parcheggio di cui si necessita. Ristorante interno. Colazione a buffet buona. Personale gentilissimo e veramente super disponibile. Per brevi soggiorni è l'ideale. Come dicevo location non da sogno, ma altamente strategica. Consigliato.

La struttura è accogliente e la piscina è sicuramente un plus. Purtroppo, oltre ai dintorni inesistenti (ma lo sapevamo) i letti erano scomodi, scarsa la pulizia di alcuni particolari (termosifone nel bagno, soffione della doccia) e la colazione non erano all'altezza di un 4 stelle superior. Altra grossa limitazione sono gli orari del check out (entro le 10.30) e della colazione (entro le 9.30) che quando si è in vacanza vanno un po' stretti. Gentilissima invece la signorina alla reception.

Ingresso dalla strada non segnalato, sembra entrare in un rifornimento di carburante. Ingresso hotel affumicato da ospiti presso la porta principale. Camere non condizionate ed all'interno tv egualmente malfunzionante. Colazione discreta ma molto industriale. Sicuramente da 2 o tre stelle non quattro superior

Serve seria manutenzione

L'albergo è un mix di cose moderne e vecchie. Mi aspettavo molto meglio. La camera era pulita ma è stato molto deludente il fatto che nella camera ci sia un piccolo frigorifero che fa un rumore terribile. Tutta la notte non sono riuscito a dormire. Inoltre anche dalla stanza vicino si sentiva tanto il continuo chiacchierare.
La colonna doccia ha solo la possibilità di effetto pioggia (acqua da sopra con un piatto largo) e non il tubo, togliendo la possibilità di non bagnare i capelli. Inoltre un vecchio dispenser di plastica era abbandonato nella doccia pieno si angoli taglienti.
La colazione niente di particolare.
Unica nota positiva la gentilezza del ragazzo in reception che è stato molto bravo anche se alle 2 di notte a spiegarmi i dettagli.
