Location is very good. View was OK. Looks better on the internet than in person. Our room was dowdy and in need of paint, new furniture, clean bedspread. A/C worked, 3 TV stations worked. Staff was not very friendly (unusual for Brazil!) and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Great location for local fun.
The location is VERY good if you are looking for nearby, local fun. The little restaurant right out front is a local family hangout on Sunday and very lively on Saturday evening. Again, the location is VERY good if you want access to the local village and very short walk to 3 nearby beaches. Spend the money and get the better rooms if you can afford it. The staff is really great.

The hotel has very nice view, if you stay in the highest floors. The breakfast was good. It's located few minutes walk from the city main areas. There was a very nice lady at the reception (Julianna) that helped us a lot with everything we needed there.

Great pousada!! Next to beach and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and nice beaches. Also, access to water taxy and boats. Facilities were good with great view of boats but shower was difficult to regulate for hot water. Staff was great!

I loved the location. The view was fantastic and it's very close to Centro, about a 10-15 minute walk. You don't need to take the taxi because it is walking distance. I made the mistake doing that and paid R$18. I traveled alone and I felt very safe walking around, even at night. People are friendly. Do learn your common Portuguese words and phrases. The hotel is very cute.
Room for improvements: clealiness of the room and bathroom. You can tell the place is a little worn. There is no hair dryer, so if you need one you have to bring your own. If they could make those little improvements, it would be perfect!

Ao chegar fomos recebidos e ficamos esperando o check in, chegando no quarta imediatamente meu namorado teve crise de bronquite por conta do mofo, chegamos com calor fui direto pro banho e o banheiro era podre, com um chuveiro que fazia um barulho absurdo e não esquentava a água, a seguir fui pegar água no frigobar e simplesmente tinha uma garrafa pela metade do hóspede anterior, em seguida liguei a televisão e não estava funcionando, diante de tudo fui até a recepção (não tem telefone no quarto para ligar para eles), informei todos os problemas e me pediram para esperar pois a pessoa que mexia tá TV não estava, esperamos mais de 1 horas e quando vieram não ajeitaram a tv e sequer trouxeram uma garrafa de água nova, quartos sujos, mofados, empoeirados, recepção sempre vazia, atendentes nada solícitas, emburradas e sempre no celular ou dentro da cozinha, eu tinha que procurar por elas!
Toda vez que ia pedir alguma coisa, como água ou toalha elas entregavam sem nem olhar na nossa cara, me sentia pedindo favores, no quarto que ficamos dava pra ouvir conversas, sauna suja e interditada, piscina podre e inacessível com sombra o dia todo, e sem local para sentar e nem apoiar seus pertences.
Sobre o café da manhã pães requentados dos dia anterior, café de máquina e sucos artificiais.

Chegamos e ficamos no quarto 5, o controle da tv não funcionava, descemos para o quarto 2 onde o controle tmb não funcionava, tinha q levantar para mudar o canal na tv, travesseiros com cheiro de suor, no box não tinha um lugar para colocar nada, nem um sabonete.
Solicitamos uma manta e estava com cheiro de mofo fortíssimo . Enfim, coisa simples que estão deixando de lado, já fico nessa pousada a um tempo e não era assim, mas de um tempo pra cá venho observando que estão deixando muito a desejar e reforçando que é uma pousada que passou por uma reforma recentemente.

Fomos mal atendidas desde a tentativa de contratar p transfer, e no checking não foi diferente, funcionários de cara feia quando solicitados, e no café da manhã que ainda estava incompleto, tive que aguardar a funcionária tirar fotos mesmo ela já sabendo que o horário do inicio do café era incompatível com o Congresso que estávamos participando, detestei hospedar neste local!

A localização é muito boa, porém a infraestrutura deixa muito a desejar, muitas escadas onde nenhum local fui sinalizado, quarto com vista excelente porém pagasse subir muitas escadas, não temos como nos comunicar com a recepção sem ser por zap, o café da manhã muito fraco sem variedade de café da manhã, tinha mais sobremesa do que café da manhã mesmo.

A pousada é muito bem localizada, limpa e funcionários educados. Me hospedei somente um dia, para complementar uma diária no feriado, fiquei no último quarto diaponivel, o apto 2. O banheiro havia sido reformado, mas o quarto não possui nenhuma vista, apesar de ter uma varanda improvisada e como fica no térreo e próximo à recepção, se ouve as conversas dos outros hóspedes. Não voltaria a me hospedar nesse quarto, mas a pousada é boa e tem um bom café da manhã.

Excelente localização, entre a Rua das Pedras e Praia dos Ossos, dá pra fazer quase tudo a pé.
Estacionamento é na rua, pode ser um pouco complicado conseguir vaga pública próximo, mas tem estacionamentos privados a menos de 300m, inclusive com pernoite.
Sobre o hotel, minha única ressalva é que os melhores quartos ficam na parte mais alta da pousada, então exige disposição para subir aa escadas!

Dependendo o quarto, tem vista mar com uma das visões de pôr do sol mais lindas que já vi na vida!

O destaque do estabelecimento foi o atendimento da gerente, Rebeca, sempre muito solícita e simpática, assim como a moça da limpeza, que além de estar sempre com um sorriso enorme e contagiante é muito caprichosa com os cuidados do quarto.
A decepção ficou mesmo por conta das instalações da pousada, bem simples e aquém do esperado, especialmente em virtude das fotos apresentada.
O banheiro do nosso quarto era péssimo! Tinha um vazamento no box, que molhava o banheiro todo, que, por sinal, era minúsculo. Meu namorado, que é mais alto (1,90m), não cabia debaixo do chuveiro.
A piscina anunciada é mínima também, só para constar mesmo. Porque nos 4 dias que ficamos hospedados não vimos ninguém entrando nela. Ela fica escondida no último andar da pousada, num lugar ruim, que nem bate sol direito.
O café da manhã é mediano. Não tinha muitas opções; as frutas não estavam com a cara boa; os bolos pareciam ser aqueles de massa pronta, com gosto de fermento; não havia muita reposição de pronto; não possuem um recipiente para manter os ovos mexidos aquecidos, então ou comíamos frios (quando tinha) ou pedíamos para que fizessem mais; por fim, não havia louça disponível, apenas as que estavam postas nas mesas, então, se havia necessidade de mais pratos, tínhamos que ficar desmontando outras mesas. Os sucos eram bons e naturais.
O que salvou mesmo foi a cama e os travesseiros, que eram de boa qualidade e o ar condicionado, que é ótimo!

A pousada é bem localizada, não possui estacionamento mas não tivemos grandes problemas em estacionar na rua mesmo sendo uma rua movimentada. O quarto é ótimo, lençóis e toalhas limpos, ar condicionado bom. A tv não pega muitos canais, mas não fez falta. Café da manhã bom e funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Ótimo custo-benefício em Búzios.

Realmente como já foi dito por uma pessoa, o fotógrafo é muito bom porque as fotos não condizem com a realidade. Reservei um quarto com varanda e vista para o mar, quando cheguei na acomodação não tinha vista para praia pois estava cheio de mato na frente, o teto do quarto todo mofado e para completar apareceu uma barata no quarto a noite e nem nos procuraram para pedir desculpas ou trocar a acomodação, tivemos que dormir com barata porque não tinha aonde ficar. Foi decepcionante, não voltaria!!

Nos colocaram em um quarto com aspecto de velho, com armário e móveis velhos. O box do banheiro não fechava e molhava o chão todo. O suporte de shampoo e sabonete estava quebrado e tinha que deixar tudo sobre a pia do banheiro, molhando ainda mais o banheiro. Azulejos quebrados, com buracos, ao redor das torneiras. A menina da recepção dava informações com muita má vontade, principalmente sobre onde parar o carro... que é BEM longe da pousada.
