I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia .

Quarto razoavelmente limpo. Em relação a equipe são educados e prestativos, porém uma certa demora no atendimento da recepção. Ar-condicionado Ateneu muito bem a necessidade. Em relação ao estacionamento não utilizei.

Para quem vai com criança, deixou a desejar na manutenção da piscina (numa quinta feira fechada para manutenção) e na TV (não há nem canais abertos - você precisa colocar sua assinatura de streaming para acessar).

Café da manhã precário no 1o dia, só tinha 1 funcionário! Faltava limpeza nas mesas, reposição de alimentos, sucos, copos, xicaras, pratos e talheres. Precisou outros hospedes reclamarem para o cafe da manha ser bom nos outros dias. A noite, queda de energia por varias vezes. Pousada parece abandonada. Precisa melhorar muito para ter condições de atender bem.

Hôtel familial aconchegante tem localizado no meio do aldeia Armação de Búzios, da pra ir de pé até a Orla BB (10 mns) e até mesmo a rua das Pedras (20 mns), demora meia hora pra ir até a Praia do Forno que é a mais bacana pra adultos nadar. Assim que chegamos o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Ao comunicar tal fato, prontamente acionaram o técnico para providenciar o conserto. No mais, café da manhã muito bom. Tem também um café da tarde com bolos. Piscina atende bem. Localização muito boa.

Quarto Luxo com banheiro sujo, e vaso vazando. Peguei cama queen e deram quarto com duas camas solteiro encostadas que afundava no meio e a emenda incomodava. tv com quase nenhum canal e não tinha controlo. A única coisa muito boa do hotel é o atendimento dos funcionários, isso sim foi muito bom.

As instalações da pousada são boas: piscina ótima mas o quarto deixa um pouco a desejar, com as paredes do banheiro com manchas escuras, parecendo mofo, toalhas muito ruins e necessidade de reformas, pelo menos no quarto 13, onde me hospedei.

Fui com minha noiva comemorar nosso noivado, chegando lá fomos muito bem recepcionados e nos informaram que fizeram um upgrade no quarto pra gente. Ficamos muito felizes com a consideração que tiveram! Funcionários excelentes, todos muito educados. Estacionamento é dentro da área da pousada também, muito bom. Café da manhã maravilhoso, muita variedade, gostamos muito. O único problema que vou relatar aqui é por conta da higiene, os lençóis tinham cheiro de sujo, o quarto não tinha um cheiro muito agradável quando chegamos, só cheiro de cloro. As roupas de cama e banho não cheiravam bem, sem contar que a roupa de cama estava manchada de amarelo e poída em vários pontos dela. Tv só pegava Globo, mas por mim tudo bem. Só estou deixando essa observação porque acho que vale a pena melhorarem nisso. Fora isso, tudo perfeito, quarto aconchegante, cama confortável. Muito bom! Obrigado!
