Minha estadia no Búzios Garden superou todas as expectativas. O grande destaque, sem dúvida, é a excelência no atendimento. A equipe é de uma cortesia ímpar, sempre pronta para ajudar com um sorriso no rosto, fazendo com que a gente se sinta verdadeiramente bem-vindo.
O ambiente é extremamente acolhedor e charmoso. O quarto onde fiquei era muito aconchegante e impecavelmente limpo, o que garantiu noites de descanso perfeitas.
O café da manhã segue uma linha mais simples, mas é simplesmente delicioso, com tudo fresquinho e bem preparado. Além disso, a localização do hotel é excelente, facilitando muito o deslocamento para aproveitar o melhor da região.
Recomendo de olhos fechados para quem busca conforto, hospitalidade e um ótimo custo-benefício. Com certeza voltarei!

O quarto é espacoso. Chuveiro bom. Frigobar gela bem. Tv com opcoes. Espaco da piscina agradavel, varias mesinhas. Recepcao super atencioso. Unica coisa que nao curti muito foi a limpeza da piscina. Os 2 dias que fiquei, ela estava suja. Da p ver que nao usavam nada para deixar a agua clarinha sabe. E o cafe da manha poderiam ter mais opcoes pelo porte da poudada. Mas foi bom.

A pousada é muito bem localizada perto do centro, bonita, decorada, e o atendimento gentil, porém infelizmente existem pontos negativos. O colchão da cama do nosso quarto era duro e desconfortável, no banheiro a tampa é menor do que o vaso e problemas na descarga. Quanto ao café da manhã, achamos muito simples e com poucas opções de comida, não há variedade e reposição, inclusive em comparação aos hotéis menores que já hospedamos. A piscina não ficava muito limpa.

Pousada simples, porém atende ao valor pago

A pousada Búzios Garden, apesar de simples, atende bem aos hospedes. Um coisa que não achei legal é que no café da manhã percebi uma certa economia ao abastecerem os alimentos que iam acabando. Esperavam acabar e demoravam muito para abastecer. Ao abrir o quarto percebemos um cheiro de mofo, tive que espirrar meu perfume para melhorar um pouco. O chuveiro é bom, água forte, a descarga também é forte. O cobertor é muito fino e estava frio quando fomos. Muito barulho de carro e moto a noite, pois fica numa estrada agitada. O pessoal do quarto ao lado fazia muito barulho, arrastando móveis, ficaram até mais de meia noite conversando alto.

Os únicos pontos negativos para mim foram as vagas de estacionamento que ficam muito longe dos quartos e também o isolamento acustico dos quartos (fiquei num quarto térreo e ouvi tudo o que acontecia no quarto acima - tudo mesmo!)

Eu adoro a pousada, já me considero de casa.
O atendimento é excelente, o atendimento dos meninos da recepção é diferenciado .
A pousada é muito boa, aconchegante e super me atende porém, nessa estadia tinha uma pessoa lá bem mal educada, cujo nome era Pedro irmão do responsável pela pousada. Essa pessoa nem um bom dia deu aos hóspedes e achei ríspida a forma como falava com os colaboradores e isso me incomodou bastante .

A pousada tem uma localização boa, fica a uns 15-20min andando da rua das pedras e a 8min da orla Bardot. Não é difícil se locomover andando. O quarto é simples, bem grande. O único ponto ruim foi a cama, pra mim. O colchão era mole e afundava, travesseiros finos. O café da manhã era muito simples, com o básico, e não variava entre os dias, os 3 dias que ficamos serviram a mesma coisa. O atendimento foi ótimo, os meninos da recepção muito simpáticos, dando dicas e fechando passeios. Eles dão um controle do portão pra vc entrar o que te da uma boa liberdade. O estacionamento é um pouco apertado mas não atrapalhou. Então digo que é uma pousada razoável, compatível com o preço considerando os preços praticados em búzios.

A pousada e bem bonitinha, mas pode melhorar algumas coisas, sao elas...
Cafe da manha, é padrão basico, mas colocam muito pouco e toda hora voce tem que aguardar reporem, fica chato..
Atendimento, a recepcao, ok! Mas as meninas na cozinha ( do cafe da manha ) sao super desagradaveis, parecem que estao com raiva (foi o que mais me encomodou, pareciam que estavam fazendo favor.

Nao tem vaga de carro suficiente, e nao da pra estacionar na rua.

E por ultimo, fiquei 3 dias e durante munha estadia nao vi nenhum funcionario pela pousada, achei estranho rs.

O quarto eé ok, pelo preco!

E a pousada é uma gracinha bem aconchegante e silenciosa.

Um bom custo beneficio mas nao voltaria.

Me senti em casa

Tudo na pousada é muito bom. A distancia pro Centro e pra praia é bem legal e todos os funcionários são ótimos, principalmente o Henrique e o Júnior da recepção. Precisei da ajuda deles para uma emergência bem seria e eles foram incríveis. Voltarei com certeza.

Lindos jardins e quarto muito agradável.

Ambiente muito bonito, tanto da pousada como do quarto. O quarto é bem espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. Café da manhã bastante agradável. A piscina é pequena, mas com tantas praias lindas, isso não atrapalhou. Check in feito previamente on line, excelente.

É tranquilo ir caminhando até a Rua das Pedras, uns 10 minutos pela orla. A noite, como estávamos cansados, usamos uber, deu 8 reais.
