Beautiful and Uncomfortable

HONEST REVIEW: Beautiful property, uncomfortable room. I stayed in a \"superior\" room for reference.

SERVICE: Everyone that works at reception is great. They were helpful with finding my way around town.

COMFORT:
- Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. This is the most shocking oversight
- The pillows are paper thin, felt a hundred years old and there’s only two in the room
- Sheets are starched and scratchy
- Shower curtain gets blown into the stall by the draft and touches you the entire time you're in there

FOOD:
- Included Breakfast doesn’t start until 8am and the food was BAD. Mine was included with the cost of my room. If I had paid I would have been annoyed at the quality of food and cost

Old hotel that feels not clean, smell of dump in the room, leaking air conditioning and broken toilet seat, seems that there is not interest to provide costumers with comfort , although the staff seems attentive and nice.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice that it was far enough away from Porto Cervo but within walking distance to restaurants. Accommodations were fine, my porch door didn’t fully lock and the resort seems to have a lot of elderly folks, but it was a comfortable stay at a good price.

Very pleasant week overall. Impeccable service (of both reception and restaurant staff), excellent dinners, nice pool, big room in rustic style (some might find it dated). Location is quite central for everything around Porto Cervo. Although there is no beach, shuttle service to one not that far is provided. There are couple of decent restaurants within easy walking distance. Otherwise you need a car or taxi (most expensive in the world!).
Breakfast was average at best and same every single day. WiFi did not work last 2 days of my stay. Room rates are very high, but it was Porto Cervo area in August after all...

Older property needs a redo with nice breakfast

Sprawling low rise buildings, older and tired. Very small rooms. Wall AC unit worked well but blew in face all night, I left with a head cold. Nice breakfast with excellent service. Free shuttle to the beach. Hotel is VERY LONG WALK TO OLD PORT. Really not much you can walk to really need a car here.

Could be a really nice hotel with a bit of work. The location is good, nice breakfast and the staff are friendly, but the facilities are very tired and more like 3 star in their current condition. The pool area was a bit uninspiring with broken sun loungers and the pool water was freezing. The room was a nice size and layout but needed redecorating and the furniture updating. The curtains were absolutely filthy.

Super place for a relaxing break.

Lovely area with inlets, coves, ports and jetties. Good roads and lots to see if you're adventurous. Hotel staff very good humoured and attentive when they needed to be. Overall a great break.

Comfortable but not convenient

Comfortable if dated room, set in a picturesque setting but not convenient location. Best thing was the beautiful pool and attentive service from the staff, particularly Annalisa at the front desk. Shuttle service to the beach, and town centre but only at night

Nice hotel with shuttle to the beach

Very friendly staff, specially Fabio from front desk.
Don't miss the shuttle to Grande Pevero Beach and make sure to have a reservation on their restaurant facing the beach.
Nice pool area and good breakfast included.
Minors are the wifi that is not very fast at the room and the beds are somewhat hard. I would also add some fresh fruits and some fresh jam to the breakfast.

Gorgeous down to earth hotel in superb location!

Great location, clean, great service, authentic feel! couldn't ask for more. The hotel staff are super helpful and lovely and nothing is too much trouble. When we next visit Sardinia we will stay here for sure. Down to earth and lovely! Breakfast is good too!

My husband and I visited Colonna Park out of season, which may explain some of our disappointment. The food in the hotel was dreadful, the breakfast was nothing to be desired, the coffee was bitter and the pastries were dry, the dinner reminded us of school dinners, nothing was fresh, everything was reheated or reused and it was certainly overpriced! The room was basic and small and the bed mattresses were worn out and very uncomfortable. The pool was lot smaller to what it seems in the photo. I can imagine it can get bit crowded in high season. The hotel staff were pretentious and incompetent, they were not even able to print out our bill when we checked out! The grounds are however very well kept and the setting is rather beautiful even though bit far from Porto Cervo itself. The marina is pretty much just a marina, two bars, gelateria, supermarketa and that is all we found, nice boats though!

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima colazione, comodo parcheggio pubblico disponibile fronte struttura (potrebbe essere piano in periodi di grossa affluenza), posizione molto comoda dando per scontato il possesso di un'automobile.

Tuttavia, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e sicuramente andrebbe rivisto il concetto di \"insonorizzazione\" (caratteristica indicata in fase scelta stanza) poichè, a parer mio, è quasi del tutto assente.

Hade en super vistelse på Colonna Park Hotel! Hotellet ligger cirka 25-30 min promenad från hamnen men hotellet har en shuttle som kör denna sträcka varje dag vilket var väldigt uppskattat! Hotellet ligger även nära och gångavstånd till många andra bra restauranger.

Bra service och fick hjälp med både båtuthyrning, restaurangtips och strandtips! God frukost och fräsch pool! Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel. Le cadre était plutôt sympathique et le personnel agréable. La chambre était atypique et plutôt réussie. Douche originale. Dommage qu'elle manquait d'éclairage. petit déjeuner agréable et personnel au petit soin. Jolie piscine.

O hotel tem uma boa localização, boa estrutura e um excelente café da manhã. Destaco como ponto positivo também o serviço de transporte até o centro de Porto Cervo e até a praia de Pevero. Porém deixa a desejar no conforto do quarto, que apesar de ser bem amplo, tem uma iluminação ruim, uniram duas camas de solteiro para formar uma de casal, o que é inadmissível, já que a reserva foi feita com cama de casal. O banheiro tinha uma ducha fraca e com a temperatura difícil de regular, pois oscilava muito entre quente e frio. Outro aspecto negativo foi o estacionamento, pois as vagas eram na rua, ao redor do hotel e não havia vagas para todos os hóspedes, algumas vezes tivemos que estacionar um pouco longe e caminhar até o hotel.

Hotel che ha qualche anno ma è ben tenuto. Colazione ottima e abbondante, con una scelta davvero notevole.. Personale molto disponibile, soprattutto in reception. Abbiamo usufruito della comoda navetta per la spiaggia del Pevero. Il giorno della partenza ci è stata messa a disposizione una camera di cortesia per lavarci e cambiarci. La posizione è davvero comoda e quindi siamo molto soddisfatti..
