Unfortunately The door to our room was making some noise due to air coming from an open window in the hall way. It should be easy to adjust the door hinge to solve this minor issue. I have stayed at the hotel several times before and it has always been quite, clean and comfortable

Convenience over Comfort!

It’s the perfect choice when flying out of the Aalborg airport as the terminal is right across the street. The hotel is fairly new, but the rooms are pretty spare. They felt more like dorm rooms, especially with their use of printed pictures glued right on the wall. The young woman at the front desk was the best thing we experienced. Gracious, helpful and kind. On the other hand, the server in the restaurant ignored us completely for some reason.

The hotel is as convenient to the airport as it could possibly be. It is closer to walk to the airport from the hotel than it is to walk to the airport from the airport parking lot. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only complaint that I had was that the A/C never got the room cool.

Nice clean place but totally disappointed with a fee of an extra DKK 400 for 1 hour extra stay. Equal to 70% of 1 night stay - and then even on a Sunday checkout.

That's taking advantage.

Everything was great. I think, though, that your staff was a little over-worked after 5 pm. The restaurant was almost full after about 6 pm and it seemed that one fellow was working the front desk, the bar and the restaurant and the other was apparently cooking, waiting tables and clearing up tables. I was really impressed by their efficiency and ability to multi-task, but I think one more body would be appropriate.

Nice enough place . There is no chef available on Saturdays. It would be good if i had been informed of this when booking.

An airport room for one night? This is just right!

New, clean, comfortable and 30 - 60 seconds walk to / from terminal door. We stayed 2 nights as on business very nearby and wanted to be at terminal early on a Sunday morning. Good, quick and frequent bus access to Aalborg. Car access has to be 'best in Europe' both for terminal and hotel. If you want a kettle and milk in room you may need to ask when booking room. There is a capsule coffee machine provided. There is a bar and food available along with mini shopping area down in reception area. Friendly staff. Best airport hotel we have stayed in.
