Professional staff, clean property. Everything was well-maintained. We stayed two nights and the people above us were quite active for about 30 minutes at midnight each night. The floor creaked so much from them walking around that we joked there were soldiers on parade up there!

Creaky floors aside, the bed was super comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely stay here again.

The windows were really dirty and the exterior had a lot of stuff all over it like bugs.

The \"breakfast\" available was coffee, and there were two donuts in a plastic box. I got the last tea bag with lukewarm water. My key stopped working and I had to go back twice for assistance to get back into my room. The clean and spacious room was a plus.

They continued to charge my card for days we already paid for. Called the cops on us when we refused to pay they more money. They then proceeded to turn off our power at 2am and refused to turn it off and threaten my friend and I.

Let’s see-the rooms are directly next to the freeway with no soundproofing.
There were bugs crawling on the ground.
There were unsavory characters looming in the parking lot.
My room smelled of cigarettes.
Advertised breakfast/ “continental service” was in practice, a pitcher of milk, slices of plain bread, and a waffle maker. No condiments, no syrup, no butter, no jam, nothing. We asked. Nothing. Even the front desk attendant seemed embarrassed.

Very sketchy area and there were bugs everywhere. The shower had several bugs on the wall, floor wasn't clean, faucet dripped constantly, and the lock mechanism on the back of the door was broken so we felt very unsafe.

The parking was right outside my door. The A/C worked fine. There was a lingering cigarette smoke odor, even though the room was listed as non-smoking. I did become nose blind after awhile and it was tolerable.

VERY noisy. You can hear people walking around in their room ( and we were wearing earplugs). Traffic from the I5 all night. On the upside, room was clean. Bed was comfortable they really shouldn’t advertise breakfast. All they had was bread and coffee. We left without eating. Will never stay here again.

Where do I begin? Check‑in was fine, and the room seemed okay… until we discovered a dirty washcloth left behind. Charming, I know. But we remained optimistic—surely things would improve, right?
Well, staying on the bottom floor gave us the unique experience of learning what it must sound like when someone keeps a full‑sized horse in the room above. Every. Single. Night. And as a bonus, the upstairs TV ran at full blast until morning. Delightful.
Returning one evening, we were greeted by a hooded individual perched on the curb, smoking away and making no effort to acknowledge us—or to keep the smoke from drifting directly into our open door. The ambiance was… let’s call it “creepy chic.”
As for room service, we were told that weekly guests get housekeeping every three days. Reasonable enough—except the room was never serviced. Not once. We became regulars at the front desk just to secure fresh towels. At this point, we practically worked there.
Now, breakfast. Or “breakfast,” depending on how generous we’re being. Items were frequently out, understaffing was obvious, and we had the pleasure of asking for basics like orange juice. The apples looked like they’d been on a slow journey toward mummification. And the waffles? The mix varied between the consistency of peanut butter and the clarity of tap water, depending on the day. A true adventure in breakfast engineering.

To start, the deadbolt was non operational. Tried calling the front desk and the phone was non operational. The toilet paper hanger was coming off the wall. The body wash in the shower was empty. The shower leaked all over the floor and soaking the floor mat. Will never return here!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities. However, we got very little sleep due to the traffic noise from the adjacent freeway, a continual drip from the outside downspout, and the folks in the next room watching a game. We also had no carpet in our room (did I accidentally book a handicap room?), so noises were amplified.
We've stayed at this property before, but had a room on the front side so we didn't have the same issue with the noise.

Freeway is very close & loud. AC/heat unit had issues. When you get in the room there is immediately a threat list of costs if you take/ruin items all the way down to the mattresses. I was exhausted and couldn’t sleep because of all the noise. Bring earplugs.

I chose this place without any research for the price. It is nothing special and away from restaurants and downtown :(. I wasn't looking for anything but a clean place to sleep and it did provide that. The heater is noisy and not easy to sleep when it comes on. I turned it off until I woke up cold in the morning. Train tracks are very close but there were none after I went to bed. One staff member was not very friendly but the one who checked me in was helpful in choosing a restaurant. Steps upstairs were narrow and difficult to carry luggage.

The room was too notch with cleanliness and an orderly/Feng shui vibe/appearance. The motel staff that evening was extremely helpful with getting a mistakes I had made prior to arriving with my reservation I had booked using a third party source. What surprised me even more is that in the end I just booked a room right there in the spot and not using any third party entity to try and get a discount. I thought it was going to cost me at least $20.00 per night for not having a reservation prior to arriving. When in fact I got the room at an even better rate than the third party entity was going to give that night! I would have been delighted with just a flowe price match! So I saved a few bucks due to the helpful staff on Thursday dec4 . Thanks to all these great extraordinary circumstances my stay was exceptionally better for sure to have been with all of your great, friendly, knowledgeable staff along with the very clean and good vibes rooms you provided me. I felt like I was someone special and important for my whole stay and I thank all of you for this pleasure able experience I will soon not ever forget. You can guarantee I will be telling all my friends and family about my stay and recommend your motels and any other establishments you have to every one I know. God bless!! Room had dirty small towels with stain, no big towels provided , upstairs was noisy till very late night, on second day we got looked out of the room because key was not working. We had to stand outside around 20 mins because no one was at the front desk.
Moreover, I was charged $40 fee because of the towel stain which wad there before. Very disappointed with the service.

I checked in online but had to go through the process again when I arrived at the property. Why was this necessary? Room was recently updated but some fixtures were poorly installed. Motion sensor light in bathroom came on during the night for no reason waking us up. We could hear next door neighbor talking through walls and their 6am alarm woke us up in the morning.

The room was clean and the amenities were fine. The only problem was that a car alarm went off right outside my door at 3:40 am and continued for 15-20 minutes, and included 2 men talking over the car. I was in room 109. Not sure who the men were, but the episode frightened me and I was concerned for my car, parked next to it. Do you have parking lot security?

Excellent experience from the get-go. Saved money using rewards dollars and the check-in & check-out experience was flawless and quick. O ly thing our dog did not like was the tile or LVP flooring but thats a personal issue.

All staff were very pleasant for our one night stay. It is always surprising, tho, what passes for a $100 room nowadays. Location is a bit sketchy-looking, but actually was very safe. We were given the ADA King room although we'd requested a regular king-- due to availability, probably. Room was worn, but seemed large enough and bright. Removed 1 spider, left the other. Fridge, microwave, TV worked. Tap water is GOOD to drink. The King bed was WONDERFUL, and we both slept despite the freeway noise (my earplugs helped). No clothes hanger area, just 3 pegs on the wall near the door, and 1 suitcase on bench beneath. At least there was an ironing board for our 2nd suitcase. The ONLY chair, although bright and padded-comfly looking, is VERY DANGEROUS (when not aware it's a tilting chair)! I sat down holding my dinner, and the seat tipped VERY far back, nearly dumping dinner and me on my head. This cannot be good for anyone, much less an ADA room. REPLACE THE CHAIR! We hated the MOTION-SENSORED Bathroom Light! No one needs that in the middle of the night! (Some tape, and our own nightlight, solved that.) And why is the Fancy mirror's lighting only on when the room light is on? There was little bathroom space so we used the ADA shower bench for our things. Breakfast had good juices, coffee, instant oatmeals, waffle-maker, 2 types of SUGARY cold cereals, yogurts, apples and bananas, scrambled eggs (from powdered). All condiments.

Cancelled once i was shown the gloony room with beds so old i sank when sitting on it. Horri lr. Cancelled on the property, called hotel.com within minutes and was told to call property.
No answer, went ibside, deserted, callled propeety 2x after i was charged. No response, no refund. I thought Hotels.com protected us, what happened? Your site here shows multiple bookings by me sane site, multiple receipts. Please advise i didnt book multiple roo.s. it was so sad i almost cried at this horrible room

People hanging out on balcony near our room, loud music. We are next to a large empty lot, not appealing at all when we drove up. Staff is just ok, nothing special. Arrived to a dirty room with the smell and hair of a cat or dog. I needed the desk for work and that was also dusty and unclean. The room door was difficult to open/close which was a concern for safety, especially at night since the area is sketchy. The room walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper, good luck.

The room was ok, but the bathroom was not clean. Mackup was smeared on the wall next to the sink, pubic hair was on the sink counter, and the floors were filthy, with stuff under the counter. The baseboards were rotten. The shower was very awkward to use. The paint was old and coming off in small patches.
The dog run area was full of poop and impossible to walk in. Other regions around the motel were also covered in dog poop.
Overpriced for the condition of the facility.
