Very large hotel in a noisy area and a short walk from the sea front. Very large bar area with rows and rows of small round tables and chairs. Not very comfortable and bright lights so not somewhere you want to spend time at night. However bar staff were helpful and a good range of drinks. There was a tv lounge across from reception. The restaurant was very large and noisy. You had to hunt to find a table to share and then some of the time you were looking for cutlery and napkins etc. The staff were working very hard clearing the tables but finding it difficult to keep up with the volume of people including large school/sports groups. The food was ok and good value for money but not a relaxing experience. The bedroom was ok but a bit scruffy with cracked floor tiles and bathroom door poor condition. The hotel is very dated.

The room was cool with light bedding do in the night you were cold and the thermostat blew cold air. The room was big enough but paper thin walls so you could hear everything. The noise all night was horrendous. People shouting, baging and crashing around in the corridor until 3.30 am!

Booked quadruple room and when arrived at hotel was greeted with tiny 3 bed room. After I complained they pulled another bed from under ours and tried to move bedside tables there was no space for cases or to walk past. Definitely was not the room I saw photos of. The maid came in after the first night but as we only got into hotel at 3am we declined. After that The whole time we were there (5days) not once did maid clean room. No fresh bedding or towels had to keep putting towels and rubbish outside room. We consistently told receptionist that our bedding needed changed and asked for new towels. The door of the room was stiff to shut and didn’t close properly had to push with force to close it, at one point it locked us in the room. We all left covered in bites and we felt bugs biting us while in bed!

Clean property, comfortable but basic rooms. Good price. 8 mins walk to bars, restaurants and shopping street. Unfortunately there is a big negative about the hotel. It has paper thin walls. You can hear all the neighboring rooms, it's like you are in the room with your neighbours. Also the corridors outside the rooms are very echoe, if someone is talking in the corridor every one knows the conversation. When a wheeled case goes by your room it sounds like a train coming past your room. Very noisy, so would not recommend.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, even after we requested cleaning. The sheets and towels were dirty and the bathroom sink and bath tub were clogged. The water would slowly go down and leave dirt residue behind. I reported this to the receptionist on multiple occasions and they said they were going to sort it out and didn’t. We had the breakfast one day and it wasn’t too bad but it could be better. Overall I don’t think it’s worth it.

This a good hotel for the price you pay. There is always something you can find to eat in the restaurant and a fresh cooking station. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The front of the hotel has been done up. Our room needed updating but was fine. There was a sewage smell from time to time from the bathroom unfortunately but they seem to be aware and a freshner smell comes through after a while

I mean it’s a 3 star so you don’t expect the best. We did the all inclusive package but I wouldn’t recommend, food lines are ridiculous and we were waiting so long sometimes that we gave up. Quite basic. Pool area isn’t the best either.

We had a few rooms booked as we are a big family 14ppl.

Unfortunately, all of us had the same issue with the rooms there were mosquitoes, and on the first night, everyone was bitten so we had to buy something against it. The A/C was so noisy and you couldn't sleep with it on but then was too hot. I think they should look into this before the high season starts.

Also, the swimming pool at the edges was not looked after (green marks). The number of lifts they have is not enough for the number of people they accommodate and has a mould smell.

In the photos, they have a photo of a bar/restaurant next to the sea, the only advantage you get is that they give you a small discount for the sunbeds and umbrellas (around 2€)

Looking into these issues will not rate it higher than 2starts, I must highlight that the staff is very helpful.

I read on Google a lot of bad reviews of this Htop Olympic. And honestly I don’t agree with any of the reviews. The pools are clean. The food is very good. There isn’t a very big variation but most days there are different options .Some of the plates and utensils and cups aren’t completely clean but that’s understandable because they use a dishwasher. The only number one thing I would highly advise everyone is that this is not a very up-to-date hotel. The rooms are not modern. The beds are not very ideal or comfortable. To have a twin size bed. No Smart Television, (Netflix or YouTube or capability for your phone). The bathrooms in the rooms are not to impress. And as many others have complained the walls are very thin you can hear clearly through the walls in the next room literally “everything”. Other than the rooms needing a modern overhaul update. I would say overall the Hotel is very good for the price. Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner. Multiple Pools. Beach 4 blocks away. Gym. Large bar. Billiards table. Karoake nights. Several activity nights.

I had a 3 night stay at htop olympic and it was nothing short of amazing, the staff were friendly, the facilities were im very good condition and the dining experience was very coordinated and the food tasted delicious each time. The pool was cleaned every morning and the poolside was very neat. The oly downside was that I literally had to search for the domestic staff when my room needed cleaning. I would recommend this hotel in you are ever in Calella. I had very good value for my money.

The food were not the best , most of it from days before, almost nothing was fresh, but is ok for the price we paid wasn’t bad. the beds in our room was terrible, bathroom was stinky and old, the hotel itself is wonderful with nice friendly staff, so in general it’s more than okay, but if you’re looking for luxury and better quality food you have to pay more, the most nice thing is at evening there was plenty of activities like salsa dance, yoga and multi cultural music.

Probably the worst place I’ve stayed in a while. But I guess it’s what to expect with the price we paid. We could have gotten two rooms for the price we paid but instead they just added two beds to the one room. The AC did NOT work at all. Ended up sleeping on the balcony to avoid the heat.

Mucho caos en el comedor, Falta mayor y mejor atención ya que tuve que recoger yo mismo la mesa y limpiarla para poder comer. Más personal en el comedor y dejar las mesas limpias y con cubiertos para los siguientes comensales.
Hotel y ascensores un poco anticuados, falta una reformilla.
El resto todo bien. Un parque nuevo para niños y el bar que aunque no está muy modernizado es grande y buena atención en general.

Le top : chambre climatisee assez grande avec balcon (vue sur la grande piscine pour notre part), salle de bain correct, le petit dejeuner buffet froid et chaud, le grand parking gratuit à 50m (attention pas celui juste derriere l hotel qui est a 11e par jour !!!)
Personnel à l accueil très sympathique
Le pas top : hotel immense (je pense pas loin de 500 chambres) et petits ascenseurs donc beaucoup d attente de ce côté (nous etions au 6eme etage)
Beaucoup de cars de jeunes donc tres bruyants (nous avons eu de la chance notre chambre n etait pas de leur côté donc nous c etait calme)

Stfuttura con circa 400 camere, organizzatissima. Reception super disponibile e operativa. Belle e pulitissime le tre piscine, due piccole e una molto grande, tantissimi spazi e lettini a disposizione. Ristorazione di discreto livello. Camere essenziali, quasi tutte con ampio balcone. Parcheggi gratuiti liberi non vigilati e/o a pagamento vigilato nelle vicinanze. Centralissimo a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia con un supermercato vicinissimo. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.

La nostra esperienza in questo albergo è stata purtroppo molto deludente. Le foto e le immagini pubblicate online non rispecchiano minimamente la realtà: camere vecchie e poco curate, spazi che non corrispondono a ciò che ci si aspettava. La colazione è stata davvero pessima: praticamente inesistente, senza frutta a parte quattro fette di pompelmo, e nel complesso molto scarsa.
L’unico aspetto positivo è stata la gentilezza del personale, ma purtroppo non basta a salvare la permanenza. Struttura pessima, assolutamente non ci tornerò e non la consiglio a nessuno.

Un peu déçus de notre séjour. Tout d'abord, un grand merci aux femmes de chambre qui font un travail remarquable, elles sont adorables et très professionnelles.
En revanche, côté restaurant, on nous avait indiqué un service de 19h à 21h30, mais à 20h45 tout avait déjà été rangé. Les serveurs semblaient débordés, avec trop de travail, et l’ambiance était tendue. Mention particulière à une jeune serveuse très impolie, qui criait sur ses collègues et jetait les assiettes… Bref, c’était la catastrophe.

Es war eine tolle Erfahrung, vorallem die Tänze bei dem Pool hat meine Tochter viel spaß zubereitet.Die Leute waren sehr nett bis auf 2.Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr sehr gut.Man konnte denn Strand sowie auch denn Pool sehr gut sehen.Was nicht so toll war,Das Leute vom Balkon oft Laute Musik hatten.Sehr Laute.Wir könnten daher nicht immer gut schlafen.Der Popcorn stand sowie die anderen Automaten waren überwiegent sehr toll.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt von einem ärgerlichen Missverständnis geprägt. Vor der Anreise stand ich über Hotels.com per E-Mail mit dem Hotel in Kontakt. Dabei wurde mir bestätigt, dass meine Buchung “All Inclusive” beinhaltet. Beim Check-in wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass es sich lediglich um eine Vollpension handelt. Auch während des Aufenthalts konnte das Problem nicht geklärt werden.

Die Kommunikation vorab war also irreführend, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich trübt. Der Service vor Ort war ansonsten freundlich, aber das Missverständnis hinsichtlich der Verpflegungsleistung hat den Aufenthalt leider negativ beeinflusst. Ich empfehle dringend, die Kommunikation mit Gästen vor der Anreise zu verbessern und klare, schriftliche Bestätigungen ernst zu nehmen

Der Strand hat uns am besten gefallen, obwohl es nicht direkt am Hotel war. Das Hotel war leider zu laut, das Essen war für 3* absolut in Ordnung. Restaurant war leider immer zu voll, obwohl es kein Hauptsaison ist. Für den Preis OK, aber das nächste Mal buchen wir in Calella ein anderes Hotel.

Hotel muy económico, vale si es solo para dormir.

Es un hotel para delegaciones, es muy grande y no alcanza los poquísimos ascensores, entran de 3 a 4 personas. En nuestra habitación había olor a encierro, si bien la ventilabamos las 24 hs, no se iba. Había que buscar mesa para el comedor, toralmente a full. Tanto el desayuno como la cena normales, no había mucha variedad. Las bebidas solo incluye agua. La habitación no tiene frigobar y sin puertas en el armario. Eso si, te cambian las toallas todos los días, y limpian también. La cochera se paga adicional, y es descubierta y se encuentra a la vuelta del hotel. La tarjeta de entrada a la habitación, todos los días tenía que reprogramarla. La atención en la recepción, muy buena. En resumen, no se puede pedir más es económico, y si uno está solo para dormir, está bien.

J'avais sélectionné une chambre avec petit déjeuner inclus , à l'arrière je n'avais pas les petits déjeuners inclus et je ne les ai pas vu, vu le prix de chambre c'est abusé surtout que les tarifs étaient augmentés de bien 50 euros 🙄.
La chambre ne comportait que 2 lits au lieu de 3, le 3 ieme pas fait... ça a été vite réglé en contre partie.
La poubelle de la salle de bain comportait un papier de Chips, pas assez de serviettes pour 3 personnes, j'ai dû aller zn demander.
La propreté dans les étages présente beaucoup de poussière malheureusement, les champs un peu vetuste et la salle de bain n'en parlons pas .
La literie confortable cependant, l'accès aux piscines sympathique. La proximité de la plage et commerces et bien

La entrada perfecta nos atendió tito, es muy amable y simpático y es rápido y muy bueno en su trabajo, me encantaría no se que organizas en una clase de zumba con profes molaría mucho

Im 7 Stock hast du eine schöne Aussicht auf s Meer
Nur Zimmer war schlecht, man hörte alle Nachbar .Rauchen auf dem Balkon ist ja toll , aber der Duft kommt in dein Zimmer , als Nichtraucher nicht gerade toll.
Frühstück und Kaffee……nicht empfehlenswert .!
Für einen günstigen Urlaub ist es ideal….
