Tres vieil hôtel, des rénovations seront appréciées. Juste une prise pour brancher nos choses, celle-ci située près de la porte de la salle de bain. Pas trop commode. Table dont la mélamine est en train de se décomposer, vieille chaise en rotin, Wi-Fi qui fonctionnait aléatoirement et renvoie d'eau de la douche partiellement bouché. Une chance que c'est propre et que les employés sont sympathiques. Un des pires Première Classe que j'ai vu et j'y vais souvent, partout.

The poor girl on reception seemed like she had been thrown in the deep end. Why she needed to write our credit card details on a scappy piece of paper that was left on the reception desk I have no idea so I ended up going back to ask her what was to be done with this information and asked her to get rid of it securely. She didn't know how we had to log on to the free WiFi and said she would have to speak to someone later.
Obviously policing the No Smoking policy is always going to be difficult but the room smelt horrible. There was no toilet paper in the room but the receptionist was able to provide us with some. This was just a very basic overnight stop on our way to the ferry in Calais but we have been in better. The Sat Nav had difficulty getting us to the property and we drove past it at least twice.

Not the best Premier Classe

These type of hotels are hit and miss. I’ve stayed in a lot of them. It was ok for a stopover one night if you don’t expect too much. Basically I just want somewhere to sleep. It all depends on who your neighbours are- unfortunately we had rowdy neighbours who were up a lot of the night making loads of noise with children running around, lots of moving stuff around etc- making no attempt to think of others - so if you encounter that then it’s not going to be good anywhere. The room was the usual type of room, so I know what to expect.

I will not subject myself to Première Class again.

I left my comments when you asked me about check in.

I will add that the scent of cigarettes often pervaded the room from other rooms (non smoking rooms), there were cigarette burns in the cover blanket, and the internet never lasted more than 5 minutes without me having to turn the WiFi on and off.

Honestly, I selected this hotel based on pricing, but after this stay, I was scared as Hell bc before I left the Inited States I booked three additional days the following week.

Currently waiting for a call back from the management, bc there is no way, on Gods green Warth, I will subject myself to another stay at such a wretched place.

Budget Hotel for a budget price

It's a budget hotel. It is tired but for £28 we eren't expecting the Ritz, just a quick night's stop over. The open-air basketball court next door was very noisy late into the night. The door didn't fit when it was closed so there was a draft coming in. Buffalo Grill and other food places close by. I'd stay again because I am not unrealistic about a £28-per-night hotel!

The Premiere Classe was closed as it always is at weekends so the upgrade to the Kyriad next door was excellent. The hotel benefiits from having some restaurants all within walking distance.

Bedding had cigarette burns and gap a round the door. Checkin was easy, thats the only positive about this. People in surrounding rooms were up talking, seapping rooms and banging doors till 5am. When I complained she just smiled! Looking at some people, unsure is they are placed here due to being homeless for one reason or an other, hence the reason for not challenging them during the night. I wouldn't recommend or use again.

Unfriendly staff and cleanliness needs to improve

There was no soap and the member of staff showed how annoyed she was with me requesting that she fix it and I had to go down twice as she did not fix it the first time and she kept saying we will fix it tomorrow when you have left. Eventually she did fix it but it is not nice to have to insist and being treated as being unreasonable. Not acceptable I felt really unwelcome. Also one of the walls looked like dirt was running down it and it was dirty and there was also dirt in the shower.

Perfect stopover

We travelled as a family of 3 adults and stayed here to break our journey from mid France to Dunkirk port. It has everything we required for our overnight stop - it was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds, a toilet and shower with plenty of hot water. We did not have breakfast here as we wanted to spend some time in nearby Rouen which was amazing and only about an hour and a half into our onward journey. For what we needed this hotel was perfect for us. We did not see much of the local area as we arrived late and left early. I would say it is a perfect overnight stay for us and like minded travellers.

The room was very compact, bathroom very small had to have door open to sit on toilet, was very tired looking, toilet and shower were stained, room overall could have done with a lick of paint. Buffet breakfast was ok but not much choice. Had a lovely evening meal in the campanile hotel next door. Towels were a bit small and very grey looking. bed was very comfortable and large but had to make sure did not bang head on overhead bunk

Tired Hotel in need of complete renovation

When we arrived at the hotel we were told it was room only when we had taken the option which included breakfast. He charged us the full price and said to sort it out with whoever was on in the morning. We did however take breakfast in the morning and were not charged again. Our room smelt of drains, the bathroom fan was broken and didn’t work and the cistern continually dripped all night. The walls were filthy and in need of a good coat of paint - we would say a tired and run down hotel. Now to breakfast - there was a choice from a piece of toasted baguette ( there were three pieces available), some dry stale brown bread which you could toast, some dry cake and some brioche buns, all of which started off under a broken cover. Goodness knows how many days the same had been served. We have stayed in Premiere Classe all over France and this was the worst ever. Sorry but we will be avoiding all Premiere Classe in the future.

The room was small and the shower/toilet was only just big enough to use, the shower water did not flow away causing the floor to flood. The internet speed was very slow so I could not down load files properly, there were only 2 power sockets in the room one of those was used by the TV.
Overall I was very disappointed with this hoter.

Decayed Premiere Classe Hotel - avoid!

We have stayed here some years ago; we don't think it has been decorated or repaired since - damage and decay in evidence! It is rather run down and this was reflected in the staffs' attitude. We had no towels and had to ask a couple of times, possibly because the receptionist had to wash them first.

On arrival the self check-in machine was not working so we had to wait until somebody arrived in reception at 5 pm. (Our booking form said check-in was from 4 pm). The computer then said that we had not paid in advance although the hotels.com form showed clearly that payment had been made. (It was a no-cancellation, no-refund deal). However the receptionist was good and did try very hard and after a phone call we were allowed to stay without paying again. (The problem was probably a lack of communication between Hotels.com and Premiere Classe).
The room was typically Premiere Classe but a bit smellier than most. The door had obviously been forced at some time and there was a 2 cm gap at the side on the lower part which was open to the outside. A metal plate had been added to allow the lock to hold and the window had several screws to hold splintered wood together. Overall it did not give the impression of being a very secure hotel. The room and the bed were clean.
Eating next door at the Campanile was fine - especially with the 15% voucher.
Overall - we have stayed in many Premiere Classe hotels across France and they are usually very good for a one night stay, but would not choose to stay here again.

Not suitable for travellers on public transport

It was low price but really, a car is essential. It is unwise to arrive between 11 and 5, when there is no-one at Reception. If you do, you may be able to get assistance (and buy a drink) at the neighbouring Campanile. Bus links to town are not good and on foot, it is a long uphill slog back. On the other hand, I saw couples and families who seemed happy with their experience. Breakfast was mainly sugar (no fruit/protein) but plenty of coffee and, as I said, it was low-cost. The sheets and towels seemed clean, bed was comfortable. Room reminded me of a ship's cabin or a cave.

Shower needs updating. I had to hold the shower head in one hand, and wash with the other. Quite tricky. Only one plastic beaker was hygienically sealed.Power point hanging off the wall! Very difficult to find the hotel. The Campanile was signposted, but there should be a sign also for the Premiere.

You get what you pay for.

The shower was tiny, I couldn't have a shower with the shower curtain drawn because it kept sticking to me but with it open the whole room got wet. It is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for so otherwise it was just about ok, although when we were there it was really hot weather and our room faced the setting sun so that didn't help. The staff were ok.

The hotel is well placed for onward journeys. However roadworks currently make it difficult (for us at any rate) to get to the place; even though we could see it from the highway we had to have several goes at getting into the compound, since we could find no (temporary) signage for this. We had a good reception and the room was fine.

Room was small but functional. Bathroom reminded me of my motorhome, definately what we call a wet bath (everything in the room gets soaked when showering. Location not scenic but seemed safe. Initial search for hotel took about 1 hour due to hidden access. Check in time was 4 PM or later even though a computer checkin process was available. The only amenity was an available at cost breakfast.

The hotel was extremely difficult to find.I saw no signs to the hotel and the town's one way traffic system made the search for the hotel hard.Some directions on the booking confirmation form would have been helpful.The staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was good.The room was very basic but was clean .Some refurbishment of the room is needed.In particular,the floor has seen better days.

This hotel is in a busy roadside location amongst residential flats and a few houses. There's nothing much to visit nearby unless you drive into the centre of Evreux.
The hotel rooms are cramped. I got put in a room with 2 single bunks eventhough I'd booked a double and the hotel was less than half full when I arrived at 6pm.
The bathroom flimsy concertina door didn't close properly – one of several poorly designed fittings.
PS: if you have to stay here, don't use the light by the bed as it will keep you awake by creaking while it's cooling down for what seems like an eternity (or should that be purgatory!)

Titre : Une expérience décevante à l'Hôtel

Mon séjour à l'Hôtel a été loin de répondre à mes attentes.

La chambre était mal entretenue. Les draps avaient des taches et la salle de bain semblait n'avoir pas été nettoyée correctement. De plus, le bruit provenant des chambres voisines était insupportable, rendant le sommeil difficile.

Le service à la réception était également décevant. Le personnel semblait désintéressé et peu accueillant.

En résumé, mon séjour à l'Hôtel a été une véritable déception. Je ne le recommande pas et je chercherai un autre endroit lors de ma prochaine visite.

Très déçu par cet hôtel. Il est très vétuste. Pas isolé du tout. L’état de la chambre laisse à désirer. Vous pourrez voir trois photos que je joins à ce message. Par contre la personne de l’accueil a été très aimable. Souriant. J’ajouterai la désagréable surprise quand la femme de ménage est venue frapper à la porte à 9h30 en insistant pour savoir si elle pouvait venir faire le ménage. Autant vous dire que c’est ennuyeux surtout quand tu te couches à 4h du matin. Je rappelle que la chambre doit être libérée à 12h.

Hôtel vieillissant, toutes les chambres sont à refaire. Mauvaise isolation. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car il y avait un jour sous la porte (celle-ci avait visiblement été forcée). Le coin toilettes/douche est trop petit, pas de tapis de bain donc on met de l'eau partout après la douche vu que le rideau est trop court. Une serviette et un gobelet pour trois, nous avons dû redemander des serviettes et des gobelets.

Hôtel à la limite du passable...
État de vétusté avancé et la propreté des chambres laisse à désirer.
Oubliez la tranquillité entre le jour que l'on voit à travers la porte d'entrée de la chambre et le fait que l'isolation phonique est inexistante.
Personnel malgré tout cordial.

Delabré et très bruyant ! Cata quand on travail !

Tres déçue ! Personnel accuillant et sympathique ! Mais pas de serviettes dans la chambre a l arrivee. Chambre avec des grosses traces d humidité sur les murs! Tres bruyant! Des gens qui parlent forts a n importe quel heure! Et enfant qui crie! Personne ne dit rien! Nuit catastrophique ! Je n irai plus! Meme etant en déplacements tres souvent dans la region!

J'ai trouvé l'état général de la chambre assez moyen : peinture décollée sur les murs, l'interrupteur à côté du lit qui ne fonctionnait plus.
Par contre le personnel s'est montré particulièrement agréable ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Hôtel vieillot, aurait besoin de rafraîchissement. Salle de bain minuscule, réglage eau très très compliqué. Risque de brûlure tellement l'eau chaude arrive dun coup !!!
