Hallo also der Chef war direkt von der ersten Sekunde an sehr unfreundlich. Daher kann ich das Hotel Persönlich nicht weiter empfehlen. Das Frühstück war sehr klein auf gebaut und nicht viel Auswahl. Das einzig gute am Frühstück sowie der Aufenthalt war das sei einen Grosse Auswahl an Früchten hatten :D

Il ne trouvait pas la trace de notre paiement, alors que je lui en montrais deux. La plateforme ne lui avait pas envoyé.
Nous avons eu droit à des insultes (sch…e, f…ck), des accusations d’utiliser une fausse carte, des menaces d’appeler la police, et de nous coincer à la réception pendant 2-3 jours. Tout en criant qu’il n’avait pas le temps de s’occuper du paiement des clients! J’ai dû contacter moi-même Hotels.com (qu’il affirmait ne pas connaître) pour récupérer une preuve de paiement. Nous avons enfin pu partir au bout d’une heure.

Beim Checkin (20:00) hatte ich den Eindruck ungelegen zu kommen. So ein arrogantes und unfreundliches Verhalten ist mir in den letzten 200 Hotelaufhenthalten nicht begegnet.

Der Chef ist wirklich sehr nett und freundlich. Ansonsten ist das Sporthotel wirklich sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Alles ist veraltet und die Handtücher wollten wir gar nicht erst benutzen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort zum Glück denn länger hätte ich es wirklich nicht ausgehalten. Was tolle ist, ist die wunderbare Lage in Meersburg, denn wenn man ein Zimmer mit Balkon hat kann man sehr schön die Aussicht genießen. Das Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Ansonsten erwartet man natürlich für diesen Preis etwas viel Besseres.

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, hell und wie das ganze Hotel in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sensationelle Frühstücksbuffet, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen ließ! Dazu noch der wunderbare Ausblick auf den Bodensee und bei guter Fernsicht auch auf die Berge dahinter - besser konnte ein Tag nicht beginnen!

Der Start (Empfang) war sehr unerfreulich durch das Verhalten des Chefs. Er empfing uns wenig gastfreundlich. Er war mürrisch, laut, unfreundlich und zweifelte nachdrücklich unsere Buchung über Hotels.com an. Hotels.com habe er noch nie gehört. Schließlich gab er uns ein \"anderes\" Zimmer. Bei der Abreise wollte er uns nochmals bezahlen lassen. Dies ist sehr schade, da die Lage des Hotels wunderschön ist, ein überaus freundliches Personal beim hervorragenden Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, kleiner, gepflegter, beheizter Außenpool und ein gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum. Mit den Leihrädern (E-Bikes in gutem Zustand) lassen sich sehr schöne Touren machen.

Perfect location with lots of amenities for family
The front-desk clerk couldn't find our reservation upon check-in, so we had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to arrive. He was finally able to locate the reservation, but upon check-out we were charged again even though the room was pre-paid. The hotel is in a wonderful location (10 minute walk to downtown, 15 minutes walk to ferry). Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel guests and neighborhood are very quiet, with sheep right next door and a beautiful overlook at the top of a vineyard right up the hill. Lots of amenities at the hotel (great breakfast, heated outdoor pool, bikes for rent including for children, ping pong table, full gym, sauna etc.). It was a wonderful stay and we would like to return again, despite the reservation issues at check-in and check-out.
