Told them I would be there at two, check in time. Room not ready. No shower curtain. Plug in bathroom not working. Therefore no hair dryer. Spiders in room. Gross. Breakfast at 6, nope. Finally went somewhere else to eat. Door didn't close all the way unless you slammed it, which the neighbors didn't appreciate at 12 midnight.

Room is good and with somewhat less moving space. Cooler is new and so other stuff is also fine. Staff also is good and friendly. Adequate parking place. Breakfast available but not much bells and whistles.
I noticed minor squeaking noise while sitting and standing on the bed.
One fact not to ignore: The location is next to gas station. rarely or so your room may be on the same side. However once in the room that should not be any hinderance to stay or sleep.

Clean room and friendly staff. The good stops there. The \"free breakfast\" was little debbie honey buns and coffee. Our room had paint scraped off the walls and a chair so worn and/or dirty that I wouldn't even go near it. The bathroom had holes in the wall where it looked like the shelf I SHOULD have been able to hang a towel on had been ripped off. The mini fridge was inside a cabinet that was barely standing. LOTS of music and noise throughout the night. Even the TV was so low to the ground that it was hard to see when you sat on the bed. But the sheets and tub/sink/toilet were clean and the floor was moped and staff was friendly.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was very minimal, consisting of a loaf of white bread to toast, pre-packaged pastries, instant oatmeal packs and two types of cold cereal. At least some yogurt would be nice to get a bit of protein. The door jamb to the bathroom was in rough shape and would be very easy to replace. The plug by the beds was very loose - our phone charger kept falling out. Also, the lights over the beds were very harsh.

Do Not Book HERE! Beware! There should be negative rating for this hotel. I checked in, went to room and everything was dirty from window blinds to bathroom sink/ toilets, killed a baby cockroach by the sink- meaning big ones behind walls. Bugs in the lamp light, bed sheets were old, couch dirty and old. Luckily I walked out right away and got my refund, do not waste your time here.

I Wouldn't Sit On That If I Were You

There was only issue I had with the cleanliness of the room is that the small upholstered chair by the front door was covered in enough stains that it wasn't used during our stay. I'm not sure that instead of it being a janitorial issue it is, instead the responsibility of upper management to either have it professionally cleaned or replace with a newer chair. It was pretty disgusting, and I didn't have the extra money for a trip to the ER for a round of antibiotics.

Good if on a budget!

Overall it was great. The property definitely shows wear and tear. Our bathroom was a walk in shower which was great for my mom but you could tell that they really never finished all the work. The chair in the room could be replaced was well used and not a lot of cushion left to it.
Over all it was in a great location for our coming and going’s

Great! Clean! Will come back.

Stayed overnight for work. Room was clean. I can see why certain reviews said bugs, but that is only because the lights are bright outside of the room so you have to shut the door quickly or one or two flying critters might sneak in. For the cost you can’t beat it. I will come back next time I am in town for work. I do wish the WIFI was stronger, I brought my Roku and the WIFI was too weak to stream anything from my Roku.

Not the worst, but not worth your money

This wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it was easily in the bottom 10% of all time. When I walked in, the two chairs and small table were jammed up against the side of one of the beds. Both chairs were filthy and beat to death. The whole room felt and smelled damp, and the air conditioning (which seemed to be on its last legs) could neither keep the room cool nor reduce the moisture in the air. It made for an unpleasant night of damp sleep. The cleaning crew started asking when we were leaving 40 minutes before the time I’d set when doing the online/early checkout. Why offer that at all if the info isn’t passed onto the cleaning crew? I don’t fault them, but I do fault the mgmt. overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The King Size mattress should be thrown out and replaced with something that at least be considered hospitality dignified. It was noisy, lumpy, worn out, & sqeeked. The chairs also need to be replaced. They looked dingy & dirty. The room did not smell clean nor inviting.
Other quests complained that they too did not rest well.

Probably the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in
Dirty, worn and bad service. TV didn’t work. Had to threaten to check out before they brought a different one. And left the old one there. Never replaced the coffee, soap or shampoo. On tje second day they took the dirty towels but didn’t replace them. I didn’t notice until I got out of the shower. I had to use the pillow covers to dry myself. I left a day early even though I paid for it

Accommodation is basic but clean which is reflected in the price. Rooms are on two levels and there is no elevator, so pack light.
Location is convenient but if you're following Google maps drive in through the gas station as maps takes you past it to the next building and you have to go round again as it's a one way road. Breakfast is very lite, cereal or prepacked minimuffins.
Light and fan didn't work in shower room but was apparently fault of power company. When I got back the light worked but the fan still didn't. Maybe it's only a vent but they didn't say that. Overall, I wouldn't rule out staying there again if I was in the area.

There were roaches and crickets. When I got home one was in my bag. The property is run down inside and out. I could tell when I drive up it was not going to be good. When I got to my room the police we “visiting” guests a couple of rooms down. If I had another choice I would been OUT of there!

It was sketchy from the start. It's literally in the parking lot of a very busy gas station. The office smelled horrible. We would have left at this point but we had already paid for the room. Our room wasn't ready and it was after 4. Then we finally get the key and we are about 15feet from the gas station. Literally no privacy as we were unloading or stuff in the plain view of the people getting gas. We asked for anther key. He gave me one but never activated it.

The room itself smelled gross. The floor seemed clean as well as the bathtub. It's pretty gross.

I would NOT recommend staying here. Just look somewhere else. Pay a few dollars me and get a safer and cleaner place.

Missing fire alarm. Ok place to sleep

We really just needed a place to sleep so it was good for that but the check in person wasn’t super friendly and not very communicative. He asked for my name to check me in and then we were waiting almost 10 min with out him saying anything and I asked if he had a bathroom in the lobby I could use and he said yes but then told me I needed to wait a few min more in a very rude tone and then after a bit he gave me my key card with little to no directions to my room other than it’s up over the office, I asked if it was close he said yes but that was not true, it was almost to the end of the building, so I had to run to use the restroom in my room since the check in person was not not being fully helpful. There were burned holes in my comforter, missing fire alarm with the wires just hanging out, and it just felt dingy. So over all, it was ok for a sleep place if you just want somewhere to sleep but nothing else very comforting.

DONT STAY HERE!!!

I could see out of the front door with the door completely closed and it would not lock. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The furniture was all broken. The bathroom was nasty and the shower head was messed up. As for the bed, it would have been more comfortable sleeping on plywood. The front office smelled like someone hadn’t bathed in weeks (and that is not a reference to the staff, merely the smell in the lobby). The only positive was the person working in the front office was polite.

First thing noticeable upon opening the room was a VERY musty/moldy smell. The bed/mattress covers were dirty, and torn. They tried to give us another room, and somehow it was worse than the first, as it had the same issues, but the added issue of having one the bed's comforter was covered
with various cigarette-burn holes. We checked out immediately and asked for and recieved a refund. Do not recommend AT ALL. To be honest, the Bastrop County health inspector may need to pay this hotel a visit...

While the staff at the front desk was very friendly, we were disappointed to turn down the blankets and find hair in the sheets, and the fitted sheet on one of the beds had brown stains on it, so my daughter and I shared the cleaner one of the two queen beds. The toilet flush handle had something white caked on it, and when I wiped it with a tissue, the stain came right off which told me that someone didn’t make the effort to clean it at all.
