Never have I seen such small room. Way to small for a bigger bed. Bed is hard as a rock and so we're the pillows. The trains will keep you up all night and trying to control the heat at the desired temp was impossible

we were at Annex but there is not connecting hall way or covered walk way. It was raining and ws inconvenient to walk over to the main building for breakfast. The hotel was situated right next train station, so we can hear the train every time if passed by but thats something they can not do anything about.

No dining options on Sunday night

It’s basically an airport hotel, but the staff can’t use english, and most of the in-hotel communication is only in Japanese.
Their restaurant is closed on Sunday night, and the only options for food are at the airport if before 8.30pm. They did show me a map of the local area eating options, but the map was only in Japanese, and most of them were closed (except for the smokey Japanese pub). I was lucky to get one small hamburger and snacks from the convenience store at the airport. That was my very sad dinner the night before flying.
The Monday morning breakfast options are terrible, salad, fish, rice being the main “breakfast” options. They did have small sausages, eggs, and bread. But no cereals. The coffee cups were really tiny, like two mouthfuls of coffee.
Everything about the hotel was a little weird. Maybe ok for a domestic business traveller, but not so great for international travellers with big heavy suitcases.

The staff members greeted me with a smile, which was very nice after travelling for 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to have my room upgraded. They were doing renovations in the restaurant and the public bath and gave me a prepaid card (500 yen) so that I could purchase some bread and milk for breakfast. Overall it was a very nice stay.

I arrived late and tired and the desk personnel were quick, courteous, had my paperwork on the counter and I was in my room in 5 minutes!

It is also on the train line just 2 exits from Nagoya Airport, and I had an early morning flight!

Good hotel for flying to/from Centrair

Good hotel for flying to/from Centrair. Hotel located a short walk from Tokoname station making it easy to go to either Nagoya or Centrair. Not much in the area around hotel. I had to take the train a station away to the Aeon Mall for shopping and food. Room was standard size for Japan and bed was comfortable enough. Everything in room was clean and functional. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I had an early morning departure so missed the breakfast buffet. Still a good deal for travel in/out of Centrair. I would stay here again.

Perfectly acceptable, simple, a little older style hotel.
If they changed the overhead 4 thousand watt "daylight blue" flourecent light with something a little softer it would go a huge way towards improving the feeling of the room.

only suitable for stop over hotel for early flight or late arrival guest's, still have to take a train for one stop fr airport, I think the room is small and uncomfortable, we arrived at 10:30pm, hotel is right beside the railway and
main station, till 2:00 am still very noisy, cause people still
working for overnight although the train stop at 12:am, for the hotel condition, the price is not really that cheap

The staff was nice as they could be but could not communicate in English, The room was clean yet very small for a couple to stay over any length of time. Only Japanese TV and none of the documents you normally find in a hotel to describe any information had any English on it at all. The Wi-Fi did not work and it took me 15 minutes to figure out that the room key had to be placed in a slot on the wall before the light switches would work. Being right next to the train tracks was both close by yet loud in the room since the windows had only one pane of glass.
Breakfast was surprisingly nice but overall we will probably not stay there next time.

The room was spacious by Japanese standards.
The hotel standard was simple, but adequate.

This is the second time I stayed at the airport. The staff does not know how to speak English. So there is a big language barrier. Even with my google translator they have difficulty communicating. It took them time when the staff finally realized I already booked with expedia. The room is comfortable and clean. But the smell of cigarette smoke linger still even though designated no smoking. Unfortunately the internet is not working. If you want a strong internet signal you have to work at the lobby. My second visit here I just used my mobile modem I rented from a Internet . provider. I did not use the hotel internet at all.
But to be fair, I like the location of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is decent and this is the most satisfying part of my stay there..

Great overnight near NGO

Thanks to the management, the breakfast food was exceptionally delicious, varied, and abundant, including colorful and tasty fresh vegetables, warm rolls, and terrific coffee. The staff are friendly and efficient. Also, after my long trip, it was wonderful to enjoy the hotels public bath, followed by good rest in a quiet and safe room. I am also grateful for the hotel location, very near the train station and also right across the road from a very good robatayaki. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for the comforting hospitality.

Hotel is clean and staff is super helpful, but the rest sucks. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable, hotel was near the train tracks, and it was in no way worth what I paid for it. Never again. I would've been better off sleeping outside.

I took this hotel because the hotels in Nagoya are mostly booked. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport which is one station away using the train. The hotel is located in a very lonely area. There is a nice restaurant near by but limited English and no English menu with few pictures. I had to point at a picture to get a good meal. The hamburger meal is pretty good. But the place has a tourist office located at the train station if you want to tour the area. The Wi Fi connection is poor or no connection. I have to go to the lobby to get the best signal. The breakfast buffet is very good and satisfying.

The hotel had excellent high speed wireless connection. Had to leave too early to try the complimentary breakfast but it was an average business hotel in Japan type property very close to the airport. Seems like there is a larger public bath at this property. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.

トイレの便座にヒーターがないのでマットが備え付けられていたのは良かったですが、存在が分かりにくかったです。トイレに座らないとわからない位置にかけてあったので、最初気が付きませんでした。設備案内に記載するとか、トイレのドアに掛けておくとかアピールしてもらうともっと良い印象かと思いました。朝食のバイキングは良かったです。特にサラダコーナーのカットしたオクラの提供は他ではあまり見たことなかったので良かったです。線路のそばでしたが電車の音はあまり気にならないレベルでした。機会があればまた利用したいホテルでした
