We booked a queen room and when we arrived, it was not ready. We had to wait, which was OK. When we were given our key, we went up to the third floor room 371 and everything seemed OK but when we went to sleep for the night, the bathroom light would randomly turn on by itself. It happened approximately five times during the night so we didn’t sleep very well. Also, there was a lot of noise. The door did not fit properly in the threshold and you could see the light from the hallway and you could also hear everything going on people walking by, etc.. the good parts were that the staff who checked us in was very kind, friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. They surprisingly had biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, juice, fruit bagels anything pretty much that you want for breakfast and it was pretty good. It cost $10 to park which wasn’t too bad. We only stayed one night.

I stayed here for a week while attending the Apple WWDC event, the staff were always friendly and helpful, my room was clean and the only issue I encountered was the IR receiver for the tv remote fell behind the tv and I could not change channels the first night but no biggie, overall I really enjoyed my stay and will probably stay here for other apple events

I stayed in this hotel many times. Each time it meets and exceeds my expectations. The building is not very special but it’s clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The amenities are even better than brand hotels. The location is very convenient. I like this hotel and it’s my preferred place when I travel for business.

Staff was so welcoming, kind, and helpful! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was beautiful but the lighting over the sink could be brighter as it was very dim. Breakfast was great each morning and it's nice that they switch some things up so it's not the same every day. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall not the greatest but somewhat good for an affordable one night stay. Wasn't our first choice since everywhere was booked for the world cup. The surrounding community felt sketchy. Room temperature was never consistent. It was either too cold or too hot. Bathroom was a sliding door that had an open hole so privacy is not good but ok for couples. I give 10 out 10 for staff friendliness. Get to breakfast early starting 6am. Do not go past 8am when everyone is there. People have no manners. Breakfast itself wasn't great But they have fresh fruit and toast which is decent. I would never stay hear more than an a night and only would stay here if it's a last resort.
If your looking for affordable (cheap) and friendly stop here, if you're looking for a romantic evening or a family vacation experience, do not stop here.

I asked for a clean towels and a cleaning person to clean our room or at least take the trash away(trash can in the bathroom is full) when we left for lunch. When we came back, it was disappointing to see that our room has not been clean. I went to asked for the towels at the front desk and she also gave me a plastic liner for the trash can. We cleaned our bathroom and threw the trash. I hope this will be given attention when the clients ask at least comply. What I asked is not heavy work at all.

Only issue I had was the carpeting at the edge of the door frame was frayed with strands of carpet sticking out (I’m OCD so that’s my issue).

Location is very convenient , right opposite In/Out burger and a Safeway 5 min walk away

This is nice hotel but it is in some sort of cellular service and Wi-Fi black hole. All three of our phones did not have any ability to use the internet through our cell connections. We had to drive about a half mile away from the property to get internet connection. Maybe this is a Verizon thing but it was terrible. The Wi-Fi offered by the hotel would take up to 20 minutes to connect and be usable. It would randomly kick you off and then it was another 5 to 20 minute wait to reconnect. The rest of the amenities were great for the price point.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Rooms were clean and roomy for the 3 of us. Breakfast bar had plenty of options. Only issue we had was when we came back from our concert the power was out. It wouldnt have been an issue except we had just bought healthy snacks that needed to be refrigerated and it all spolied. There was no reimbursement or any compensation for the inconvenience. Also since no power, there was no breakfast 😔

I was not allowed to check in on pretext my same ID that was used two prior times was not valid and money refund was denied, I was denied accommodation at other places due to personal comments of front desk Punjabi two people that I had never seen before, but both kelt claiming they knew me for years, which was weird , when I saw their faces for first time in my life. It was a good hotel, clean, coffee and fridge in room, good water pressure in shower, good free breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, padtry, Bagels, make your own pankakes, etc.) in morning. The only thing i noticed is we needed a USB charging station for phones. Furniture was a little beat up but plenty of storage, etc. The $10 parking fee was unexpected.

I wish they would man the pool a little bit. There were some kids playing a little too rough maybe walking through once in a while will keep people in check since the parents were not. Also the hot tub is out of service. Also, can you remind guest not to let the door slam to the room?

We came in for a concert from outta state for just the weekend. It was all great till it wasn't. My wife and I left for our concert around 4:30pm sunday. We got back at like 1am, to a total black out. We checked our phones to see how long the black out would be they said it happened at like 7pm. We didnt get a notice or anything on our doors stating any instructions.

And there was no one at the front desk to help. We had to get on a flight early in the morning, and needed to sleep unfortunately all our food went bed in the fridge as well.

People were leaving left and right, all night slamming doors.. we should have left and move to a hotel lesson on our part lesson learned. But the next morning the staff was NOT nice at all.

The issue that I have the most problem with is there was no communication and they said I was a scheduled power outage nothing they can do about thay. Which if that was so they should have put something on peoples doors to let them know atleast, my theory is it wasn't and they also dont have a back up generator. It was a good find but just be prepared. And if a black out happens do yourself a favor and make them put you up at another hotel.

A couple drawbacks:
They do charge $10 per day to park

And, the nightstand lights are the \"old fashioned\" lamps, where you have to reach up and turn the small knob. Most places now have the modern nightstands with computer-like switches.

Aside from those two things, this place was awesome. You definitely get your monies-worth and more !

The staff was so friendly upon greeting us! It makes such a difference when you walk in to a hotel and the staff is welcoming! There was spa water and coffee available.
The maintenance man helped my daughter set up her computer so she could work on her homework while we sat poolside. Close to restaurants and ice cream.
