The hotel is okay, but the service and payment methods are unclear. I was cheated and didn't receive an answer as to what the costs were. When I booked the hotel, I was told how much I should pay, but upon arrival, I was charged a refund that didn't match the original amount. What's more, I paid several times and none of the amounts matched, and I wasn't told what I was paying for. The system is incredibly opaque, and when I asked for an explanation, I was treated very poorly. I don't trust this hotel and will never use their services again.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and at breakfast time they operated like a well oiled machine. Not a table was ignored on the way to the kitchen, used dishes cleared or a chair straightened all with a smile both between customers and co-workers. I loved the way one of the staff dealt with a \"lady\" who thought it OK to take a chair from another table to sit her dog on. She was discreetly shown where people with dogs should sit, then the chair and table were wiped down and reset. Our faulty TV was replaced quickly and without fuss

A great stop-off en route to the Highlands. Polite and pleasant welcome from Anna on Reception. Decent room with big bed and all one would need for a short stay. Breakfast (hot and cold offerings) sets you up for the day. Good levels of cleanliness, except for cigarette ends in the allocated smoking areas - though this says as much about the people who drop this litter as the hotel itself. Would recommend this hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great breakfast that is included with your stay. The hotel has king beds, which is lovely. It’s in more of an industrial area, so not really a lot you can walk to or anything and we found the city of Perth to be similar.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall everything was clean, but rooms could use a bit of a refresh. Good stay for the price.

Ours was a one night stop on our way to Thurso. Convenient location, easy to find. Check in was straight forward. One of the receptionist could be under training as she did our room keys which didn’t work and on return to reception desk, her colleague showed her what to do. Then no problem.

The access to this hotel is very confusing and sat nav leaves you high and dry on a main road. The hotel is accessed from an industrial estate off the main road and sits back from the main road behind railings. The other issue, which no one has any control over ,were the work men staying over who decided to have no regard for anyone else and spent half the night making noise, clapping laughing to the point where another resident went and spoke to them... we had travelled over 600 miles that day to get close to our destination and just wanted to sleep .. we ended up with 3 hours!!

Accessible room excellent. Using elbow crutch I found it difficult at breakfast as I could only carry 1 item meaning lots of trips to buffet. Again difficult pulling cases etc. No offer of help from any of the many staff members. Another guest in car park help load my luggage as i couldn't lift it into boot.
