Before booking I asked if the pool was open. Nothing was said about a limit of swimmers. The pool was completely vacant. My room key stopped working. I had to go to the office. I was told next time if I booked that my room I had only allowed 2 swimmers. That my ID would be blocked from booking again, if more swimmers were present. Debris was on the bottom of the pool. Broken pool noodles in the pool and floatation blow up device. Dirty towels left on the table, trash on another table with shoes underneath. The bar made decent money off of the other adults with me.

The hot tub advertised was in individual rooms, not available to most guests. The interior courtyard and pool was attractive, but our rooms on the outside were small and dingy. The staff was attentive, but struggled to make up for the poor physical condition. The connected Thai restaurant is EXCELLENT!

Front desk employee didn’t bother putting his phone down during either of our interactions. There was hair still on one of our hand towels. Floors were not clean. Under one night table there was a bottle cap and a piece of popcorn. First morning housekeeping knocked on our door for any service needed at 9:30 am. I’ve never had that so early in the morning (checkout was 11 am) plus we were scheduled for three nights!

Although the guest laundry services were out of service at the time, the desk clerk offered to do my laundry in the housekeeping laundry room. Price is reasonable, although I wish they had weekly rate duscounts available for when Im working up this way.

I recently had to start walking with a walker/cane. When i checked in i was told there were no rooms on the ground because they were full. Made it to my room up 2 flights of stairs. Within 30 minutes, lost electricity in my room. Young man came and moved me to another room, still on 2nd floor on the complete opposite side of this 2 building hotel. So i had to walk there, and in the morning walk back to original side because my car was still parked there. Found out later, another person was also moved but they were placed on the bottom floor. So if they were full, had did they get a bottom floor? This place will be on a no stay for me and my team for future visits to this area.

On our reservation we requested 2 rooms side by side (one for me & my husband and the 2nd room for my 87 yr old mom ) when we checked in rooms were totally on opposite side of hotel Went down stairs cause there were no elevators Got 2 rooms side by side My moms room was absolutely disgusting in filthy. Carpets were filthy and bathroom was filthy. Went back down stairs and back to front desk Got 2 more rooms side by side. These rooms were a lil better but not great !! Will not but staying there again!! I guess u get what you pay for but it is far from being Wyndham expectations!!! Days Inn needs to better. Thankful it was only 1 night

Lots of Potential, Needs Attention

I stayed at the Days Inn in Leesville, LA for two nights while visiting family on a business layover. Here’s the honest rundown:

The Good:

• The front desk staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming.

• My room was huge with lots of space to spread out.

• Comfortable bed and excellent blackout curtains made for restful sleep.

• The property feels safe — well-lit at night with plenty of parking.

• Exterior is clean and inviting.

• Guest laundry is affordable and works great ($1.50 to wash, $2 to dry).

•WiFi was reliable and fast.

• Convenient location — a short drive to food, shopping, and services.

The Not-So-Good:

• Out of 66 rooms, only 9 were occupied — which made the moldy stench in my spacious room harder to ignore.

• A main reason I booked was the photo of the jacuzzi tub. Yes, there was one — but no switch or button to activate it. Staff confirmed: no bubbles.

• Bathroom needed a serious scrub. No shower curtain, and I skipped my wind-down bath due to the overall cleanliness.

• Found beard hair and toothpaste from a previous guest in the sink. Despite alerting the front desk and housekeeping resetting the room (bed made, bath mat folded), the sink was untouched.

Overall, friendly service and good bones, but the attention to cleanliness and accuracy of amenities left a lot to be desired. With a little more care, this could be a solid choice for travelers.

I checked in. I had no toilet paper. The phone had no service to it and was completely sticky and gross. So regardless of the fact that I felt so unsafe in the hotel, I wasn't able to call for help if I needed. I have asthma and a newborn and the AC was clogged with dust. The door barely sealed at night so it was quite startling and scary. I third party booked through orbits so I contacted them when they contacted the property they were hung up on. I checked out after two nights because I figured I'd at least give him one more night and it was just so horrible. I asked for a refund because of the terrible conditions and was told I would get one. When orbits contacted them again they denied my refund. I'll be reporting them to the sanitarian

Lobby reeked of cigerettes. Trouble finding reservation.
Room was nasty. Door was warped and you coyld see daylight through it.peep hole in doir had ibside piece removed so outside could be looked thru into toom. Chair was covered in cigerette ashes and room stunk furniture all damaged, desk lamp was rusty, bed was hard as a rock. Worst part was laying on bed and seeing blood splatters on ceiling! We booked another hotel down the road and left inmediately.

Our experience was very good. It was late, we were tired and the woman working was so pleasant and accomodating. We are senior citizens, we cannot climb stairs and she made sure we had a room on the 1st floor. The room was clean and comfortable! We will stay there again on our next trip.

The staff was wonderful, did everything in their power. The actual property is a \" I am desperate for a place to stay type place\". Entry door needs seal, room had a 1/2 can lysol and laundry wash beads on the A/C(that we bought) still didn't work odor, TV didn't work, shower curtain wouldn't stay up during shower which lead to wet floors. I was in town for a funeral, after a 9 hr drive, I really expected better. Basically the franchise owner is neglecting the property. And is tarnishing the Days Inn brand name. Days Inn corporation needs to review the hotels/motels that carry their name.

The room smelled EXTREMELY musty, and after we fought a pair of men's underwear behind the bathroom door, I went to Walmart and purchased Lysol. I sprayed the entire room down. The lady at the desk was very nice and upset about the underwear. Also, even though check-out wasnt until 11 AM, housekeeping banged on our dor at 8 AM!

We reserved an accessible room. The room we got was a regular room upstairs. No hand rails in the bathroom as advertised. The pool was filthy looked like it hadn't been cleaned or taken care of at all. There was mold on the sides. It was not clean or sanitary to swim in. The toilet was leaking every time you flushed the floor had water all over it. Told front desk they never came to look at it or fix it.

This was a last minute reservation. We were planning to stay in another hotel in the area but they all were sold out. So we stay at the Days Inn. Once we checked into the room it seemed OK not too bad, it appeared to be clean so we brought our stuff in, but as we stayed in the room, the more it smelled like a wet dog!! The room, smell like dog urine as well.The carpet felt really dirty to my bare feet, and once I got in the shower, my feet were really dirty from walking on the carpet.
