Terrible. BED BUGS!!!!! We stayed 2 weeks. We was in a room 153. We got ate up with ALIVE WITH BED BUGS. we showed the front office the video and pics we took of them on the bed the next mowing they knocked on the door and said we need to leave they don’t want us staying there anymore.

The pictures online are not what it actually looks like. There is no swimming pool in the premises, the hardwood floors were cracked and damaged, the bathtub was repainted over and over again and paint was peeling and looked gross, the curtains were ripped and stained, stains on one of the chairs and it just made it feel like it’s a rundown place. They have Big Rig trucks and trailers and car haulers all around the parking lots and the trucks make a lot of noise all throughout the night and shake the room as we were on the second floor and you can feel the vibrations and noise of the Trucks driving in and out.
Please don’t use this on Expedia as it gives it a bad name. Also down stairs there seemed to be permanent renters and living out the rooms so they look at all the incomers and guests staying in the rooms. I wish I can get some of my money back for staying at this dump as I never had an issue anywhere else I’ve stayed and booked with Expedia.

The rooms are very old, need renovating & there is NO HOT WATER for showers. We repeatedly asked & they said we had to turn the faucet one way & we did that & it still did not work we had to take cold showers the entire time. They came to our room to check our water 10 minutes before check out. If you need place to stay for low cost then this place is fine, but for comfortable stay this place is not it.

He would not honor my reservation. He said he does not work with Expedia and could not find any hint of a reservation. He could not find it on his computer. He said he would not honor it. He would not even let me use the hotel so I could find my reservation on my computer. It went from bad to worse.
I told him I had a dog and he became irate. I assured him the dog (9 pound Yorky) could then stay in the car.He told me to leave his hotel. I asked to please let me stay, it was raining, could I jthen just set up my computer and find another hotel? He insisted that I leave immediately and he had the right to remove anyone from his hotel. He told me to leave and I mouthed off a \"FU\" I was scared, and frightened.
I am 79 years of age. I am 4\"10\", I weight 119pounds. I am not or never will be a threat to anyone. I asked him if we could just reason this out. He told me to leave immediately.

RICK was completely professional, quick and friendly. I’m not sure how he can take all of the rude aggression he has to deal with on the daily. I really commend him for being such a great and patient guy. He handled rude customers with kindness. We had to stand there while another customer overreacted when we arrived. Rick tried to deescalate while remaining calm and respectful. Kudos to Rick!!! Ample parking. I don’t the the area too well but it felt safe parking in a well lit parking spot. The hotel is huge. Do not expect a Ritz Carlton. We knew what we were paying for when we chose to stay here. We never bring valuables but we also did not experience the things that others complained about. THE MANAGER SAM REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO CHECK IN WITH MY SERVICE ANIMAL. I informed them in advance that i had a service animal (dog) but the manager did not seem to underatand what a service animal is, or the law. Instead he made up criteria which are not appropriate such as \" he is too big\", \"he doesnt have a jacket \", and that \"i did not look disabled\". They broke the law and they are being sued.

On our second day they ask us to leave the room so housekeeping can clean because we were staying three nights . It doesn't make sense. Then they charge us $30 from our deposit because two towels were stain with cranberry use that can easily be clean in the washer and they also complaint of a towel having black paint and all it was was the dirt from their own floor. Never again we staying there.

The Valley Inn Hotel has been a great unexpected surprise! I didn't expect to have the experience of a friendly staff that really works hard to keep a very clean hotel/rooms from the lobby entry, pool area & to the the individual rooms themselves.
The entire staff at the Valley In-from Check In to the Room Service team are very accomodating and care about your visit by taking care of your requests (i.e. extra towels, coffee, rooom cleaning) to Check Out.
