The property was a little tricky to find. It needs a satnav for sure, as it is set back off a busy road. At first it takes you to the banquet, conference rooms, which we're totally empty & eerily quiet upon arrival. The hotel is off to the right of this.

The hotel itself is overlooking the sea & my room had great sea views. The pool area is nice too. In places it looks a little tired but the room was nice, bed comfortable & area very peaceful. I would stay again

Don't waste your money here!
We booked thier best suite, water for the jacuzzi tub was tepid at best, the mechanism that emptied the tub was broken so we had to leave it full, shower water was equally unpleasant in temperature.
The bathroom smelt so bad with a sewage aroma it woke us in the early hours and we had to open the bathroom window and our patio doors to rid the room of the awful stench. The reception staff did not seem surprised when we shared our concerns and offered nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders and a weak apology,we left early feeling dissapointed and nauseous from breathing in the sewage fumes from the bathroom.

It was a very nice resort with gorgeous views of the sunset and sunrise. It caters to tour busses, so the meals are buffet style. We ate dinner, which was good for a buffet. It's is up on a cliff from the beach, so there's no easy beach access and it's a10 min drive from the town. Parts of the property and surroundings are falling into disrepair, but the parts where guests are staying are nice and clean.

Friendly reception staff with good English. Upgraded to recently refurbished room with comfy bed and modern bathroom. No hassle parking. Not in Salobrena (very close) but suited our needs. Breakfast OK but no fresh juice or coffee (included in price). Overall, great value for money.

We had a booking for Best Western Salobrena, for 26th August 2017. When we arrived we were given room 226, (see attached pictures), unfortunately I cannot attach a smell. It turned out this room had already been rejected by one of the place in the sun crew. Since then we have been moved to another hotel, which is much better. we assumed the hotel would be in good repair and have a pleasant aroma.

Difficult to find late at night even with a GPS. Lighting bad on sign. Bathroom clean except for cup coaster covers. They were old and reused. The bed decor as well as the beds themselves could use an update. I can see this as a great place to stay if the rooms were updated. The pool and view looks outstanding. Lastly, business PC and printer were not working when I tried to use it.

Very tired hotel. Needs updating.

Disappointed. Noisy late at night and early in the morning, the hotel staff were dragging tables and chairs about, making a terrible noise with no consideration for the guests. It didn't help that they had 2 conference rooms on our level.

Nice hotel

Stayed here just one night while passing through the area. Received an upgrade to an ocean front room. The room was large and very clean. The hotel has plenty of common areas to relax. The outdoor pool area was spacious and well kept. We did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on the food quality. Overall a great experience.

Located on a peninsula

....about 4 km from the town centre. We didn't walk in as it seems it's along a main road. There are buses but not at the weekend, taxi cost 10 Euro.

In Salobrena there's a nice old town and a good beach with a good selection of restaurants. Clean, clear, warm swimming!

The hotel is good in a 1960s way. Nice staff and good service. There was an issue with our bill but it was quickly and politely resolved. We all enjoyed eating outside by the grill, good food, wine and excellent service.

This is a good stop over for a few days.

Nice secluded location. The hotel is past its heyday, and could use a renovation - but the pool is nice and the views are spectacular. Please note: This hotel is not situated near the beach. It will take a short car ride or a long walk to get there.

Even inexpensive price is not able to compensate our dissatisfaction with this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and it is always one of my first choices for a break from Granada, when the weather is warm. The view is one of the best of any hotel I have stayed in. I had a minor problem in that I booked 2 rooms in the club part of the hotel which is nicer, but when we got there we were informed that it was not possible to stay in the club part of the hotel because it was booked. The manager gave us a discount to stay in the usual rooms but the view was not a great as in the club rooms. the hotel is a little run down but it si still OK. the pool is very nice!

The room was dirty, i had to clean it to myself. One of the staff member wasnt really polite, he was annoyed that we had a dog with us. We paid junior suite but didbt g got it. Breakfast was not so special. The wiew in the room was beautiful.

Es un hotel viejito, se nota en la grifería obstruida, en enchufes que no tienen corriente, luces sin luz, en toallas ya gastadas del uso. En puertas, rodapiés y muebles con los bajos hinchados por la humedad. Falta de insonorizacion en general sobre todo en un hotel Pet-Friendly. Vamos que necesita una reforma severa.
Lo bueno, la gran calidad su personal, su oferta de entretenimiento y gastronomica. el entorno aislado y tranquilo. Aunque haya que coger coche para salir del hotel.

Hotel bastante antiguo sin aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes, piscina pequeña y habitaciones bastante antiguas, el aire acondicionado falló el primer día y no volvió a funcionar aunque al menos tenia ventilador de techo, lo mejor sin dudar fue la comida, poca variedad aunque de buena calidad, además de unas vistas espectaculares.

El alojamiento en sí está bien, habitaciones reformadas pero terrazas no. Por ejemplo la habitación superior con cama de matrimonio es muy cómoda pero medida estandar y cuando te das la vuelta se mueve todo y le faltan actividades nocturnas. La piscina es casi pública ya que pueden entrar gente de fuera por un precio y consumición en el kiosko de la piscina, cierra 2 horas aunque realmente no la han cerrado por lo menos cuando yo me he alojado. Desayuno y cena muy bien y variada y el personal muy agradable y atento. Y la comida en el bar piscina muy bien y de precio normal.Hemos estado agusto pero me ha faltado alguna actividad para después de la cena en dias de semana porque lei que habia karaoke y bingo pero para sábado y domingo por ejemplo, aun asi lo recomiendo, las vistas son increíbles.

La verdad el hotel no está mal exceptuando la calor que se pasa por los pasillos del hotel para ir a la habitación ,se ve que tienen que ahorrar en aire.Pero deberían de buscar otras alternativas son que le afecte al cliente.Por otra parte el personal de restaurante especialmente una chica de pelo rubiorizado ojos claros parecía traída de la cárcel de Carabanchel.

El Hotel, el servicio, la comida y las instalaciones muy bien en general. Solo comentar que cobran todo tipo de bebida en las comidas, incluida el agua, creo que estaría bien el incluir el agua y vino como otros hoteles en las comidas. Ah y deberían poner al menos 1 o 2 tostadoras más para los desayunos, solo hay una y no da a bastos para tanta gente.

Mi experiencia con Hotel Salobreña Suites, no sé cómo definirla exactamente porque más allá de las vistas y el desayuno que es lo que se podría salvar, lo demás creo que no es nada positiva, no sé si es porque se han apresurado al abrir o no lo sé, pero no sé si no está bien gestionado pero al cliente no le puedes atender a medías, la media pensión poca variedad y poca calidad, y creo que no se deberían de excusar en lo que suelen decir en estos casos, para lo que has pagado, decidimos este Hotel porque queríamos conocerlo pero sinceramente nos equivocamos por el importe que pagué en esta Reserva pasamos el puente del día de Andalucia en Islantilla en Pensión Completa con unas instalaciones de primera y 4 veces más de calidad que el Salobreña Suites, donde también hay que presentar una reseña muy negativa porque los aparcamientos destinados a movilidad reducida estaban mal señalizados y además sin ganas de preocuparse por dar una solución al respecto ya que cualquier cliente aparcaban su coche sin respetar dichas plazas destinadas para estos clientes con movilidad reducida, bueno también tengo otras cosas también negativas de la habitación pero creo que la chica encargada de la limpieza al menos se encargo de intentar solucionarlo, lo más Atractivo del Hotel las Vistas que son impresionantes.

Contratamos la media pension para los 4 dias que pasamos alli y he de decir que la cena fue espantosa y una tomadura de pelo, yo no volveria a cogerla.
La noche del sabado, como habia bastante gente pues fue normal, dentro de lo que se espera pero el resto de noches colo eramos 4 gatos en el comedor, no habia nada, patético.
Por no haber, no habia ni personal, el cocinero era el camarero, tuvo que venir el recepcionista a ponernos las bebidas....de pena.
Suplen con un personal majisimo las carencias del buffet porque te da vergüenza protestar a gente tan maja.
De 4 cenas, solo una aceptable pero yo pague el mismo precio por todas.
No lo recomiendo y tiron de orejas para la dirección

Me gusto mucho el cuidado y la limpeza de la habitación.
No me gusto el servicio y atención recibida: no se me informó a la llegada de horarios, instalaciones, actividades... Estube dos días sin agua caliente, y ni siquiera se disculparon.
Tomarme un café con media tostada por la mañana suponía algo menos de una hora.
Mal servico de cafetería.

La comunicación con hoteles.com tienen que mejorarse, no encontraron mi reserva en ningún momento. Lo solucionaron bien.
El cambio de ropa de baño y de cama es muy mejorable.
El resto muy bien, piscina muy buena pero el mobiliario (hay que renovarlo ya). Restaurante muy bien.
Vistas inmejorables.

Para ser de 3 estrellas las habitaciones eran bastantes antiguas, demasiado ruido por la noche el cual no te dejaba dormir. También hubo un problema con expedia debido a que no le había llegado la reserva. En resumen, no volvería a ir a este hotel.

Los colchones dan pena, te hundes en ellos y son los más incómodos que he visto en mi vida .
Además falta de mantenimiento en el edificio , pintura y pasillos , en recepción folios por todos lados parecía una guardería . Podrían poner un tablón de anuncios o actividades !!.
