First the address brought us to a place down the road. 2nd the entire place was very worn down. The room was very large but walls were paper thin. A neighboring room had a dog in their room barking for hours. You could hear people shouting and varying on till all hours of the night. The only redeeming quality this hotel had was the buffet breakfast.

I never stayed in this property and they refused to issue me a refund. I was meant to book Hotel Bel Sit in Milan. I was never even in this city, cancelled days before, and the staff was unwilling to have any discussion about a refund, or communicate at all. On top of that Expedia listed my stay as a completion although it was cancelled. I wouldn’t even book It.

Nice Hotel in Nola
Hotel Belsito is a nice place to stay if you are traveling with a car, as they have free onsite parking. The hotel is clean and comfortable, it also has a pool which is a nice extra. They have laundry service but it is very expensive, there is a lavanderia close by where you can bring clothing to be washed if you need.

Excellent service! Staff are very polite and friendly. Gianni made us feel comforatble during our stay. He picks us up from the airport and waited eventhough we arrived late. He was very hospitable and accomodating. The location is ideal to visit Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Capri. We stayed her for 5 days and 4 nights. Our room has overlooking view of Castelcicala hill. It has an outdoor pool but we couldn’t use because it was open until 6pm only. Overall we were satisfied with there service

Mixed bag!
This hotel was a last minute choice when a previous booking fell through. The area of Nola that it is in is pretty sketchy though when you get in the gate of the hotel it is good. Our triple room was very spacious and the AC worked well, shower was nice, but beds were hard and pillows were like cement. The WIFI never worked well on our floor (they had different access points all over the hotel so you had to reconnect when you moved from your room to the lobby or to the dining room.) Maria at the desk was nice but nothing they could do to help with internet access. Morning breakfast had nice crescent rolls and yoghurt, some sliced meat and cheese, fruit and various cake like offerings but the coffee was from a Nescafe machine and it tasted like instant! Finally asked a staff member and he made me a real cappuccino at the bar. Worth asking to get the good stuff. Nice but small pool outside that was only open until 6pm so we couldn't use it after our day of sightseeing in Naples. Best part of our stay was asking 2 local women where there was a good restaurant for dinner and they went out of their way to walk us there! Took the train from Nola to Naples, almost an hour trip on a train with many local stops but better to be in Naples without a car!

the property was difficult to find one way streets sat didn't like. The WIFI didn't work .The bathroom was very tight if you sat on the toilet your feet where in the shower and I am only 5ft tall. We went to the restaurant and waited for the menu which didn't come the waiter who was scruffy asked if we spoke Italian when we said not much offered a choice of 3 meals when we asked for a menu he disappeared .

Service was great and friendly. Breakfast was fine - yogurts, some fruit, cakes, breads, salami, ham, and cheese, coffee etc. Free Wifi and parking was ok - Wifi a tad slow and parking was very busy and tight for the van we had. Pool fine but too deep for children under 130cm tall. Rooms small and aged but beds were fine. Bathroom smelled but spraying some air spray took care of that. Tour bus pulled in each evening 9 - 10pm so some noise from there but also had banquets each evening until 11:30 - 12:00 with music. Had a nice large mall located about 5km away. Need a car to get away to see sights.

Outstanding friendly and helpfull staff (the owners), very family friendly hotel. Our room had a great view on Mount Vesuvius. GPS navigation could be a problem because the hotel is situated on the borderline between two cities and Wifi on the room could use some improvement. A great stay with a wonderfull swimming pool.

Nice hotel in a quiet region near Naples.
Needed to stay 4 nights when friends could not keep us, this was the closest hotel But it turned into a nice stay. The Breakfast is very good. Meat, eggs most mornings, boiled, and anything else. The room was spacious and anything we asked for we got. It is a family hotel, so there were school kids making noise some nights, a wedding on the weekend, But overall, it was a nice inexpensive hotel in a secure place with free parking and access to the train nearby for visiting Naples.

An Oasis in the midst of a Chaotic town
The quality of the service and the. Harm of the people here is unmatchable. The hotel is pretty and well kept but it is certainly a contrast to its surroundings. No worries though, the hotel have gates parking lot and anyone here is ready to answer your questions and assist you. Very recommended to whoever wants to explore Naples and its vicinity.

The hotel was very clean and quite. The room was adequate for a night's stay with a small balcony. The secure parking in this are was very welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In all, a good hotel for a short stay.

We enjoyed our stay for many reasons including cleanliness and especially hospitality. The hotel manager, Giovanni, went out of his way to accommodate our needs and requests. The hotel restaurant provided an excellent meal for a reasonable cost. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Also, Morana, at the front desk, was happy to provide assistance. Overall, we were very satisfied with our 3 night stay.

Abbiamo passato una notte a luglio in questo hotel però rispetto al costo mi aspettavo un po'di più. Il personale è molto gentile e cordiale, la struttura è molto carina e soprattutto l'area esterna con giardino e piscina sono davvero molto gradevoli.
La camera era abbastanza confortevole come dimensioni e anche il materasso però la nota negativa era che sulle lenzuola abbiamo trovato dei capelli e secondo noi non erano pulite a dovere..
Colazione a buffet con poca scelta, qualità un'po'bassa e sala disordinata.. Nella camera non c'è nemmeno la bottiglietta d'acqua in regalo né bollitore con the', caffè, insomma i servizi di accoglienza minimi per una notte a 100 euro.. conclusione: prezzo altro rispetto ai servizi offerti

Très bon accueil, le personnel était très agréable. L’hôtel est proche du centre, la rue passante est un peu bruyante mais illustre bien la vie napolitaine. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. L’hôtel a un peu vieilli mais reste confortable et calme dans l’ensemble. Très bon séjour.

Ho scelto di alloggiare all'hotel Belsito per come veniva descritto sulla presentazione e tutto è stato rispettato. Posizione ideale a pochi passi dal centro di Nola e ottimo per visitare i dintorni. Se vieni in auto, come noi, il parcheggio è fondamentale. La colazione è stata perfetta. La camera a noi riservata è risultata più bella delle aspettative. Bagno con doccia spettacolare e vista panoramica su più lati. Consiglio questo hotel, davvero ideale se venite da queste parti.

Il problema era il bagno: tazza wc sporca anche esternamente. Abbiamo subito segnalato alla reception che ci ha prontamente mandato una signora che però ha fatto una discreta fatica pulirlo il che significa che lo sporco era abbastanza stantìo.
Altra segnalazione che denota una poca sensibilità: abbiamo soggiornato la notte tra il 31 luglio e il 1 agosto 2020, una delle giornate piu calde dell'estate e sulla stanza batte il sole fino a tardi: entrati in camera verso le 19.30, caldo soffocante, impressionante. I condizionatori infatti sono disattivati in mancanza della chiave accanto alla porta...abbiamo inpiegato tutta la sera e buona parte della notte (con i condizionatori al massimo e puntati a 17 gradi) per avere una temperatura gradevole. Possibile non pensarci prima?

Le personnel etait excellent rapide souriant. Le petit dej du dernier jour nous a été préparé spécialement en raison de l heure de depart tres tot le matin. Super. Seul bemol,la piscine indisponible pendant 5 jours (sur 7 jours de vacances) alors que cette destination avait été choisie pour cela. Quel dommage. Ou se trouve le sauna pourtant annoncé ? Sinon, vraiment superbe hotel tres bien situé et proche des lieux à visiter !

Struttura molto pulita e buona colazione. A parte il sapone non ci sono oggetti di cortesia anche se previsti nella descrizione di Expedia. Alle 6 del mattino ci siamo accorti che l’acqua era stata chiusa ma riattivata quando li abbiamo avvertiti. Però abbiamo anche dovuto lamentare poca pressione per l’acqua calda che non ha permesso l’uso di una doccia bellissima con bocchettone grande e altri accessori inclusi, che però a causa della poca pressione è stata inutilizzabile.
