We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Suite 1104. The room was great and well-appointed. The staff was nice and helpful, especially the clerk at the counter when we checked in.
The only problem was the couch in the living room. It leaned forward. It was a sleeper sofa, and I think the hardware under the cushions prevented it from sitting level when the bed was stowed. We called the front desk about it, and she said, “My report says it has been repaired.” We had already moved in and did not want to change rooms, so we let it go. But it needs to be fixed. Whenever someone reserves a suite or any other room at a “resort”, they expect that everything will be nice and comfortable. The room was great except for the couch that caused you to slide onto the floor.

I walked out of the Casino smelling like cigarettes. They need a better vent or something to clear out all that smoke. There was even cigarette smell in the hallways of non smoking rooms.. I didn’t like that I had to show my ID just be let up to my room, every single time I went up. Even my room key wasn’t enough to let me up, they had to have someone escort me up. Restaurants were good. Pool needs more maintenance because the water looked really dirty.

I liked the look of the property. We felt safe parking. Staff were all very professional and helpful. Csllin gave me a wonderful and relaxing Swedish spa at Serenity Spring. My two daughters and I called it our spa day st Serenity Springs, it included the sauna snd steam room which ee loved. The food was fresh and very good at the Buffet. Our room was clean with a good front view. I would definitely recommend ChuckChanci Gold Resort and Casino and the Spa to fiends and family.
We saw the pool from a distance it looked inviting. This was a great Ladies day weekend away from home.

Check in was horrible, we arrived at 2:35 p.m., we were advised there would be a 10.00 fee if we checked in early. We were only 25 minutes early. We were asked to return at 3:00 p.m. The line to check in was horribly long, only 2 people to check everyone in. Our room stunk of cigarette, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking.

Check in was completely unsatisfactory. The hotel was completely booked and they did not have rooms ready. We registered at 11:30 and should have been able to get our key at the 3:00 check in time. They said they would call when it was ready. We never got a call. Many other people were waiting around in the same situation. We finally got into our room at 7:00 pm. The room had a ventilation duct right in front of the window and a 15' high wall about 10' in front of the window.

With the exception of the noodle and steak restaurants the food quality is really poor; soggy fries, bad burgers, baked goods that look good but taste like cardboard, hot drinks room temperature, etc. And long lines at most food places plus over an hours wait just to check in. The room was nice and clean, and casino is fine but not great; overall they are under staffed and it was an underwhelming experience.

First visit at this casino and was very disappointed. Check in is listed at 3, staff member was very nice but advised they were still cleaning my room at 3 and they would call me once it was ready. Waited two hours for a call and nothing so went to check in again and they gave me the room. The property was nice however the check in process was a disappointment for our trip.

There is no reason that a hotel should have a check-in system that makes people wait in line for 45 minutes. If they aren't going to have enough staff to cover the desk during peak check-in time, they should have self check-in kiosks.

We did valet and that was fine. I booked for 4 adults, there were only 3 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels. After a night of gambling and smelling like smoke, i had to call down for more towels. There wasn't enough body wash or shampoo for 4 people. The bar of soap was horrible. The bathroom tub was not very clean, nor was the bathroom tile
On a positive note, the bed was very comfy.

Arrived for check in, told the room would be ready within an hour. Never received a call that the room was ready. Had to wait in line and was told the room was ready after 2 hours.
They tried to compensate with late check out at 2pm. We had breakfast and tried to come back through security to get our stuff and were told we were not listed for late checkout. Extremely inconsistent service. Won’t be returning. This was supposed to be a blast for my mother in laws bday.

I had a bad experience, the staff canceled my room right after I checked and and removed my items with out informing me. The staff was so rude and at the end of the situation re gave me my old room that was never cleaned. They threw all my stuff in a bag. And security didn’t help the situation either. Watch out when you stay no one goes they put things

Arrived at 3:15 for a 3:00 check in and stood in line for just over a half hour and were then told our room wasn’t ready, but that it was in the “inspection stage” so it shouldn’t be long. I told them we had reservations at the steakhouse at 5 and would like to be in our room before then to freshen up. They took my cell number and said they’d call when our room was ready. The bell desk held our luggage while we waited…by 6:00 pm, we still hadn’t received a call! Finally went back to the desk and waited for another 10 min and they gave us our keys. Apparently they just didn’t call us like they said they would. So many people sitting on the floor in the lobby with all their luggage and kids all waiting for their rooms to be ready. Not a good look…
The room was actually nice though and the guys at the bell desk and valet were all extremely efficient and friendly. Dinner at the steakhouse was amazing!

02/09/2026 everything started out all right I had to pay an extra $20 bucks for a early check in plus the hotel fee .. everything started out good till 10:30 pm when I had to retrieve my Gambling 88year old disabled wheelchair mother from the same slot machine she been playing on for three hours and take her back up to the room ,as we made our way up there was a different security guard at the post by the elevator Young Asian guy with glasses who asked for my ID and my Sisters ID who was pushing my elderly Mothers wheel chair..I told him my mother was on the list of people who are in my room... He demanded to see her ID ...I told him okay I'll have to go up and get her ID from the room so I did leaving her and my Sister there at that post ..I came back down and they where gone ..I showed him the ID ..which he didn't even take a glance at it and said \" I let them go on up \" ...that made my blood boil..I had the worst time that night .. I couldn't sleep because of that incident...and still makes me sick when ever I see a Chuckchansi commercial on tv now ..I paid alot of money for that room and to get that rude disrespectful coward to ruin everything that night for me ...took one rotten employee to reassure me I'll never ever go back to Chucknasty again...
