Not bad hotel, but no swiming pool, too hot in the hallways (was summer), and they charge 2 euro for half a liter of water. Breakfast was good on the sweet side, but if you want real food (eggs, meat) you will be not lucky. The toilet in my room was not working properly.

Lovely hotel - not particularly pet friendly
A nice clean hotel in great location and friendly staff. Also a superb breakfast and spacious parking. Only gripe was I used the ‘pet friendly’ filter when booking as we were bring out small dog Arthur. I wasn’t aware of the €15 surcharge but worse was he wasn’t allowed in the bar, restaurant or breakfast area. We could sit outside and we were provided a heater by friendly staff. However if you list yourself as pet friendly then be pet friendly- across Spain we’ve been allowed inside restaurants/ breakfast areas and rarely turned away from a bar so in summary it’s incredibly unnecessary non pet friendly policy that clearly staff don’t like enforcing and is completely unnecessary.

Fabulous hotel in great location . Spotless rooms with large comfy beds, super shower ( bathroom in general ) and air con. Fully secure parking to feel safe travelling solo. My only suggestion for improvement would be to reduce the cost associated with pets. €15-€20 per dog per night seems excessive. Other than this 5 stars for sure. Would happily return 😊

Loved this hotel & its locations. Huge room compare to all the other European hotel rooms. Parking easy to get to & easy to get out. This hotel is in a really good spot for all you wish to see in Caceras, however it’s a 3 star hotel not 4 stars. The reasons are breakfast in the first day reasonable, the cook station up and running, 3 staff on duty plenty of everything. Note though management breakfast meeting taking place. Next day different story, lack of staff, and breakfast items. On the whole a bit of a disappointment.

Worst four star hotel ever.
One of the worst four star hotels I have stayed in. I booked a double room with queen bed four months ago. They gave me a room with two singles. They said you could only have one wifi code PER ROOM, not per person or device. We arrived in the room about 4.00.p.m. After a long drive we wanted a siesta before going out at night. The noise from the hotel street bar outside was deafening, even with the double glazing and was echoing off the walls. We asked to move but were bluntly told no. They said the noise should stop by ten. They said they would look at a reduction in the bill in the morning. When I came to pay, they said I should have booked directly rather than through Hotels.com and they would not do anything. Please do not go there if you want a good stay in this beautiful city.

Best Hotel in Caceres
Excellent location only a few minutes from Plaza Mayor. Hotel parking, facilities and our room were excellent. The breakfast was awesome and specially the great attentions from chef Carlos and attendant Pepi. Their restaurant Origen was above and beyond our expectations. Their food and quality is amazing and above all their prices. You can eat a high quality dinner including wine and mineral water for the same price or probably less than what you pay to eat at one of Plaza Mayor eateries.

Only criticism was finding the parking garage as the postcode provided at present takes you through very narrow lanes where it’s almost impossible to turn without scratching your car. Reception advised an alternative post code so that this was not necessary but not until you arrived. It should have been provided when booking the hotel.
Height barrier for garage is 2.1 metres so beware if your car has a roof box.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. It was our first time in Cáceres and we didn't know what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded by the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was really good, proteins, fruits, omeletes, breads, local delicacies and more. Friendly staff was helpful. We will certainly stay here in the future.

This hotel was a pretty standard feeling hotel, but in a great location to explore Caceres, which is a lovely little town and worth a visit (I had never heard of it before planning this trip, but it has tons of history and charm). The staff spoke little English, but had tons of patience for my little/ broken Spanish, so we got things worked out together, and they were more than willing to help me find my way around and make recommendations. The hotel is basic in appearance and amenities, but large, clean, and safe feeling. I would skip breakfast if I did it again, but the location is super convenient to great restaurants 5 minutes away. Also the parking on site was super helpful too.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Caceres. Clean, well located and elegant. The entire staff works hard to keep guests happy. Kudos to the breakfast staff for an excellent service. The Origen Restaurant is excellent as well.

We reserved a Junior Suite which ended up being just a larger room. NOT a Suite. Amenities and Design elements were generally cheaper than expected in appearance. Instant coffee (only Decaf available) was terrible of quality and not even enough available for two cups. Spa seems to be closed more than it is open. not at all available while we were staying there. some nice elements and the staff was very helpful and friendly, but the property was a disapointment

Location is everything! Great hotel with cool art throughout. The parking is a bonus as it is a bit difficult to park near old town. You park in the garage under the hotel. Bed was a bit hard, but after lots of driving and walking, it was enough. I loved the toiletries. Breakfast was good.

Used this hotel as an overnight stay on journey from Santander to Costa del Sol and it was excellent in every way. Was given my Hotels.com gold member free secure parking and room uprgrade without hesitation. Staff were all extremely professional and the covid 19 precautions in place were very reassuring (even the room cards and signing in pen are treated before use). Room was immaculately presented. Wish we had more time, would have extended our stay

We got half-off on our stay, which made us somewhat less critical of the hotel. Had we stayed for full-price, I would say they need to work on the temperature of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. We found the bed very hard (though we loved the super king size!), and the room was very hot (we stayed in December) and we could not figure out how to get the temperature lower without opening the windows. The toilet in the bathroom is in a slightly weird position on an angle. But we were otherwise very comfortable and the location was great, with a safe, underground parking lot. It's definitely a nice place to stay!

It says dog friendly but not really as like a concrete jungle around it no green spaces and dogs not allowed in public areas of hotel. Also couldn't believe we couldn't get room service until 8pm we arrived late afternoon and couldn't get anything to eat.
