Jeff
Breakfast host was especially nice and helpful.
Mandy
Pool and hot tub heater was out all weekend.
cindy
breakfast was fresh. The pool and hot tub was relaxing. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
Leslie
The rooms were clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is very good and kept full at all times I did not use the hot tub or pool. I wanted to State that the room was insulated well enough where it was pretty private and quiet, not really hearing much of any neighbors like that
Mike
Very clean room that provided lots of space and comfort. Breakfast hit the spot in the morning with eggs, bacon, potatoes and fresh waffles!
Isabella
My room was not clean. Found a few bugs in my room. The bed was not comfortable one bit. My back actually still hurts. The main reason for going there was the bar and the whirlpool. The bar was not open and the whirlpool was not working.
Jay
I WISH THE JETS ON THE SOA WAS WORKING. I SHE HAD TIME TO FIX IT TOO. LEASTING TO THE CUSTOMER GUYS
Victoria
The staff was kind and helpful. The property was bright, clean and the rooms were very spacious. There was more than ample parking. Although we did not use the pool or hot tub, they looked nice. We did not make it down in time for breakfast but with the four of us in one room with 2 queens, it was a fantastic deal. This hotel was very nice. I have absolutely no complaints.
Randy
Very nice hotel, staff was nice and helpful.
Paula
The double queen room was large - the added sitting chair was a nice bonus. The pool area is clean and nice with a special area for young children. The hot tub was great too. Breakfast was outstanding - the staff worked hard to keep it replenished and the area clean.
Douglas
Very clean and well taken care of property staff was nice
Sandi
Nice room just needed a new shower head. Otherwise great.
Tracy
Room at the end of the hall by the stairs was clean and quiet.
Good breakfast well presented by efficient staff who kept the area clean and stocked.
Elevator ridiculously slow, but stairs convenient on both end of the building.
$2.00 third party safe rental is quite a grift. “You have 60 days to recover your safe rental fee” but you can’t do it at the property? 😏
Overall would stay again.

Nice clean property. Stay there for the breakfast - they have not subscribed to the pulled pork and taco nonsense for breakfast. You get REAL pork sausages, etc..
The TV is a pain to figure out. Could not see how to find and view the channels you want for 2days. They need an explanatory brochure.
I would stay there again, it is clean and quiet.

Overall a decent hotel. My room was by the elevator, but I didn't notice anything when I was in my room. It was quiet. However I had a couple issues with my sleep. There were blackout curtains, but the light ends up coming in around them. Also, the fitted sheet on the bed was not fitting and would come off the corners. I only stayed for one night, so I just tried to sleep in the middle to not disturb the sheet. I could not get it to stay. I did not try completely remaking the bed. I always look for free breakfast at hotels. The breakfast room was cramped. Food was just ok. Eggs and sausage were good. Waffle maker was out of order which was a bummer. Also, I could not find any water available in the hotel except for the sink in my room. No drinking water available at breakfast. No courtesy water in the lobby. No bubbler within sight of the lobby. I ended up buying water bottles from the front desk. Enough negatives to only give 3 stars.

Decent hotel for the price! Big, spacious rooms with a fun pool area. The shower could have been better, but it got the job done. Overall, pleased with my stay.

Angela
This was our first time staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was nice and the breakfast provided a good variety of food. Our only issue was that the key cards to get into our room kept not working, but the staff was very helpful in getting us new cards. I would definitely stay here again.
Christina
Everyone was very nice and professional. Nice hotel. Will go again.
Mary

Check in at guest services was sub par...seemed like I was an inconvenience. Clearly not busy at 1800
Check out (night auditor maybe, since I left at 0500) was awesome but coffee was just luke warm. Lucky to get it though because I was leaving too early for the complimentary breakfast.
Since the reservation was booked through Expedia I was not provided a receipt for the stay. I was told I had to ask for one from a \"third party\"

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable
Tammy
All was very nice at this place. Breakfast was very good! Room was large with a hot tub. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower head in bathroom might need to be adjusted as only 1-2 of the 5 nozzle selections worked.
Nancy
Jolie at the dream was exceptional in helping obtain a different room. We had one of the 2-room suites and it was so spacious. Very comfortable. The fitness room is small, but useable. The pool provided a lot of entertainment for the kids in our group.
Amy
The staff here is always friendly and helpful! Love the hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and bacon or sausage depending on the day. My kids love the waffle maker, although it was extremely popular on a busy morning! I’d say if they had 2 it would make it even better! Coffee is always hot and ready to go. The pool area is always a hit with my kids. We keep returning to this property due to the value for the money and friendly staff.
Nikki
Amazing breakfast and staff.
Carly
Loved my stay! Super clean rooms, and the staff was very friendly. Beds were also comfy. I would say a medium-firm mattress, for those wondering!
10/10 would stay here again!

Sara
Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, hot tub was nice a hot, but too much chlorine, made our eyes irritated.
Donna
The Hot tub was perfect temperature, but the chlorine was so high it burned our eyes. Rooms were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was good, although the hot food was not warm at all. But all in all, was a great night.

Lorna

Darrel
Nasty hotel rude employees not everybody was rude but the head worker tried to yell at my kids for crying like never again
Jeffrey
Elevator was out half the stay, otherwise nice
Scott
They charged me a $100 just because I paid online through an app. They said it would be refunded but it’s the inconvenience.
Shannon
Our toilet would not flush
Rick
Let us use pool area, even though room wasn’t ready yet before normal check in
Maureen
I didn’t stay, didn’t feel safe
Wayne
Only real issue was elevator going out on the 1st of 4 day stay. Otherwise was a good stay and will still be a returning customer:)
Michelle
Elevator not working, fire alarm went off, no pool towels,
Chris

Hotel looks beautiful, pool area was so dirty (bandages for days) hot tub is broken & no info online you find out when you get there, staff was dismissive/barely help, no one came to clean out room/update fresh towels etc. Luggage carts were missing so had to carry all luggage when we left. Breakfast & our room was great but overall was not worth the $ Will not return or recommend to my friends & family, so strangers beware
chris
Room was ok. Staff pleasant. But the $100 charge upon check in was ridiculous! They told us it may not be credited back for two weeks after they “inspected” our room. I’ve never had a National chain charge this fee, rather than place a hold on a card. Not impressed.
Kris
Overall great stay. Nice, clean room, breakfast was good. Would have given a 5 but room temp in pool area was cold and spa jets didn’t work.
Amanda
Front desk staff was rude when we arrived. Pool area was freezing and two fire alarms the night we stayed. Hockey guest ran the hallway and the staff did noting about it eve at 1am
Amber
Large room, very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, very good value
Melissa

Breakfast was good. The jets on the hot tub were not working just a tub of warm water. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Jean
Nice variety of food, but a sign was up stating no pancake syrup and no yogurt. Poor planning, especially for a weekend.
Michael

Allan

Erik
Good value. Clean , nice pool, giid breakfast
Joe
Yes and the items that were supposed to be hot were hot
Melanie A
The staff was great and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was large and heated and, while the hot tub jets were on the fritz, it was still hot and usable.
Elizabeth
Very clean, staff were polite and helpful. Their Breakfast was pretty decent also offering a different egg choices each morning instead of the exact same choice every day. Pool was big and spacious.
John
The staff was quick to find us another room when we discovered a problem in the one we were originally assigned.
christopher
Check in went very well. We had five different rooms and the front desk had all the paperwork and key cards ready to go. Probably took less the five minutes. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The rooms were huge. Summer at the front desk was especially helpful telling us about some local places to eat. Good job!
Michele
Super convenient locale for area activities. King bed comfy. Showerhead needed replacing though.
Paul
The room was warm, quiet, carpeted, the beds were extremely comfortable.
Nicole
Very clean. Comfortable bed.
Tenneal
Check in was seemless, she was fast, courteous and welcoming. The room was very clean and the hot tub was perfect. They do have a bar that is cash only and some small food items if you get hungry at night.
Kimberlee
The room was literally spotless, very nice comfy bed, and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Had to go to the front desk repeatedly to reprogram my room key~my phone deactivated it~and they were happy to help every time I was there! Julie~at the front desk, cook for breakfast, and housekeeper…she appeared to do everything there~was a standout employee and kept a smile through it all. Thank you Julie and Cobblestone!
Jennifer
Great stay. Clean and comfortable.
Joe
Clean rooms and great staff!
Heather
Everything was great
kelly
The room was clean and big. The staff was also very nice.
Bryan
Though the staff was nice and helpful, there were several issues. First, both Saturday and Sunday morning, the coffee area in the main lobby, the coffee was empty both days, we had to be out before they opened for breakfast at 7. So though it was nice for them to have that there, it was empty both days. The worst issue though was Saturday evening, our smoke detector started beeping. I called the front desk, I was given a battery and I changed it, it continued to beep, I eventually got it to stop, then it started beeping again overnight. This is something I’ve never had happen, and should never happen with proper maintenance. These batteries should be replaced in places like this every 6 months or so to avoid disturbing people. Unless they are using the name brand batteries of the smoke detector brand, then the battery hasn’t been replaced since it was installed in 2022. And finally, the last morning, the breakfast was not good. The eggs were slimy, and many of the stocked items were empty. The room itself, besides the smoke detector, wasn’t too bad. In need of some repairs where there are cracks and such in the ceiling, but not bad. Would have been nice to have an uninterrupted sleep, but due to lack of maintenance, that didn’t happen one night. And with something as important as a smoke detector, makes me wonder what else they are neglecting. Will stay elsewhere next time we are in town.
Ronald
Food ok. Hot nice
Ian
