Clean room and good breakfast
Daniel
I was surprised to find out there was no elevator. Rooms were ok, but are getting tired. Found daddy long legs around the heater. Air conditioning was load and a little confusing to figure out. Breakfast was ok, all the foods, like the eggs, were heared in a bag in a microwave. The. Chopped up and put out for serving. Staff was very nice though and location was very good for EAA

Nice small affordable hotel
Terrence
Very clean! The breakfast was very unsatisfactory and the coffee was terrible
Rose
Good location, cost, well maintained, friendly staff and easy check in
Kim
Very clean location. Staff was friendly with check in and other questions. Only concern was there are two levels and no elevator offered to use. While I understand 'disabled' rooms are specifically requested, having health issues that are not diablitilng but do make it hard to use stairs frequently - that was my only (but big one) concern about the property.
Yes, I did ask for a lower (after check in - totally my fault, thought I could handle it) and they were all taken already.

Very friendly

Air conditioner was loud and not very cold. Other than that, the room was fine. Clean, comfortable and even though it was near a small airport we didn’t hear any noise outside.
Btw, there’s no elevator.

Basic traveler's hotel. Good value.

Good experience. Very clean and safe
Rachel
The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel has been nicely renovated and was clean. The bathroom is still lacking a little. The bath tub didn't have a way to stop the water for our kiddos to take a bath. Our stay was very short or we would have inquired about a stopper or if they had anything to help. We were the last room next to an exterior entrance that you could get in with a key. Not sure if you can make this only available during certain times. The door was used a lot and into late hours. Our kiddos woke up each time the door slammed shut. Again, great for our short one night stay, but you may want to consider something that doesn't allow the door to be so loud. Made for a very sleepless night.
Delaney
Room and guest spaces like breakfast area and hallways were clean. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet property, conveniently next to highway. The amenities in the room were of medium to low quality - ripped towels, uncomfortable bedlinens and fitted sheet that kept popping off the bed, polyester coverings that were really warm to sleep in, sunken in mattress... air conditioner was decent but not great. Slept poorly both nights because the bed was just uncomfortably warm and the AC did not adequately cool the room. Breakfast on Saturday morning was decent but lackluster. Better stocked on Sunday. There was a lack of professionally dressed and pleasant workers stocking the breakfast area.
Layda
Super clean room.. nice and friendly staff.. easy parking
Janet
Breakfast could have been better. Staff was nice.
Scott
Clean, comfortable room right next to the airport.
Joanna
Clean room, comfortable mattress, great location.
Susan
Room was clean and comfortable, basic room, but had a good night sleep, breakfast cold, good for one night.
Debra
What I look for in a hotel is that it’s clean, comfortable and quiet. Add the great hospitality and more than fair price, and you’ve got a great place to stay. That’s what we found here!
Mary
Very clean, fruendly staff. Free breakfast was good as well.
Sherry
Desk person was pleasant, room was clean and there was a free breakfast.
Wesny
Yes it was clean
Matthew
Comfy bedding, a clean room, nice breakfast options and close to everything we needed in Oshkosh. Will visit again!
Donald
Courteous staff and clean room.
Danielle
Hotel was super clean, everyone was really friendly, the amount of light in the bathroom was a bit weird (not much of it) but, overall would recommend
Ron
All great, especially the service. Room was nice and clean. Older building but most things updated. Breakfast was typical and fine. Had a minor bathroom issue that was promptly addressed. Just a well-priced nice place with good people.
Beverly
Overall stay was good. The bathtub/shower was severely damaged. I did not take pictures, but it really should be replaced. It was quite off-putting. Room was clean, with amenities consistent with the price. Otherwise, I would recommend.
Michael
Great, 10/10 service.
Stacy
The staff was friendly, the rooms were huge and clean plus the tv was huge! I have stayed here twice with both great experiences so I will definitely stay here again!
Steve
Parking lot well lit, breakfast was decent, and staff was friendly and attentive.
Rachel
Breakfast was pretty unhealthy. Parking was good and owner/front desk staff was helpful. This is a bare bones property with no frills, Not even a coffee maker in the room. It seems like they could have done quite a bit more to make out stay better. No water fountain/machine/sink in the lobby meant we had to fill our water bottles in the bathroom. Yuck! Workout room needs a fan or two and more weights than just a set of huge 15+ pound dumbbells. We checked in after the listed check-in time and were sent to our room, but it was still dirty, and the bed had no sheets on it. We were told only the upstairs rooms were actually ready, so we were assigned a new room (upstairs). No elevator meant we had to haul all of our stuff up and down the stairs.
Daniel
So far tonight room is clean and comfortable. Has frig nd microwave. Shower decent. Ac unit loud. Dont know about breakfast yet.
Stacy
It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was in a pet room. Very nice.
Melissa A
Very clean. Appeared to have just been upgraded.
I miss the days when the room was tended to each day of stay. I shouldn't need to request this.

The hotel provides basic amenities, nothing fancy, but was clean and quiet. It appears to have been updated fairly recently, but a number of item needed to be fixed. The windows in our room didn't lock (we were on the second floor, but still...), the air conditioner was so loud we couldn't run it at night so the room got uncomfortably warm, and one bedside lamp had no outlet available to plug it in. Also the latch lock (I don't know what you call it) was broken.
Jon
Clean, nice exercise room. No manual lock on our door.
Todd
Need to possibly tell customers there is no elevator and provide option to be on the first floor. I am 74 but still able to drag a large suitcase up a set of stairs. Not all older folks may be able to negotiate those stairs with a large bag.

Stayed here recently because I needed a clean, affordable place for one night.
Pros: Quiet (even though right next to airport), clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff, parking right in front of building, neighborhood seemed safe enough, shopping nearby and there is a restaurant across the parking lot.
Cons: Not much for breakfast and the thermostat cannot be changed. There is an air conditioner in the wall but I couldn't get it to work. I was on the 2nd floor so was able to open the window to allow cool air in during the night so I could sleep. (I didn't ask the front desk for help so that should be noted).

The hotel was convenient to my travel, reasonably priced and clean with the amentities I needed.
Christine
The drain in my tub doesn’t work
Jennifer
The location was convenient, the price was on point, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Cheryl
Bed were so comfort - never tried the food.
Jay
Comfortable rooms. Small upgrades needed. Bathrooms were dark
Joel
The staff we met and interacted with, primarily the two men at the front desk, were knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. You are lucky to have them represent the face of your company.
Alex
Clean and comfortable, and also affordable for the area
Craig
Pleasant Stay
Family stay in two rooms for one night. We all enjoyed our stay. There were no issues. The hotel appears to be relatively new. We didn't use any of the 'extras', such as breakfast.
Andrew A
10 out of 10 would stay again decent breakfast great staff
Chad
We had a nice stay.
