My wife and I were informed the hotel had hot breakfast included with the room price. Although there was a waffle maker it was broke for weeks as we were informed. When discussing with the morning desk; the man was very rude and claimed he hated his boss/owner and referred to the owner with poor language.

They don’t have “breakfast”, but did have Froot Loops, toast, and apples.

Great casual stop for the night. While this hotel is clean, safe and mostly quiet the rooms would benefit from a freshening up. I would stay here any time I need a place to rest for the night

It appears that no one has cared for this property for a long time. Weeds were knee high around the property - looked like the place wasn't even open. Room was clean and neat, we were scheduled to stay 3 nights. Amenities are slim, only had 2 cups in room, no pop or water in vending machine. no one at front desk most times.

Definitely 2 star. Very small hotel, 2-floors and no elevator. Room was clean enough and comfortable and quiet. While they had a coffee pot in the room, they only had decaf coffee and we had to go out to reception/breakfast area to get real coffee; tiny cups with no lids. The free breakfast was maybe ok if all you wanted was sugar (waffles, factory made muffins) or carbs (bagels). Had to wait to check in because no one was there and when we left, I and another customer waited and waited, called the number, no one, I finally just left the keys; also saw someone earlier come down to get toilet paper, didn’t think that was good. Everything about the place seemed to be about cost savings, which wouldn’t have been bad if the price reflected it but we paid the same as other hotels in the area.

Was disappointed in staff; wasn't familiar with area when asked questions. The Sunday morning staff was asleep at 6am when I asked about old warm coffee in bar area and then she was going to charge me for yogurt saying bar opened at 7am Sunday (it was 6am the morning before). We were sturgeon ice fishing for a few days. Will not return to this particular hotel.

Just ok, kind of a disappointment .

The room was ok. There was peeled paint in the shower area. The wall heater went on and off every few minutes. Worst thing was the fitted sheet kept popping off the bed while we were sleeping! Never ever did that happen to me in a hotel.
Another thing I noticed was there was no book in the room with info about the area, hotel info like breakfast and pool times, etc. I asked the hotel front desk young lady if there was anywhere good to eat close y and she said no, you have to follow the road down to the main town. Breakfast could have been better.

There was yelling in the hallway outside our room at 3:00am. When I called the desk to see what I could do, the person answering the phone said the night manager was busy, and what did I expect being in a hotel on the night of a concert.

I was a little disappointed in the parking lot. Only big enough for cars or light trucks. I had a 20 foot trailer to park along with my full size pick up. I guess i should have inquired about trailer parking. They said that i could park at the truck stop down the road if they ended up with to many guests for the parking lot.

This was a place for us to stay the nights before and after a Packers game. Our room could’ve used a carpet replacement because of a weird stain. Also the room wasn’t quite ready upon check-in, after 4:00. Housekeeping was rushing to get it ready last minute and the bathroom sink wasn’t clean. In the morning, there were 10 people waiting for coffee to be re-made. The WiFi wasn’t working at all the 2nd night and morning we were there. Overall, you could tell they are short-staffed like so many other businesses these days. Probably next time, we’d pay more to be closer to the game.

Over Priced

Bring your own toiletries and towels, what was provided was the bare minimum for one person showering. No creams or sugar for coffee/ tea. Complimentary breakfast was unimpressive. This would be fine for a budget hotel under $100 per night but when paying $200 per night I would expect lots of comforts.

Noisy/thin walls

Convenient location easy off and on to main 4 lane highway. Bathroom sink took a long time to drain (told office on checkout) beware if you are a light sleeper— bring earplugs! I woke up hearing someone coughing and swore he was actually in our room— walls thinner than normal… so are the pillows! They were at most 2” thick.

Only problems were mechanical which they should address to avoid a major cost in the future. 1 being the faucet in the kitchen leaks and needs repair. 2 the caulking at the bottom of the shower between the tile and shower base. It's shrunk to the point there is a gsp and should be repaired to avoid a costly repair. Other than that the accommodations were more than i expected.

Hotel close to Brighton Acres venue and County USA

The location is not close to anything but a truck stop. We chose this hotel because of the location to the Brighton Acres venue we were at for a wedding. The hotel was ok and nothing special. The beds were on the hard side and the pillows we had in the room were flat. The person who checked us out was very friendly and asked how our stay was. The room's air conditioner did not seem to work that well, but because we were there only overnight we didn't mention that to the front desk. Had an average Continental breakfast available. The hotel was small with only two floors
