We stayed with our grandchildren, and it was a very nice property. The pool was great, it was close to restaurants, and the overall property was clean and updated. The breakfast was also really good.

The lady that checked us in, fixed the entire breakfast the following morning and checked us out was Amazing. So kind, helpful and sweet. We forgot something important in our room, the housekeeper returned it to the same lady and she called us immediately and mailed it to our home. Your staff deserve to be commended for their honesty & care.

Staying at this hotel was very nice. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. If you are a business person needing a small kitchen it had dishes, dish soap, built-in stove top, and the small fridge was larger than the usual mini fridge.

As for the staff, they were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was nice but they didn't have my two favorites. No bacon or biscuits and gravy. They did have sausage and eggs as well as other grab and go options. All and all I would stay there again.

The hotel seems to be very new, all the appliances were brand new and worked well. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only thing we weren't too thrilled about was the loud fan in the bathroom which turns on automatically with the light. So, if you have to use the bathroom at night, you either have to do it in the dark or risk waking up everyone else. Would be better to have 2 separate switches. Everything else was perfect.

Pool was too cold for me.
Towels are in need of replacement.
Breakfast was a disappointment. No bread for toast only bagels and English muffins. Only one regular coffee dispenser that kept running out. No fruit when I was eating breakfast.
Close to Jaker’s restaurant . Their happy hour menu was sufficient for a reasonably prives supper.

I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel makes a good first impression when you walk in—especially in the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast itself was actually pretty good, which was a plus.

Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. It felt run down and not very clean. There were visible splatters on the floors and walls, dust on surfaces like the tissue box cover, hair on the floor and stuck along the bathroom door trim all the way up. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and even the pool had mold and water damage..ceiling looked like it was gonna cave in. Seems like housekeeping is only doing the bare minimum—changing sheets, replacing towels, and restocking supplies—but not actually cleaning mopping or wiping things down. There was noticeable dust on the lights, table, and headboard.
On top of that, the walls are extremely thin. We could hear every door opening and closing, and there was constant noise from the room above us—loud stomping from around 11:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. both nights. We were in town for a soccer tournament with early 7:30 a.m. games, so running on little to no sleep made the stay even more frustrating.

To add to it, checkout is listed as noon, but our keys stopped working at 11:54 a.m. while we were still bringing items to the car, leaving us locked out of our room.

Overall, while the staff and breakfast were positives, the cleanliness, condition of the room, and noise level made this stay disappointing—especially for the price.

Not very satisfied with our recent stay at your hotel. I booked through Hotels.com and booked a room that described the two bedroom unit at one king and then two queen beds; we ended up with two king beds. Most people would be happy with that yet my 19 year old son and my 12 year old daughter DO NOT SHARE BEDS. This resulted with us having to put her on a crappy roll away bed as the sofa bed was HORRIBLE. The mattress had a giant hole in the corner causing the material to shred and springs to be poking out. We were told the manager would get ahold of us yet no one ever reached out. Would not recommend or stay at this hotel in Pocatello.

This hotel was well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, they had a great complimentary breakfast and cold water bottles on check in and check out. The room had a full kitchenette so would work well for extend fed stays. There was a pool and fitness center. Overall good option.

Check in was smooth and we were greeted with homemade cookies just out of the oven. Suite was good sized and included a large closet, full size refrigerator, range top, microwave, and dishwasher. Breakfast was decent with enough variety for most anyone. Some road traffic noise from the street behind the hotel but eventually died down. Did not try the pool or hot tub. Would stay here again.

Felt uncomfortable

We checked in at 7:30 pm, decided to go swimming, one of my girls were told they couldnt walk to the pool in there swim suit!!! Weird never heard of having to change at a hotel pool. At 10:50 pm we had a knock on the door saying they had \"complaints\" that we were being loud. Im sorry we had a toddler with us who wasnt ready for bed because he had been in the car all day. After that we felt very uncomfortable to even speak or walk around our room. So i found somewhere for my grandson and his mom to sleep for the night so we didnt get kicked out. I think for paying $200.00 for one night we should have been able to enjoy our room, but nope that definitely did not happen. I have never been made to feel like we couldnt move around nor speak in a hotel room. Very disappointed!!

I love staying at the TownePlace Suites in Pocatello! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Fresh baked cookies and water bottles around check in time are awesome. The pool and hot tub are great. Breakfast is simple but always good. One thing I love most about this hotel is that they have suites with two bedrooms. That is hard to find. Sometimes you need separate spaces for your family but want them together. I have stayed here several times and it will be my go to in Pocatello.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pocatello from November 15 to 16. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The front desk team was friendly, efficient, and eager to ensure my stay was comfortable.

The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed for a restful night’s sleep.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel’s location is also a huge plus, conveniently close to local attractions and dining options in Pocatello.

One standout feature was the attention to detail—everything from the modern amenities to the cleanliness of the property was top-notch.

Overall, TownePlace Suites exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pocatello. I’ll definitely be back for another stay in the future!

We loved the grill within walking distance and discount on food. The staff they was excellent. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub weren't crowded. Wish the jets worked. The room, we did not love. I liked the closet and kitchen. I did not like the paper thin walls. I could hear everything the neighbor was doing. And he wasnt even loud. Room had a chirping sound near the window that came and went the whole night long. The TV was small, to the side of the bed. Hard to see.

Upgrade definitely needed

The room we were put in smelled old n musty, maybe even a mold issue going on. The ceiling looked like it had a water leak and it may have been repaired but it was definitely noticeable. The living room chair was broke the kitchen table needs replaced and the handicap shower sucked as we had a hard time working it. Beds were clean and comfortable though. All in all this hotel needs an update room by room.

The room was supposed to sleep six people the beds were great but the pull out couch the mattress was awful dirty springs poking through it I had to take the cushions off the couch and the chair and put it on top of the mattress to make a bed out of it for the kids if two adults stayed in that that wouldn't have been comfortable also I had hidden charges fees at the end your company didn't tell me that.

We had just come from a hotel that had a game room for kids to hang out in and when my kids found out that there wasn’t one at this hotel they were so disappointed. There were also a lot of cobwebs in the upper corners of the room, so even though the rest of the room seemed clean, I couldn’t help feeling it wasn’t. Breakfast was lovely and the front desk staff members were always friendly and helpful.
The back outside door had a sign saying that the door was locked for our safety, but the lock was broken and we didn’t need a key card to get in. We were grateful for the extra locks on our suite door.

The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived at 3:00 pm notified front desk and repairman not available until the next morning. The bathtub had a black stain and was told it was the rippled effect on the tub design that made it hard to clean . The grout on the bathroom floor was black
