Mold in the bathroom. Tub/shower was ancient - dirty and not sealed. Beds were horrible! Squeaky, soft, and broken - we rolled to the middle. AC worked ok, but super loud and rattling the entire time. Breakfast was supposed to go until 9, but they didn’t refill anything past 830, and locked the doors at exactly 9. No coffee, tea, or water services past 9am. The only reason I gave it two stars is because both check-in and check-out personnel at the front desk were very professional and polite. Parking was fine. The pool/space has tremendous potential.

I was really disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. I ended up getting a mini suite for the jetted tub because of that.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the room also. Honestly everything was very outdated. Even the tub. They really need to update their hotel. I spent way too much for a mediocre suite. I had problems from the very beginning, I tried to cancel and I couldn't.

Staff was very friendly, no problem there.

Not real happy with this motel. The hallway floors are filthy, no coffee or cups in room. I had to go to front desk to get coffee on first night then called operator to bring me coffee and cups second night. The rooms were nice though and large. The pool and hot tub were closed even though the motel on the internet said that only the pool was closed, so we thought the hot tub would be open, not. My husband went to get me a cup of coffee one morning a little before 9 am and they closed the door right in front of him. Had to go to a gas station to get another cup. No coffee in the lobby. Will not stay here again.

I’ve travelled a lot, and this was, hands down, the dirtiest property I ever stayed at. First room had blood stains and hair (short and curly?) on the bed. Bathroom had clearly not been cleaned with thick, coated soap scum in the bath and sink area. After requesting a different room, it had also not been cleaned. So much dirt in the bathtub ledge I could run my finger through it. There was even garbage still in the cabinet drawers under the tv, indicating that, again,, this room hadn’t been touched by housekeeping.

Overall, the property was also very run down. Managed your expectations around the breakfast, too. Nothing really there.

It was nice to get a free breakfast but it was pretty basic.

The first room’s bedding wasn’t clean. The second was okay. But, both rooms had drainage issues for the shower. The second also had drainage issues with the sink because the stopper didn’t rise very high. The toilet seemed to fill with too much water as well.

I had to get the second room re-keyed because the door card stopped working.

Cheap room but aggravating stay.

I had a rough stay due to a very large, extremely loud group that kept the halls noisy until about 1 AM. The staff genuinely tried but weren’t able to get the situation under control, and I ultimately had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night.

To their credit, they immediately comped my room without any hassle, and I appreciate that they took responsibility. I don’t see this kind of issue mentioned in other reviews, so I’m hoping it was a one‑off situation. I’d consider giving the hotel another chance, but I do think they should reinforce policies around large gatherings to prevent this from happening again.

They had some kind of concert going on the night I was there, they put me in a room just down the hall from room it was being held in, it was noisy, people walking up and down the hall talking loudly, kids screaming, people slamming their doors, this went on to 1:00 am in the morning. It was pretty much a sleepless night. I check in and learn that the swimming pool and hot tub are down, that is one reason I picked this place, real disappointing stay to say the least, especially for the cost. They knew the band was playing that night, should have put me somewhere else on the other side of the motel away from the damn noise.

But the carpets in the stairwells haven’t been vacuumed in days at least. The hard water stains in the toilets are distinctly black. The bedroom hardfloor hadn’t been swept recently, leaving dust bunnies and such for my feet to find.
And sadly, we were not informed that the pool was under maintenance when we booked online. Rather disappointing.
