Staff was great!! We were in a room for dogs and the carpet was pretty dirty (we had our dog with us). The bathroom was clean. Appears management is doing repairs that may have been past due. Breakfast was more than expected with egg patties and waffles along with the usual cereal, yougurt and muffins.

No frills hotel. Check in staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast though there was a waffle maker which was nice. Hotel could use some updates as there was some areas that were rundown but the room was clean and comfortable. For a simple night's sleep, this was a good choice.

Cleanliness was an issue. I felt like I needed to wear shoes in the room because the carpet was old and dirty. The blinds had black finger and hand prints all over them. There was smudges on the bathroom doors.

Although the staff were very helpful and courteous, the age and condition of the property let our stay down. In the bathroom we found the toilet almost unacceptable. It was the original toilet from when the motel was built decades ago, very water inefficient, low to the floor and with a seat built for the size of a child. The shower head, although it was supposed to have multiple spray settings, was so corroded that it was not adjustable, forcing us to use the only available setting. Lighting in the room consisted of three small table lamps, all with different bulbs. Not enough. When we went to get ice, the machine had a sign saying it was out of order, and when we went to the only other machine on the second floor, it was also unavailable, though maintenance was there working on it. On the other hand, the bed was acceptable. The continental breakfast was also acceptable, with the usual all carb offerings. All in all, the stay was acceptable, nothing more.

Staff (Jag) was friendly.
Room was stuffy, carpet (especially in front of the sink) felt Grimy and damp. Walls are very thin. Room above ours sounded like people were wrestling, stomping around or moving furniture for approx 3 hours. Finally got out of bed, got dressed and went to front desk to ask them to take care of the noise. Finally after another 45 minutes they stopped but it was after 11pm by then. We Will Not be staying here again.
Also when we checked in other guests were asking for bath towels that were told they were in the dryer and would get them as soon as they were done🤔 to

We checked in and took the extremely slow elevator to the 3rd floor, where we walked into our hotel room (as the door was wide open) it had not been cleaned at all. Mind you it was about 7pm when we checked in and rooms should have been cleaned by that time.

As we called to the front desk staff to change rooms, house keeping came by and she was mortified. She moved us to another room and even went downstairs to get our new keys, she apologized all over herself.

Even at 10pm at night house keeping was on the 3rd floor cleaning rooms still.

For $150 a night, I would say this place is not worth it. I would be willing to pay maybe $65 a night for what we got.

Good price and awesome staff. You could tell the hotel was older, but things were clean and tidy. We reserved two rooms side-by-side. The only thing we struggled with were smells. Our entire room smelled like a Chinese food grease trap. My sister‘s room smelled OK, but her bathroom smelled like a sour sponge. We probably should’ve asked for different rooms, but we didn’t. The hallway was also really warm for some reason, but the AC worked really good in our rooms. There was a continental breakfast from 5 AM to 9 AM but we didn’t check it out.

I am not sure how this had good reviews. The staff was nice and friendly but the hotel was not nice. When we got in our room the carpet window was open and it had a funny smell, we realized that it was because the carpet was wet outside of the bathroom because the water from the shower runs out the bathroom door, it never dries! The lobby toilet overflowed and ran into the carpet in the hallway, it was never sanitized justvthrew a fan out. Parking was a mess, the back door doesnt lock so anyone can come in and out. I do not recommend staying here.

For the price, it was okay. It’s a little dated—floors of the hallways creak—but just about acceptably clean. There were some spots that I don’t think had been cleaned for some time, such as behind the toilet. The elevator was so slow that we thought we were stuck (the front desk did warn us however). The breakfast was very very basic. The smell of the hotel entrance was hard to describe—almost like a bleach covering a musty odor. And that same smell came through our AC system to the point that we chose to turn it off rather than sleep in a cool room. So I probably would not choose to sleep here again, but this was rated 8.2 stars and others at a similar price point were rated much lower. If it wasn’t for the AC it probably would have been acceptable. In hindsight I would have paid more for a Hampton Inn or something a step or two up.
