The room was extremely Clean and welcoming. The check in person also showed me how to turn the heat on inside the room very helpful! It was right across the street from the Hollywood Morgantown Casino had a great time there too! Strongly suggest the restaurant that's a short walk heritage

As always the room was clean the staff was all very friendly. Any time we go to the Morgantown area we always stay here. It's a nice quiet property. Unlike some other places around the area not far you can be outside at night time and feel safe.

this is an extremely well maintained single level motel. The rooms have all modern mid level furnishings.
the bathroom was nice and comfortable

I've seen the same accomodations for $300

Don't be set off by looks
This is the perfect place to stay for Maple Grove Raceway.

I can afford to stay wherever I want, but whenever I can, I stumble across a little gem like this.

They still use room keys and it is a motel format, but Hugh in a beautiful hill away from noise and people

Overall the motel is dated but our room was clean. There was a funky (old urine-like) odor in the room and a burn hole in the bed coverlet. The bathroom was clean and we did not see any bugs. So, not a luxury stay but not the worst I've seen either.

Didnt realize places still offered smoking in rooms. Sadly all I smelt was cigarettes all night. Caused breathing issues for me as i am asthmatic. Made for a long night of coughing. Outside if that place wasnt fancy and worth the money for the stay.

Not a bad place to stay but for the price it was good, could hear neighbors which I didn’t like and the balcony is sloping or falling (not sure but I didn’t trust it) but other than that it was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was super easy. Continental breakfast was trash but McDonald’s is 1min away. I would stay again just don’t expect to be at a fancy hotel. The only other thing was the strong smell of cow manure which didn’t bother me but must be close to a farm.

Nice remote motel with well done clean rooms.

The motel was on the top of a mountain. The outside of the motel is still being redone. The room we got was nicely redone with brand new carpet, new bathroom tile flooring and cabinets. The shower worked well. The TV worked well. It did not offer in room coffee or wifi. But it had a refrigerator and a microwave. The hollywood casino was right across the hotel but far awry for any noise bothering from there. In the end we had a good time.

beds were the worst I've ever experienced!!
Mattresses should be changed.
They had deep \"holes\" over the entire mattress.
The \"pockets\" were so deep you could see them even when not laying down.
Tiles were coming off walls in the bathroom
large carpenter ants were crawling over the floor in the bathroom.
(due to the color of the main room floor couldn't be sure they weren't crawling in there as well.
Stink bugs all over.
Couldn't lean against the sink counter as it was ready to fall off the wall!!
Sheets and pillows provided, however, only bed quilt. Yuck.
Door security was a joke.
It was quiet.
Staff was courteous and as helpful as they could be. Only stayed as there as nowhere else to stay within a 50 mile radius that I looked into.
Very upset and almost was going to drive back 800 miles to home.
Would not recommend. Booked this property in the first place because as I said, only available.

Very convenient, reasonably priced and close to where I go to visit my mother. Rooms are clean and basics covered…I don’t need anything fancy. Property is off the beaten path so is quiet and void of lots of traffic and business noise. I try to stay here every time I travel from Wyoming to visit my Mother at Tel Hai Memory Care Facility…every 2 months.

It was what I expected for the price I paid. Positives: The beds were fine. The bedding and towels were clean. Negatives: The mini fridge and the microwave did not work properly and the room is in serious need of renovations and cleaning. Tiles on the wall and floor in the bathroom were broken. Water pressure and temp was good. 3 cigarette burn holes in bedspread. AC unit's fan motor was going bad - sounded like airplane taking off every 15 minutes. TV worked well. Cereal and milk and danishes were breakfast. Room had musty smell.

the best way to describe this hotel is original 1940's. everything way the way it was when it opened. comforter was at least 40 years old. no blanket and a old sheet. bed was flat no head board and people banging on wall all nite. i beleave it is place for the homeless. the people you seen were in a class of their own. i wont mention the large bugs flying around the building

If you can stay at another hotel - definitely do so. But in a pinch it's bearable for a one night stay.

Check in went smoothly enough. The room was clean. A little older and worn but still had AC, cable and wifi. I liked that the window was screened and I could open it because it was a nice, cool night and I didn’t want to use AC. Had a small balcony. Shower was nice and warm. Staff was very friendly. May not be 5 star, but it was clean and comfortable and fit my needs perfectly for the one night at a reasonable rate.
