Beautiful rooms and very clean and elegant hotel!

Beautiful views! We loved our room at the SL Hotel Gangneung as they were spacious, very clean and comfortable and they had amazing views! The buffet breakfast was a big bonus. Overall an excellent stay!

Great weekend trip with friends!

Great location near the port with coffee shops and options for food nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was nice and the hotel was very clean. My friends and I would definitely stay again!

This is not a two bedroom “suite”. It’s a false advertisement. It’s a one bedroom with 2 twin beds in the living room. As a result, there is no sofa/common area, just two rooms. Because the twin beds are by the entrance door, the light sensor constantly lights up when you twist and turn on your bed while you sleep. If you are on a business trip, beware. There is no iron for your suit/dress, not even to borrow one from the front desk.

3인 예약해서 방문. 사진으로는 꽤 넉넉해 보여 예약했지만 방은 정말 비좁았고 이 가격이 정말 실화인가 싶은 호텔이었음. 온갖 외국인 단체 손님에 응대할 직원은 턱없이 부족해 보이고 외국인들은 엘리베이터 안에서 영어 응대해주는 사람 없다고 불평하고 있고, 호텔은 에어컨이 객실만 운영되어 복도나 엘리베이터 안은 습기에 덥고 꿉꿉한 냄새. 최악은 아니지만 이 가격에 여기에 머무는 것은 정말 아니었음.

Reserved family pool room which has direct access to the pool but couldnt use it even though hotel advertises on website. There are several services and facilties are not allowed to use. Dont believe what you see on website. BS.

I booked the hotel for my parents. Nice location in the city area which made it easy to find. Though in the city center, it was overlooking the sea, so had a nice view from the room. Breakfast was also nice. Good for the price!

베란다 문 손잡이 조심....

일반적으로 가격대비 좋았습니다. 평일 숙박이여서 그랬나봐요. 그런데 첫 방 배정시 베란다에 나갔다가 얼어 죽는줄 알았어요. 방안에 아무도 없는데 베란다 문이 저절로 닫혀서요. 다행히 핸드폰을 가지고 나가서 프론트에 전화할 수 있어서 탈출했지만.... 시설팀에서 와서 열어줬지만... 변명만 하시네요. 다른 방 배정시 확인해 보니 그방 베란다문 손잡이 고쳐야 하는게 맞아요. 또다른 피해자 생기지 않도록 꼭 수리하시기 바랍니다.

바다뷰는 부분바다뷰였음. 디럭스더블룸 숙박했으나 디럭스 더블사이즈 침대가 아닌 일반 더블사이즈 침대도 방도 작은 편.카운터친절함. 3시까지기다려 체크인해야 함.주변에 마트와 수산시장 있어편리함. 룸에 조리도구일체없음.

1박 잘 하였습니다. 주문진내에서는 가장 괜찮은 수준의 호텔일듯 합니다.
조식이 오래되어 보이지 않고 신선하여 아주 괜찮다고 생각됩니다. 직원분들도 친절하구요.
바다조망도 좋고, 하늘정원도 좋아요.
다만, TV가 유선연결이 안되어 직원분을 불러서 해결했구여, 벽지가 울어서...호텔의 기본을 충족시키지 못한듯 하여 아쉬움.

별로입니다.

방 두개가 벽하나로 분리되어있는데 화장실 이용시 한쪽방에 불켜면 다른방에서도 불켜지는거 정날 구렸어요. 침구에선 꿉꿉한 냄새났고 패밀리 수영장,인피니티 수영장 다 좁아요. 인피니티아닙니다. 엘리베이터 네개 정말 부족하고 느려요. 호텔리어들 태도나 서비스도 그냥 아르바이트생 같았어요. 조식도 가격에 비해 별로입니다. 오믈렛도 없고 보일드에그 주문도 불가했습니다.

[가족여행 후기] 조금만 더 좋으면 5점일 것 같아요.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 편안하지만, 부모님께 트윈베드 룸 예약해서 드렸는데 침대가 불편하다고 하시더라구요. 베개도 좀 더 있었으면 좋겠고 객실 내 물만 있고 티 종류는 없어 별도 사먹었어요.

다 좋았는데 수영장 이용이 무료가 아니라 아쉬웠어요. 호캉스하는 젊은이들이 많아 호텔입장에서 수입을 포기하기 어렵겠다고 이해했습니다.

성수기라 비싸게주고 갔는데 실내자체는 깔끔해보입니다.
근데 안에들어가면 먼지도 꽤있고 청소꼼꼼히 안한티가납니다. 그리고 제 가운에서 제대로 안말린냄새가 나서 입고있다가 벗었습니다. 샤워실은 그런데로 봐줄만한데 욕조에 있는 스파? 거품? 나오는 기능이 제대로 작동안했습니다.
조식은 쏘쏘합니다. 꼭대기에 있는 하늘정원도 나름대로 괜찮습니다

방음이 최악이었어요. 초등 축구부 단체 투숙이있었다지만 너무 힘든 숙박이었어요.
처음 배정받은 505호는 입실 시 실내온도가 15도였고, 온도를 30도 설정 후 저녁 먹으로 두시간 나갔다왔는데도 17도여서 결국 9층으로 방을 바꿨어요. 청결하다는 느낌도 없었고, 아침엔 소음을 참다참다 2002번 2003번으로 재차 전화했지만 직원연결은 안되었습니다.

침대가 너무 작아

호텔 체크인하는데는 문제 없었으나, 객실을 배정 받고 도착해보니, 첫째 방이 조금 적은 편인데다 둘째 침대가 너무 작고, 출렁이고, 베개는 너무 높아. 좀 큰 침대가 있는 객실과, 낮은 베개로 줄것을 요청했으나, 모든 객실에 침대와 배개가 동일해 교체해 줄 수 없다고함.
시간도 늦어 어쩔 수 없이 두개 침대를 붙여놓고, 큰 타월 두개를 둘둘말아 배개삼어 잠을 청했으나, 무척 불편하게
잠을 자게 되었음

많이 불편하였습다.

가격대비 좋지못한 서비스와 룸 상태, 주차 서비스 또한 룸 청소 요청하였으나 제때 이루어 지지 않았음. 호텔 리셉션에 불편 문의시 당연하다는 태도는 매우 불편하였습니다. 그리고 룸에 기본적인 어메니티도 부족하였으며, 방 사이에 층간 소음 및 소음 차단이 되지 않았습니다. 또한 이불 사용시 바스락 소리가 강해 수면시 불편 하였습니다.

잠자리가 불편한 호텔입니다.. 딱딱한 매트리스

매트리스가 딱딱하여 불편합니다. 허리가 아파 숙면을 취하기가 어렵더군요.
샤워기 호스는 걸이에 걸리지 않아 애먹었고..
주차층수는 많지만 자리가 많지 않아 이면주차를 할수밖에 없습니다..
결론적으로 여행다니며 호텔들을 다녀봤지만 잠자리가 불편한 곳으로 손에 꼽는 곳 이네요..
