This hotel room is lack of lighting. They provide only one bath towel for two people stay. Not enough of clothes hanging area. The checking hour is not convenient for the travelers (4pm or later check in time).

Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty of rooms laying around. Even 4 or 5 star hotels don't charge early check-in fees and if they do, it's definitely not at upwards of 60% of the nightly rate.

We stayed two nights for our trip to Everland and Caribbean Bay. The location was great. The room was spacious and clean for our family of four but there was a strong smell that lingered in the room. Thankfully, they offered a nice candle for the duration of our stay. The combination of the candle and a fan in the room, helped to alleviate the smell.

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. We took the family room and because we have two kids travelling with us, one of them had to sleep on the floor because beds are only for 3 people. However, it was ok as the floor was warm and bedding provided are comfortable. Even though parking is limited, we had no problems to get parking Every time. Highly recommend this hotel.

SR Design Hotel definitely is one of the most promising hotels ive ever stayed in.it has modern classic room designs with the convenience of a personal computer, full supplies of toiletries,a super comfy bed and a universal remote for tv,lights and a/c all in one click...but that's not all..the most recommendable about this hotel is the full time service of all the staff.they were very understanding,accommodating and they never failed to make our stay so convenient.kudos to SR design hotel staff!

The water in the sink in room 308 was clogged, so I requested repairs. The repair person came and unclogged the sink, but the water was still clogged and wouldn't go down. He said he was sorry and said there was nothing he could do, so he left. Thanks to this, I felt very uncomfortable every time I washed my face or brushed my teeth. Maybe there was a problem with the shower door, but after showering, all the water came out and the floor was soaked.
I don't recommend it because the front desk's response is very poor and causes a lot of inconvenience.

12월 말에 아이 유치원 방학에 맞춰 에버랜드에 갔다가 ...하루 쉬고올 호텔을 찾았습니다. 아이가 무조건 욕조 목욕을 하기 때문에... 용인에 위치한 욕조 있는 호텔을 잡는게 아빠의 미션이였습니다.
호텔 사진만 보고 잡았는데, 호텔 도착하고 위치 때문에...러브 호텔인가 싶어 살짝 당황했지만 저희가 투숙한 4층에 또다른 가족 손님이 있는지 애들 목소리가 나서 안심했습니다.
기본적인 소형 냉장고,TV 말고, 스타일러, 공기청정기 가 있었습니다. 기본으로 물병이 3개 제공 됐고요. 추가로 요청 문의 드렸더니 3개 더 가져다 주셨어요. 호텔에서 용인 맛집 추천 치킨 배달을 시켰는데... 배달비가 추가 되지 않아서 놀랐습니다. 호텔 1층에 가까운 편의점이 있어 과자랑 부족한 맥주 사기에도 좋았습니다. 호텔 만 놓고 보편 저렴하고, 다 좋았습니다.

용인에버랜드 이용을 위한 숙소였습니다. 자정이 다되가는 늦은 시간에 방문했는데 대신 발렛파킹해주셔서 피로를 덜 수 있었습니다. 24시간 사용가능한 커피룸도 괜찮고 바로 옆에 파리바게트도 있어 아침에 커피와 함께 먹기 좋았습니다.
