Is it really a Ramada?

I strongly recommend the hotel for family stay!

Very professional staff with great hospitality. Excellent location for Everland / Caribbean Bay visitors. Clean and quite room with a very good bathroom, comfortable beds, big selection of satellite TV channels, nice view from its window.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life, however we stayed there to go to everland and it was very near to it, but there is absolutely nothing to do there at the hotel or around it.
No room service, no concierge, no one to help you with luggage, staff do not speak English well enough, they try to be helpful but with the language barrier and almost no knowledge of anything outside the hotel their help was useless.
Room is okay but I would never stay there again and I would recommend staying at one of the hotels in the bigger towns close by, or staying at Seoul and making a day trip to everland as it is not that far.

Stayed here after an exhausting day at Everland park. Very close to there remote lots 4 and 5. Checked in very late but it was easy. E Mart across the street from main entrance. Breakfast was closes by 10 am so if you sleep late you will miss it. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Parking lot full and back to Everland!

Arrived at 9PM. Possibly all the buffet was done by the time and full parking was the first inspirationand this took me all the way by checkout. There could be no improvement on the parking lot expansion since they have protocols with a paper guiding driving dads back to Everland parking lot and walk back since it was said \"short\".

에버랜드를 가면 항상 이용하는 곳입니다.
조식이 너무 맛있어요. 침구는 깨끗하고..
2박 있으면서 좋았습니다.

그런데 이번에 욕조에 물을 받아 쓰고 물 빼는 과정에 욕조 밖 아래로 물이 나왔어요. 확인해보세요 1704호였습니다. 체크아웃하면서 말씀드릴려고 했는데 잊었어요.

주차안내를 제대로 안해줘서 내려갔다 다시 올라와 인도에 세웠네요. 기계주차 SUV 주차 안된다고 계속 기다리는데, 지하에는 주차안내 직원이 없어 승용차들이 계속 먼저 내려가 얌체 주차하는데 물어볼 데도 없고... 이렇게 운영하면서 호텔이라니 답도 안나옵니다.
중국,동남아 단체 관광객을 어찌나 받으시는지 엘리베이터를 줄서서 두,세번 기다려야 하고...
차량 이용하여 아이들 데리고 에버랜드,캐리비안베이 가시는 분들은 생각해보고 가세요.

주차공간도 협소 했는지 근처 골목길에 대고 짐들고

뷰는 앞에 높은건물이 없어서 뻥뚤린 뷰였답니다
1층 편의점은 24시라고 되어있지만 문닫았고

라마다 용인 호텔 숙박 후기

방이 엄청 깨끗했고 잠자리가 편했습니다. 에어컨도 시원하고 조식도 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 근처에 용인 민속촌 에버랜드 캐리비안베이 하루씩 다녀왔는데 즐거운 시간 보내고 왔습니다. 에버랜드까지 차로 2분거리라서 오픈런하기 너무 좋은 위치였습니다. 루프탑에 어린이풀은 가보지 못해 아쉬웠어요. 전반적으로 모두 다 만족합니다.

에버랜드를 이용하고 밤늦게 체크인을 하니 주차장 공간이 없어서 에버랜드 4주차장을 이용해야 했던 것이 약간 불편했어요. 그리고 객실키도 두개를 달라고 했는데.. 안되더라구요. 쿼드룸이었는데 목욕수건도 두개뿐이어서 더 요청했구요.
물론.. 에버랜드 근처에 괜찮은 호텔이 별로 없어서.. 이 정도 시설이면 만족하는 편이긴 합니다만.. 서비스나 주차는 좀더 개선되면 좋겠네요.

가족여행으로 에버랜드에서 늦게까지 놀고 접근성이 너무 좋아요 5분거리에 편의점이 가까워서 만족이구요

This is probably the most luxurious hotel in the area.
The hotel was a bit old but I guess it was renovated recently. The single room (double bed room)
is enough space for one person. It would be enough for a couple. The room is very clean. The view from the 16th floor was also good.
There are many restaurants walkable around the hotel as it is the center of town.
There are two convinience stores withing a minute distance.
Only one downside is the noise from the hallway is a bit too big.
I did not use the restaurant as I do not eat anything in the morning.

I've been here for business.
This hotel basically has only the room with bed and bathroom. No laundry, no breakfast (even if paid), no gym.
For the price of 140€ I was expecting more services.
It's only good if you are a large group going to the amusement park nearby.
I have to visit Yongin often, but I won't stay here in future.

주차장이 만차라 에버랜드 4주차장을 이용했고요 침대 두개를 놓기에는 약간 좁지만 에버랜드를 이용하시는분들에게는 매우 좋은 위치에 있어요

가격도 그렇게 비싸지않고
전대역에서 내리면 호텔간판 바로보이고 걸어갈만한 거리
밤에 가기에 좀 어둡긴하지만 주변 모텔들에 비하면 쾌적하고 훨씬나음 에버랜드 셔틀도 바로앞에 서고 에버랜드갈라면 딱좋음

Hotel was clean and the staff were vert nice; however, the hotel did not have enough parking so I had to walk about 5 mniutes and it was very cold at night. Hotel also did not offer a room service. I drove along distance and by the time I arrived at the hotel everything was closed. I was looking for some munch and glass of wine, but I had to sleep without them.

에버랜드와 가깝고 호텔까지 셔틀버스가있어서 편헀습니다. 호텔에 도착했을때는 16층에 배정받아 올라갔는데 아침에 일어나보니 에버랜드뷰가 잘보여서 좋더라구오

가격대비 너무 만족스러운 호텔이라고 생각됩니다. 직원들도 친절하고, 2층 샤브샤브도 맛있으며 루프탑도 꽤 있을만 합니다.
또 청결도 어메니티도 만족스러웠고, 근처 편의점이 바로있어서 매우 편리했습니다.
다만 아이들이 많아서 딱 새벽 1시반이 되니 조용해 진다는점~ 그 점만 참고하면 될것같습니다.
덕분에 아이와 아내와 좋은 추억 많이 얻고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

에버랜드와 가깝고 편리하고 깔끔한 호텔

주변의 냄새가 조금 신경 쓰였지만, 에버랜드와 5분거리로 가까워서 마지막 불꽃놀이까지 시간 부담없이 보고 올 수 있어 좋았습니다. 편의점도 바로 앞과 옆에 2개나 있어, 출출할 때 컵라면 사 먹기에도 편했구요~ 더블 침대 2개로 방은 좀 좁았지만, 사용하는데 크게 불편함 없었습니다.
다만... 캐리어를 올려둘 곳이 마땅치 않아... 그런 부분 좀 더 배려해 주시면 더 좋을듯 합니다.

전반적으로 다시예약하는건 생각해볼래요

방이 굉장히 작아요 아이둘 어른둘로 방을 예약했는데 침대2개 들어있으니 방이 꽉차서 캐리어 펼칠 공간이 없을정도였어요 그리고 주차가 어려워서 당황했네요 호텔도착했는데 주차장이 풀이라서 외부에 아무곳에 대야한다해서 놀랬어요 투숙객 차량도 수용을 못한다는 사실이 참 아이러니하더라구요 에버랜드 간다고 예약했지만 아침에 엘리베이터 타기 힘들었고 방음이 안되서 맞은편 방에서 저희방으로 노크를 하더라구요 시끄럽다고...
아파트 층간소음도 아니고 맞은편 방에서 찾아오니 할말이 없었어요 아이들이 소리를 지르는 것도 아니고 노래를 부른것도 아니고 티비보고 있었는데 그소리가 컸다면 호텔방음에 문제가 있는게 아닌가 하네요

객실 청결도는 좋고 주변 시설도 괜찮았는데 아이 둘과 묵기엔 숙소가 좀 좁았어요.
그래서 그런지 짐 보관할 공간도 없어서 그건 좀 아쉬웠네요. 주차시설이 좁아서 그런지 저희가 체크인한 시간이 늦은 시간이 아님에도 호텔 외부 주차장에 주차해서 그것도 좀 불편했네요. 하지만 재방문 의사는 있어요~

어메니티도 잘 갖춰져있고 깨끗하고 넓은 방에 만족했습니다. 바로 밑 편의점도 근처에 3개나 있고 에버랜드 셔틀버스 타는 곳까지 걸어서 5분도 채 안걸려요!

직원과 라이브 연주 등의 서비스는 만족합니다. 동네에서 심하게 변 냄새가 나서인지 온갖곳에 냄새를 없애기 위해 설치한 디퓨저 향과 섞여 더 고약한 냄새가 호텔전체에 나며 모텔을 개조한 듯한 라마다 호텔같비 않은 시설들로 가득찬 객실이나 로비등과 옆방이나 복도 소음은 방을 전체적으로 울리게하여 시끄럽고 바깥풍경은 을씨년스러움을 넘어 기괴하여 잠자리 또한 불편하여 침구류조차 편안하질 않습니다

추석연휴 객실이 만원인지 주차장이 부족해서 안내해준 도보2분거리 추차장이용한것이 별로였고, 1층카페에 마련된 원두커피는 무료이용이라 좋았지만 다음날 고장이어서 실망했었음. 나머지는 대체로 만족스러움!

라마다 용인 호텔 1박 후기

숙소 깨끗하고 주변에 편의점, 커피전문점, 식당 등도 있고 좋았어요. 에버랜드 주차장까지 2분 거리라서 숙박 일정 잡고 에버랜드나 캐리비언베이를 방문할 때는 좋은 숙소인 듯 해요. 단, 체크인 시간이 3시라서 조금 일찍 도착하면 시간 허비가 좀 있네요. 직원 분들은 매우 친절하시네요~! 아! 자차로 이용할 때 지하주차장 입구 살살 내려가세요~ 차량 후미가 바닥에 일부 닿을 우려가 있습니다! 주의 안내문 꼭 읽어 보시면서 지하주차장 진입하세요~

2박중 1박 하고 시트교체 요청을 했는데 정말 시트만 교체되었습니다.
침대 바로 앞 쓰레기통은 꽉 차 있었는데...
융통성이 필요할거 같습니다.
비어 있는 물품 정리 할 때도 꼭 확인해주세요.
입실할 때 부터 칫솔치약 사용한 흔적이 있는데 칫솔만 그데로 봉지에 담아져 있었습니다.(4개 전부 그런것은 아니고 한개만)
주차 공간이 부족한 것은 어쩔수 없지만 서비스 개선은 필요할거 같습니다.

방이 좁아서 옷장이 없어서 불편했어요. 붙박이 장이 따로없고 냉장고 위에 옷걸이 몇 개가 전부라 겨울이라면 옷이 두꺼워서 진짜 난감했을거 같아요. 방에 먼저가 좀많아요. 철문에도 뽀얗게 먼지가 앉아서 조금만 움직여도 먼지가 보여요.
