I visited twice on a business trip. The first time was flawless; the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, housekeeping was just terrible on the second trip, when I took two other staff members with me. Amenity, location, and price is all good. Hope they improve the housekeeping condition.

솔직히 호텔은 전체적으로 마음에 들었습니다. 조식도 나쁘지 않았고요. 그런데 조식 먹으러 가서 마음이 좀 상했습니다. 조식을 담당하시는 이모님이 조금 친절했으면 좋겠습니다. 제가 토스트를 구웠는데 바싹 타 버렸어요 그랬더니 저한테 왜 다이얼을 돌렸냐고 다그치는데 당황했습니다. 제가 안 그랬다고 하니까 \"네네....돌린 사람은 없죠 그런데 돌아갔네요 하면서\" 살짝 빈정이 상했습니다. 그래도 투숙객에게 이런 말투는 아니니 않나 싶었습니다.
