Bridge Resort is well located - a 5 minute walk to the Adler sea-wall walkway & the beach - and a 5 minute walk to the shops & restaurants. The staff are friendly & helpful - and although I was only staying here for the World Cup there is plenty of activities going on all of the time at the Resort, particularly for the kids.

Vacationing together with my wife in mid-September, 2016 for two days. Clean, new hotel. Good location, acceptable food, safety at a high level. But the staff is sullen, though there were no problems with arrival or execution of requests and orders. Olympic Park thirty min walk. The hotel has its own clean pebble beach with free sunbeds, sunshades and water sports. You will have to go through chilly frosty weather with an often rains and winds every time to breakfast and back, to swimming pool and back every day. That's how a winter is here from November to April.
Almost everyone here likes to shut the room door with a force.
Swimming poll is cold enough to catch a cold. And never getting warm.
All included program is short and criticized in reviews.

Будьте внимательны при заказе номеров без балкона, это везде 1 этаж , окна в пол и везде пандус по которому люди ходят в полный рост в 2х метрах от вашей кровати! При застеклении- окон нет, только дверь и та не открывается для проветривания, только полностью...Территория, Еда, Спа, хорошие , до моря 500м.

Из минусов и для придирчивых-отель уже не новый. И это видно по мебели и т.п.
Но нам отдых понравился: отличное питание, огромный бассейн на улице, хороший СПА, свой плчж и территория.Ребенку принесои в номер тортик. Персонал выполнял все просьбы.

Не понимаю, откуда настолько восторженные отзывы на различных ресурсах, но субъективно - хуже чем "превосходно".
В целом среднестатистическая 4ка, ничего выдающегося.
Заселение: очень быстро и комфортно, бронировали не обращая внимания на вид из окна, разместили в номер с видом на море. Приятно.
Питание: был включён завтрак, выбор разнообразен , все вкусно.
Персонал: все кто встречались лично - очень милые, приветливые и услужливые до того момента пока не позвонил по телефону с вопросом о продлении пребывания на пару-тройку часов в связи с поздним вылетом. Оператор на другом конце линии довольно грубо заявила, либо выселяйтесь до 12, либо оплачивайте 3000 рублей за продление до 18-00(при том, что стоимость номера 4000 в сутки). Был довольно удивлен такому общению и отношению, особенно учитывая, что отель, со слов другого сотрудника, заселён менее чем на 50%.
Чистота и состояние номера: довольно чисто, но удивили прилично заляпаные окна и сломанная душевая, где вместо стеклянной двери повесили шторку на штанге из соседней пятерочки..

Хороший отель, большое количество персонала, все организовано на должном уровне. Без суеты. Были на мартовские праздники, загрузка отеля на 100%. Даже не смогли продлить проживание, в связи с отсутствием свободных номеров. Все номера с балконами. 12 корпусов по 40-50 номеров. Наша компания жила и в главном и в корпусе Лондон. названия корпусов по столицам европейских городов.Если холодно комфортно ходить в бассейн из главного корпуса, все СПА процедуры в главном. Хорошая экскурсионная работа, трансферы на лыжный курорт. Бассейн и хамам. Красивые фото-зоны, общедоступные,. аниматоры с утра и до вечера. Для семейного отдыха - отлично. Про лето - не знаю. wifi на улице слетает. При входе в корпус загружается повторно. Питание на 5+

Отличный отель для любого вида путешествий! Условия проживания на любой вкус. Номера просторные, с приятным дизайном. Уборка ежедневная. Кухня разнообразная, персонал очень приветливый. Замечательная анимационная программа для детей. Порадовал SPA комплекс с небольшими. но всегда чистыми бассейнами и парными. Местоположение тоже удобное, 2 км от Олимпийской деревни, легко добраться до вокзала, бесплатный трансфер до Красной поляны.
Очень довольны отдыхом, будем рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым!

Отель соответствует заявленной категории: внимательный вышколенный персонал, чистота, ухоженная территория, просторные номера. Кровати удобные, постельное белье белоснежное, в санузле все работает исправно. Завтраки приемлемые - ничего особенного, но хорошего качества.

Бархатный сезон в Бридж Ресорте
Отель Бридж Ресорт мне понравился. Турция в хорошем смысле этого слова, адаптированная для русских. Отель удобно расположен, очень хорошая своя территория. Прекрасно подходит для отдыха с детьми. Мне понравилось обслуживание, уборка номера проводилась по моей просьбе в удобное для меня время. Очень профессионально отработала менеджер по работе с гостями Елена. Дважды у меня возникали вопросы и оба раза она спокойно выслушивала и решала мои проблемы. Большое ей спасибо за продление номера в день выезда на 1 час. Как ни странно, но в середине сентября отель был полон и поздний выезд предоставить было невозможно, мне продлили номер бесплатно на 1 час, до 13 часов и это было очень удобно для меня и конечно же приятно. Вот что не понравилось так это пляжный сервис. Приехали 7 сентября, был шторм, на пляже были зонтики, деревянные дорожки, расставленные лежаки. На следующий день, видимо из-за шторма все это убрали и потом когда шторм прошёл так ничего и не расставили. Только через неделю поставили зонты. После шторма был очень неудобный, купой заход в море, видела на других пляжах работал бульдозер, равнял, но не у нас. В Бридж Ресорте гостям надо было самим таскать себе лежаки из кучи и прыгать в море с крутого берега. В целом отель оставил приятное впечатление. Радовало огромное количество детишек, для которых в отеле созданы просто исключительные условия. Думаю что для семейного отдыха с детьми отель очень хорош.

Мы побывали тут 4й раз по счету. Понравились, что в отеле имеется SPA-комплекс это самое главное. И вдобавок в качестве бонуса бесплатный трансфер в Красную поляну.

Все хорошо, но питание нужно улучшить. Завтрак с 9 до 11, т.е. если останавливаться в отеле по работе, то останешься без завтрака. И ужин с 19 до 21. Приходишь в 20, а есть особо уже нечего.

Отель в целом хороший - на твёрдую 4, и качество номеров и главного корпуса хорошее, и бассейн и спа зона, но вот еда просто ужасная, столовая из 90-х, нужно выгнать всех поваров и позвать нормальных, так нельзя. После одного из ужинов было отравление.

Номер в целом понравился, НО были очевидные минусы: жутко громыхал холодильник(среди ночи ) , гигиенический душ еле держался , намереваясь выпасть из стены, вода в душе первые 4 дня стояла высотой 5 см и не уходила очень долго , завтрак я оцениваю на 4 с минусом , сытно , но однообразно , у отеля хорошее расположение , номер большой . К сожалению очень многие не добросовестные постояльцы курили на своих балконах , что конечно было запрещено . Но не смотря на минусы я бы приехала в этот отель ещё раз.

Отель неплохой,но все же обслуживание по-нашему,тот,кто отдыхал за границей,меня поймут,есть ,что сравнивать не а нашу пользу,даже с 3- мя звездами в Турции.Заселили быстро,но в номере не оказалось халатов,а мы хотели пойти сразу в СПА. На рецепцию звонили 2 раза-к вечеру принесли.На следующий день пришли убирать номер после обеда,когда мы отдыхали,спросили:"Нужно убирать,или только мусор выбросить и воду добавить?"Мы выбрали 2-й вариант,т.к. не хотелось после прогулки и обеда освобождать номер.Вообще-то в 4-х звездочном отеле не должны спрашивать,а молча убирать сутра,когда гости отсутствуют..Очень тесный бассейн,много народу.И еще удивило,что утром кофе растворимый из титана ужасного качества,а хороший -за отдельную плату,это огорчило.
О плюсах скажу так ;Если сравнивать с Российским сервисом вообще,то все очень неплохо.Вежливый персонал,,чистота в отеле,хорошая еда (У нас было 3-х разовое питание),хоть и не особо разнообразная горячая линия. В целом отдыхом остались довольны на 4.

Заселение не проходит во время, регламентированное время 14.00, заселили к 15.00, только после разборок. В номере полетенца если не попросишь не меняют, постельное белье за неделю пребывания не поменяли не разу. У нас был включён только завтрак- каша половина на воде, блинчики размороженные, омлет на воде, сосиски самые дешёвые соевые, и так каждое утро, меню не менялось. Пляж доступен для всех, даже тех кто не проживает в отеле, поэтому лежаков не хватает. В бассейне невыносимо воняет хлоркой.

Далеко не четыре звезды!разочарование началось с заселения: в два часа дня нас не смогли заселить по причине неготовых номеров.это стыдно для отеля,заявляющего себя как отель для семейного отдыха.гостей с маленькими детьми не должно волновать по какой причине их не заселяют в оплаченный номер.а уж признаваться толпе приезжих из тридцати человек,что ни один номер не готов-позор!!!при этом персонал рецепции-хамы,не обученные общению.хорошего написать нечего,поэтому перечислю минусы:ужасная еда с бумажными сосисками,блинчиками из разморозки,разбавленными водой молочными кашами и тд;вонючие бассейны,которые никто не чистит;детская площадка под открытым палящим солнцем с соответствующим запахом резины;море с "собственным пляжем",на который пол Адлера ходит купаться,потому что лежаки халявные;опять же -лежаки утром надо занимать часов в шесть,по вышеуказанной причине;персонал,который понятия не имеет ,что надо здороваться;уборку в номерах надо заслужить-нам за неделю 2 раза поменяли полотенца.в общем,ужас,ни кому не советую.пишу для того,чтобы люди представляли,какой "отдых" ждет их в этом месте.и ещё -запасайтесь лекарствами-отравление вам обеспечено.море,бассейн и еда в этом отеле делают своё гадкое дело-практи если все постояльцы перенесли кишечную инфекцию(и ив в том числе-двое взрослых и двое детей).хуже отдыха у нас не было!
