I was disappointed with the level of service during my stay, especially considering the $625 per night rate. While most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the overall experience fell short due to a lack of consistency. A simple “Good morning” or “Welcome” would have gone a long way. We had a fire alarm and evacuation of the building at 1230am. Had no coffee for guests, and you were 50/50 able to get service at front desk when they weren’t embedded on their phone screens. They were kind when you finally spoke with them but it seemed as if they rather avoid the guests.

We needed a convenient place to stay that had an indoor pool for kids. The hotel was nice, staff friendly and room size ok. Kids got some cuts on their feet from the pool, when we told the front desk all they said was oh we will into it. No real concern or compassion shown. Not that we made a big deal of it. Love this hotel it is so clean and so spacious, the staff at the hotel are incredible I have stayed many times and Don, always goes above and beyond. He is such an asset to the hotel and guests as well as his fellow colleagues show so much gratitude and respect for his consistency and devotion to his job. I had a great stay at the Sheridan as far as my room but I believe the staff could be a little more courteous. When I arrived the gentlemen at the front desk was rude, and I couldn’t understand why. Prior to me there was a lady working beside the gentleman (front desk) who was explaining the location of the amenities to the guest in front of me. When it was my turn I got no hostility, no same explanation of where things were. I felt like I had done something wrong with how I was treated. But I will say thank you to Essences for letting me used your charger. I was already a mess and didn’t realize I never grabbed my charger before leaving home. I do appreciate the help.

When I arrived for check-in they did not know that I booked two rooms and had to find the other room. When we went into one of the rooms, the air-conditioner did not work and needed filter to be replaced in order to work properly. The maids don't \"clean\" your room. They pretty much do what they want and call it a service. They might make your bed up and they definately do not vacuum.

The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to all beaches and boardwalk. Breakfast is very good. Rooms comfortable clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again. Pool does need major cleaning, power washing is recommended. Other then that, fantastic place to stay.

we booked six different rooms at this property. All were wonderful. There is one issue with the property and that is the fact that the air conditions shut off at night and you have to move your body around to turn it back on which can interrupt sleep !

So many weddings. So loud every night. 11pm-3:30am. I have fibromyalgia. I got flared up so bad, i couldn't sleep. My daughter had dance nationals and barely slept. I do love the sheraton but this was horrible with no help from the hotel. I cleaned my own room daily. Only got towels once.

Overall my stay was great! It is a beautiful hotel. It was clean and updated. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the amenities like the indoor pool and the gym. The staff was pleasant and attentive. I needed a microwave to heat up my dinner from the night before and they brought one to my room immediately. My only issue was the air, it was a bit loud. I had to choose between being hot and having quiet. I chose being hot and turned the air off. Other than that, it was a good stay. Thank you!

The property itself is very nice. Our complaint is the paper-thin walls. Unfortunately, we were placed next to a room with a couple who were both drunk and decided midnight was the best time to have an argument and break up. We had to contact security 3 times to try and get them to quiet down. Although the hotel obviously can't control the actions of other guests, it was concerning how clearly we could hear every word being spoken in the adjacent room, and that it took security 3 different attempts to get them to quiet down over 2 hours before we could finally attempt to sleep. Otherwise, the remaining parts of the hotel were what you would expect. The only other disappointment was the pool area which was pretty dreary and the pool clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while.
