Breakfast was underwhelming. Extra $10 for parking per night. Shower and vents could use a cleaning at top.
Asked for a wake up call 1 day and they said to use my phone which I normally turn off at night.

late booking after a days travel, the location was out of the downtown area behind a gas service station which was open 24 hrs and a major highway. The property had a huge security fence around it. There were people wandering around all night within the property which was a concern. Room door was secure but a bad fit. Bed sas good as was the hot shower. Coffee maker in room and breakfast was on offer. Decided to eat elsewhere. Comfortable room for an overnight stay

The room was clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was from 7am-9:30am. I would have preferred breakfast until 11am but still better than no breakfast at all. During the weekends in the evening, you are close to a big road so it can get loud outside your hotel room. Other than that it was enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Was skeptical when we first arrived. We used to stay at the confort inn downtown, but they priced themselves out at 225 a nite, as far as i am concerned.. So we found this place. was priced right. rooms were clean. front lobby was clean and although we left before breakfast, they seemed to have that under control. 12 dollar uber ride to broadway. excellent for a one night stay.

Clean rooms (old building) that is painted, staff friendly and helpful good location for a quick 2 min Uber and a 20min walk to pedestrian bridge. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep without the extras or high price it’s a good option. Recommend and i would return again

Checked in and was miffed to be charged $20 to park in their large car park. I was aware of that at booking but the lot was mostly empty. I entered my room where the AC wasn’t on and arriving in 85F heat the room was hot! Having settled in I put the TV on, nothing but fuzz. I called reception who told me a maintenance man would be round in an hour. I wanted to explore the city so left them to it. Returning 3 hours later the TV was still not working. The guy came straight away, couldn’t fix it so I had to change rooms (at 10pm). Not a good start. However the room was ok, the AC and TV worked and the bed was comfortable. After a good night, the shower was good (and hot) and breakfast was pretty good.

The area around the inn is very isolated from the city and people. We had no problem returning late at night on the bus but the area just didnt give that safe vibe. Theres a hoilday in thats right infront and very isolated too , doesnt seem like tourist stay in that area . The check in was quick my room was ready though upon arrival at the room we could clearly see it was not throughly clean. There were dried cranberry pieces on the floor. The bathroom did have mold. Some of the paint peeling. The hair dryer was broken but functional. The bed was okay comfortable though i didnt trust the cleaniness of the sheets. Fridge seemed like it need a little more cleaning, the breakfast was great. Good enough to start the day. The inn itself seemed like it rented out to homeless and local people for months. People were a bit sketchy there. On the day of departure since i had a canceled flight and had to figure out my return flight I stayed in lobby for a few hours and the attendant was very nice even offered to make us tea . That was very sweet. If your a picky person dont stay here . We enjoyed our stay was good enough to just rest the night and party the next day. They did offer room cleaning on 2nd day , we only asked for ameneties. The acessible computer was great my daughter did her homework there it standing would be better if there was place to sit but it worked for her. We peeked in gym looked okay but we didn't get to try it. Gates are not locked. Inn is near braodway street.

The breakfast consisted of sausage ,scrambled eggs , and tiny potatoes cooked as is . No seasoning etc . The beds were hard . If you drive to the hotel you can park outback near your room. But if you come by uber its hard . You have to drag your suitcases down a flight of stairs outside. It’s even worse when checking out . Then your dragging them upstairs. Its an older hotel . But for the
Money, not too bad . The bath towels are rough snd thin . The morning front desk guy couldn’t be bothered to look up from his computer when your talking to him . The late night front desk gentleman was very nice .

This motel isn’t fancy, but it’s got the basics - including a microwave and fridge- and plenty of room. The staff is helpful, efficient, and friendly. The location is fantastic. I felt safe and appreciate this great option as a traveler on a budget!

Knights Inn is a motel vs hotel, in my opinion. Incredible value, certainly not on a Ritz level, but if your expectations are realistic, you will not be disappointed. A little quirky for longer stays, closet is in bathroom with no door. The only negative we found was stairs to go from rooms to office for breakfast buffet. Front desk and buffet were extremely helpful and filing.

The floor in our room wasn’t swept and I found a used tissue behind my bedside table. The tv remote control had buttons that stuck. They charged an extra $10 for parking. Their only saving grace is that the staff were super friendly. I liked the variety of items on the breakfast buffet, but it was a hit or miss on whether it was good.

The room #275 water did not get hot! I drove 5 hours from GA to not be able to shower was the most irritating. The sheets were dirty, toilet had stains on it, hair in the sink, as if it was never cleaned properly! I called down to the front office and was informed on check out time at 11am mine you it was 8:30am as if I wasn’t aware !! Instead of assisting me or getting me clean linen some man continued to tell me check out times! I was so furious I packed up my things still not being able to wash by the way and checked out of the room wayyy before 11am! After expressing my frustration with John he said he would apply a discount back to my card on file which I have still yet to receive and of course now no one answers the phone. I dislike bad reviews but just wanted to make the public aware of how bad the customer service and nasty the room was! Parking was horrible nowhere to park at all in the lot after 10pm!

A cheap place to stay - you get what you pay for. Exterior doors that have wide cracks even when closed, trash piled up around the overflowing trash can in the hall, missing baseboards, a refrigerator/freezer that wasn’t working the first day, no cups or anything in the mini kitchen, no coffee maker, cheap scratchy linens - to name a few issues. One plus - the hot breakfast did include a pancake station, eggs (powdered I’m sure), mini roasted potatoes and some kind of really flat sausage(?) patties. But no bowls for the cereal, only one flavor of tea bag and something called maple flavored pancake topping.

Breakfast was fresh, most staff provided hospitality except for the housekeeper. She knocked on our window and door at 11. We had already arranged for a later checkout at 12. We answered her knocks and said we were in here. She still barged in and I was in the middle of changing. Luckily, we had the lock on the door that she couldn’t come all the way in. We had heard and seen her do that to the rest of the rooms. Uncalled for service!

I stayed here recently and had a very concerning experience that went far beyond typical budget expectations.

The room I was given, which was a handicapped suite, did not have a functioning fire alarm. I later found the alarm removed and sitting in a drawer.

I also experienced electrical issues where outlets and lights near the bed stopped working. When I went to the lobby to report this, the staff member present, who was consistently there during the day, raised his voice at me, spoke aggressively, and repeatedly insisted the power was working when it clearly was not. I was standing in the lobby crying while he continued to dismiss me. This interaction should be visible on their security cameras.

Because I was in a handicapped suite, going back and forth to the lobby was difficult. I had to return alone to my room, which still had no power, and wait about 30 minutes before it came back on.

There were also multiple instances of people knocking on my door late at night and a man following me to my room, which made me feel unsafe.

I do not expect luxury, but basic safety and respectful treatment should be standard. Unfortunately, this property did not provide that.

Overall, it's a no frills stay. Room was clean and staff was polite. Breakfast was simple, but ok, eggs and potatoes were good, but the sausage looked a little weird. Had plenty of hot water and tv worked well. The only issue for me was that my room was on the end nearest to the convenience store, and the traffic noise was loud at night from the busy intersection.

This is an older motel. That being said we had a enjoyable inexpensive stay. Motel as a whole is a clean as you can get an older motel. Clean linens, clean room, and comfortable accommodations. Staff was nice. Hot breakfast provided. Elevators tiny and the one we tried was inoperable, so we used the stairs. Walking distance of TopGolf, 1.2 miles (25 ish min walk from the pedestrian bridge). Parking limited.

This is a two star hotel, the room had some cleaning issues, like a sheet with a dirt spot was put on the bed, the back of the toilet was half cleaned, and finally, the tub had someone else's hair in it, needless to say, I did not use it. I bought it to the front desk attention, but it doesn't really matter if they make changes or not, I won't be back.

Room was clean and spacious and the staff at reception were super helpful and kind. Close to the city (about a 6-8 min uber to Broadway), otherwise about a 30 min walk. There isn’t heaps of places walkable nearby but not really an issue if you are venturing into the city or other areas anyway. The bathroom was a little on the older side but was fine for an inn!

Knights Inn Has the perfect location for me when I'm in town -- close to East Nashville, Germantown, and downtown, but not too close to Broadway. It's basic, no special frills, and the linens may have a few old stains -- but the price is reasonable, and it gets the job done. I've stayed here multiple times. 👍👍👍
