Place is dated. Entering the hotel there was a moldy, dingy smell. Front counter was cluttered with papers, not inviting. Ceiling tiles walking to our room had water stains. No elevator so we switched to a bottom level floor. Bathroom sink clogged. Room was somewhat clean but smelled of mold. Breakfast was limited, sausage had an odd taste. Staff was nice that was the positive.

This place is DIRTY. Like sticky everywhere. The rooms are temperature regulated, or maybe the a/c units are just super old... but everything feels WET in the room. Even the bed linen. Yuck. And the shower was FULL of mold. I had my baby staying there with me and he was coughing so bad just after an hour. I had reserved 3 nights, but went to the front desk and asked for a refund for the next 2 nights, and told them I was checking out first thing the next morning. Sooooo gross. Seriously. Stay away!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast had scrambled eggs not from real eggs. The waffle maker had no spray so the waffle had to be scraped from the waffle maker. Had white bread or wheat bread. Came back to the hotel around 5:00 pm and removed my shoes and walked around in my socks. Suddenly realized May socks were wet. I spoke with the hotel desk clerk and found out they had shampooed all the rooms during the day. The carpet stayed wet for another day. My backpack was wet because they placed back on the floor after shampooing. Can’t believe Wyndham chain would place their logo on the hotel.

From the moment we walked in the front door, there was a musty smell. The look and feel of the place is old and dingy. There has clearly been water damage on the ceilings. The smell in the hallway on the first floor going towards the rooms was very musty. The moldy/musty smell continued in the room. I booked a king suite with a pull out sofa that was supposed to sleep FOUR people. The pull out bed had no mattress so when I called to ask about it they said this room didn’t have one due to a previous guest, there were no comparable rooms, and offered me a twin roll away bed. The mattress on the roll away was absolutely disgusting. When bringing it to the manager Ellen’s attention the next morning she was very dismissive and combative with me. I want a refund for my horrible stay! Thank goodness I had family close by since I was coming from out of state, that had an air mattress I could use. Horrible customer service.

They had only 1 non-smoking king bed room on the first floor. When I opened the curtains, there were 2 large power plant trucks parked horizontally (grill to grill) right in front of my window completely blocking my view of the outside and too close to my window for comfort.
