All in all is was a good place to stay .. a few exceptions.. the HVAC made a load noise when it came on ..I noticed it at first and then my girlfriend said the same thing .. it woke us up a few times.. and we ended up turning it off .. same issue with the doors for other rooms on the hall .. sounds like a small bomb when people leave or enter their rooms ..did not get out room cleaned after the first day but no big deal ..

The only thing I don't appreciate is when the prices are doubled, tripled, quadrupled when there are football games or other events going on at VT. This hotel is not the only one doing the gouging though.

I enjoyed staying in this clean, attractive hotel with friendly staff. The coffee/tee maker in my room was malfunctioning and I couldn't use it to get tea. It was after hours so the complimentary set up at the entrance was gone. The desk clerk offered to get some for me from supplies downstairs. Check in and out was speedy. I would stay here again.

Our stay was good. Love the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the room was not completely clean. More so it was the bathroom. I’m not sure by it it looked like the shower curtain had mold on it. Dark black spots. Toilet stained. Found hair shavings in the sink.

The check in process disappointed due to an issue with the reservation. Hotel.com had made two reservations which I only made one. The receptionist was assisting me to contact hotel.com so i wouldn’t pay for the second room. During this process, the welcoming and introduction of the room and facility were nonexistent.
