Every time the fan kicked on it would make a loud clicking sound, 14 times, every time. I could not turn it off and it kept me up all night. Thankfully they let me switch rooms for the next night and that room was nice and quiet. Very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was very polite.

This hotel was nice when it opened, but now the bedding is getting thin. I’m pretty sure I smelled aftershave on my blanket, so they’re not changing the bedding between stays, which is just gross. I don’t know if I’ll be staying here again.

Great mid-range hotel concept by Hilton, very thoughtfully executed, with nice attention to detail: all very new and modern with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, extra large flatscreens, lights on dimmers (and well thought-out lighting scheme), clean and modern bathroom. They did not skimp on materials and design. Good climate control in the room and automated blinds and blackout panels. Snacks available 24/7 in the lobby (not a huge perk as selection rather limited). Lavazza coffee was mediocre, unfortunately and undrinkable ) but everything else was fantastic and it felt like some new, quirky, more friendly version of a Hilton with front desk person (Sebastian) who was sort of the captain of the ship, greeting everyone, and finally ssying \"call me if you need anything.\" In fact it was possible to text as well. Salt water pool (indoor) as well, that looked inviting although we didn't try it. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the srea.

The only complaint I had was the noise and the check in. The guy asked if I had ever stayed in a TRU before and proceeded to tell me that it was the Frat house of Hilton. After stating kindly and playfully that as long as there were no bugs it would be fine for one night. He (hopefully jokingly) stated that no they had taken care of that problem and that bugs shouldn't make their way to the top floor anyways. This interaction made me want to cancel immediately and find another hotel but it was late and we had bee driving all night after work. The room ended up being very clean however, I would suggest bringing your own pillows and maybe some ear buds if noise bothers you.

The toilet kept running in our room so we turned off the water supply to the toilet. The maintenance man wasn’t there so nothing could be done about it. The air conditioning was very loud, we kept the room warmer so we didn’t have to hear it. The front desk was made aware and offered us another room but we were unpacked and it was late so we stayed.

We stayed two nights to visit family and college tours. We were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. Our room was perfect and so comfy. Breakfast in the morning was the right combination and the staff again so helpful. We left items in our room. We didn’t realize they were missing til we got home and they will be shipped to us Monday morning. All we had to do was send a shipping label to them. After a long week and trip this room was our favorite and will 100% be staying next time we visit family.

This was my first time staying at a Tru by Hilton. The room was a bit more cramped than I expected but there wre a few nice amenities in the lobby. Breakfast had fewer items than similar places that I have stayed that are comparable in price. The hotel was fine and was what we needed for a one night stay. Not much to do around the hotel itself but town was not too far away. Overall, a good place to stay while you are on the road.

I’m going to be honest in this review, I won’t give a terrible review because of 1 situation I had. But definitely won’t be staying here again and will consider if ever a Tru by Hilton. I travelled with my 3 kids, and one of them had food poisoning from the night we stayed there, my 7 year old woke up and not even 5 minutes after he ran to the bathroom and started throwing up and happened at the sink, the sink got clogged. After making sure my kid was feeling better, I looked for a staff member and the cleaning service lady was couple of rooms down the hall. I asked her if I could get something for me to unclogged the sink, that I will do it myself so no one hast to go through that. She said it was fine that she will take care of it. When I got back home I see they charged me $50 for unclogged a sink when I was the one who offer myself to do it. I called more than 10 times and they say I need to talk to the mananger, I have left over 3 voice messages and still no response from anybody.

The smoking. It just smelled like cigarettes the whole entire time. I messaged the hotel and nothing. We have stayed T tru hotels in the past and haven’t had any complaints, the last time we stayed was a yr ago and they even offered to rebook us because of not having hot water. So I figured we would just get a different room but this time we didn’t. Normally if it’s just the adults it would have been less of a bother but we have small kids who shouldn’t have to deal with it throughout their stay

I would have given all 5’s but upon arrival the person that checked me in really didn’t interact. She asked my name, gave me the key card and that was it. Information like how to find my room, was there coffee available in the morning etc. I had to ask. Maybe I expect to much: I have not ever had to ask those questions when staying in a hotel, they are always communicated when checking in.

No hot water in the morning. Reserved a room with a tub and did not receive it. Too few towels because apparently they do the laundry only every other day. Because there’s no carpeting in the rooms if you have somebody above you that have small children be prepared not to get any sleep. There were apparently 37 open rooms that night why couldn’t they put us in a room that was not underneath of small children? The lady at the front desk was not engaged. Very disappointed. Nothing like our first stay there a couple of years ago.
However, they do allow dogs. That was nice. The breakfast was very good as well.

I chose this hotel because the reviews said it was easy on and off the highway and it was. The problem was there was no food available close by. Another disappointment was the fact that they charge me $75 for my dog won’t be staying here again. It’s my own fault. I need to do more research next time.
