So clean I felt safe taking a bath! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked, waffles are a must for me! Star deducted for the AC having a smell when turned on, but it didn't cause problems with my allergies so probably just hadn't been used recently. Not a fan of the smell of shampoos provided, the hand soap was unscented though and that was great since my family has scent allergies.

I had a beautiful room, cleaned every day. The staff was friendly, and helpful. I was early, and they didn’t charge extra to check in before 4 pm. Available, was a really good full complimentary breakfast every morning. They had a nice gym. Topped off with two bottles of water and two cookies, at check in.

Toilets to Short.

This property was in a very convenient location for our trip. Rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice too. My only complaint is that all of these hotels should have comfort height toilets in EVERY room!! These happened to be some of the shortest ones ever and it’s not pleasant for tall or older people and especially ridiculous for tall/old people. 😂😂😂

This was a great stay! All of the front desk staff we met were super friendly and happy to help us with questions. The housekeeping staff we met in the hall all greeted us. The complimentary items like bottled water and doggie bags for guests checking in, were such a nice touch! We didn't travel with our pup this time, but I appreciated the gesture so much I will definitely consider staying at a Hampton in the future because of this. Lovely stay overall.

My one night stay was great. The room was clean and had a pleasant smell. The breakfast was very tasty. The breakfast on the go was a thoughtful addition to the hospitality.

I have returned to this area 10 days after i left. I have already booked another hotel a month prior for my return trip. Im here at this other hotel and highly disappointed.
The total opposite of your establishment.

Last night, I thought about coming over there to request a room, but I decided to just stick it out. ☹️

We had a very nice stay here. The property was clean, the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, it was pet friendly (we didn’t bring our pet but loved seeing other pets) and enjoyed the amenities in the rooms.

The only reason I can’t give it a five star is because the toilet for the room above us must have been right over our bed because I could hear that guest urinating every time he used the bathroom. Even woke me up in the middle of the night it was so loud!

Other than that, the stay was very pleasant and would not hesitate to stay there again. Maybe get our room on the top floor next time too!

Great stay…last minute decision but walked in and was greeted with smiles and friendliness even at 11:00pm. The front desk person even heard my son mention he forgot his tooth brush and said “I can take care of that…need toothpaste too?…” property was well maintained and breakfast the next morning was well prepared and one of the cleanest self serve stations I have ever seen. Well laid out with plenty of places to sit as well. All in all I am impressed and glad we choose to stay here…and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Best hotel experience I've had in years!

From the moment I approached the front desk, I was greeted by a friendly smiling clerk! She very efficiently checked me in, gave me my room key and a bottle of water with a cookie!
The entire hotel was very clean, staff greeted me everywhere, my room was immaculate and comfortable.
Checkout was a breeze. My cell phone needed to be recharged and the lady at the front desk offered me a box of leftover chargers and cords to choose from. Found what I needed, charged it up and was on my way! Best experience I've had in years of travel!

Perfectly located to break up our journey from Philly to NC. The location provides plenty of access to multiple eateries and shopping. The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff we interacted with were all wonderful. We were pleased with the price and the hotel breakfast suited us just fine, another big cost cutter
