On check in I was told that I had not booked a twin even though I was showing reception the booking said twin. This took 30 minutes to sort.
Later the air conditioning wasn’t working, it was 32c, I had booked a hotel specifically with air conditioning as I was poorly with diarrhoea and losing liquid rapidly, I phoned reception to ask to be shown how to sort the air con - I was told ‘STOP’ and then reception put the phoned down.
Other than that a lovely hotel. But the customer service was awful and just what I didn’t need in my delirious state.

Glitzy modern hotel right in the middle of the coastal strip.
Clean and well-appointed.
Good breakfast with cooked options (eggs/bacon/frankfurters) available on top floor with great views of the sea.
We thought the free toiletry items on request was a nice touch, as I had forgotten to bring my shaving foam and my partner had left her tooth-brush behind!

Great location but very noisy at night. One night we had to call the reception (after 1am) and ask about restaurant's very loud music which was played outside. Police had to come and sort it out. Unfortunately hotel is not separated from the noise and the law allows loud music until 1 am.
Breakfast didn't have much choice. Only scrambled eggs(unsolted) and bacon or some ham/cheeses. Bread felt dry. Nice selection of pasty tho.
Coffee did not feel as from a good coffee machine.
Pool was out of order and I had to make a fuss to be given an option to use a pool of next door hotel (which to be fair looks much nicer).
Water in the room is for a charge of 3 euro (0,5l) which I found pretty bad.
The staff were friendly.
I would most likely score this hotel lower if not the really nice deluxe room and location which made the stay better.

Really modern and nice hotel, close to the beach. Good breakfast. Lovely room. I would give it 5 stars but it was a little bit too formal for a beach hotel. Nice pool, easy parking though expensive at 18 euros a day.

The hotel pictures led me to believe that I would find a newer (and taller) building (but it is only six stories high). The hotel is a bit dated. The service was fine, but one of the men at the front desk, in his desire to be formal, ended up being a bit stuffy and unkind (e.g., when asked about restaurants in the area he simply replied, \"When it is time for dinner, I will be happy to tell you.\" Ok, then. I'll have to ask at a better time, I thought!). The bed in the hotel was very uncomfortable for me, though my wife loved it. What is not to be missed is the ice cream shop across the street. That was truly extraordinary! (Take it from someone who spent ten years in Rome). If you choose to stay at the hotel, be sure not to stay on the fifth floor. The view is great from there, but at 6 am the staff prepares breakfast in the dinning room upstairs and the tapping of their shoes is likely to wake you up.

This hotel is suppose to be one of the good hotels in Rimini but not impress at all. The room was very small and the bedding was not very great. The service was not very good. The breakfast was good and the view from where they serve breakfast was superb.

Als Alleinreisende ist mir bekannt, daß die Einzelzimmer klein sind. Aber so ein kleines Zimmer ist mir noch nicht untergekommen. Die Dusche war der absolute Höhepunkt. Ich persönlich bin schlank Größe 36/38. Eine Person mit der Größe 40 könnte die 2 Flügeltüren nicht mehr zumachen.
Der Service in der Bar und im Außenbereich sehr bescheiden. Hier mußte man auf sich aufmerksam machen um bedient zu werden.

Un cambio hotel che forse e' stato favorevole
Non ho soggiornato all,hotel Ambasciatori,perche'il giorno prima del ceck in,ho ricevuto la telefonata dalla reception che mi diceva che la camera che avevo prenotato era in via di rinnovo,pertanto mi era proposta una camera vista mare.all'Hotel Sporting,che e' di fianco all'hotel Ambasciatori(stessa proprieta'). La cortese Elisa mi assicurava che sarei stato molto soddisfatto perche l'hotel Sporting era stato appena rinnovato,e cosi' e' stato.Pertanto tutti i giudizi positivi dati si riferiscono all'hotel Sporting.

Vi bodde en natt på hotellet utenom turistsesongen. Fint hotell med god beliggenhet, hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Litt harde senger, men flott rom med balkong og utsikt til havet. God frokost i øverste etasje med utsikt til havet. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

L'hotel e' bello e pulito.ma per un hotel al mare troppi congressi e rounioni d'affari a tal punto che ti scordi di stare al mare.i balconi hanno vista mare ma io direi parziale in quanto la struttura essendo costruito in una certa direzione non potrebbe avere una vista migliore.il personale molto cortese,la colazione normale,e la hall molto piccola e semplice.tutto sommato e' un buon hotel ma bisogna vedere da quale punto di vista e che secondo me visto e considerate il tutto il prezzo e' alto.grazie

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es wurde alles renoviert und grosszügig und modern eingerichtet. Der Empfang ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz beim Haus. Wenige Schritte zum Meer und zur Einkaufsstrasse.

Séjour très agréable hotel idéalement situé face aux plages aménagées. Chambre standard avec vue partielle sur la mer. Très bon confort général. Hotel à 100 mètres de la mer. Bon accueil et personnel sympa pret de vélo gratuitement (attention limite à 3 h alors que dans les autres hôtels c'est totalement gratuit) cependant j'ai dépassé 2 fois l'horaire et il ne nous a rien été dit ni encaissé) Superbe petit dej varié et dans une salle en hauteur face à la mer. Piscine plutôt grande pour les hôtels de rimini et riccione qui n'ont en général que des petites piscines mais ombragée une partie de la journée. Petite salle de sport mais avec les machines essentielles. Malgré que riccione soit mieux que rimini : plus belles belles rues piétonnes plus beau centre ville, plages plus animées nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous retournerons dans cet hotel volontier.

Jeg har siden 1980 vært i Rimini hver eneste sommer, og jeg har bodd på ca 17-18 hoteller i alle prisklasser i Rimini. Men må med hånden på hjerte tilstå at dette er det desidert beste hotellet jeg noen gang har bodd på i denne byen. Topp kvalitet på rom, frokost og service. Jeg kommer garantert tilbake til neste år.

L'hotel ha una pozione molto buona, vicino ai locali, ristoranti, negozi,mare.Le pulizie sono impeccabili, forse la camera era un po' piccola per due adulti ed un bambino, però non era un problema, comunque comoda (forse ci hanno assegnato una standard perché la tariffa era scontata).Lo staff è eccezionale, molto professionale e disponibile.Era strano che non hanno scivolo per le valigie e carrozzine,ma se uno ha bisogno,può usare l'ingresso di servizio.
