Room was huge, plenty of shops & restaurants, on the strip. I was a very disappointed in the family pool. So many rules that we didn’t know about until you went there, drinks are outrageously priced, and there were so many people trying to find chairs all day. Five pools, but they only allowed people in 2…, and one of those is 21+. We were disappointed that we left our other hotel and stayed here. I will say that the view though made up for some of the disappointment.

The pools were gawd-awful - seriously noisy and waaayyy overcrowded. Smell of smoke permeates the casino areas. Rooms are clean but definitely dated and yes, there’s peeling paint. No coffee maker! But at least the Bugsy’s bartender was awesome!!

Paid for an upgrade to a (only $40 per night) suit, the room was nice size but very run down. Lamps falling apart in the switch area wood coming off drawers, carpet very old. Property fee was $50 per night for what, you could only have 2 items on the internet anything over was an extra $14.95 per night. Will not stay at the Flamingo again.

The shower is weird, there’s no door only a half glass wall. The door to the bathroom is sliding barn style door that offers no privacy from the main room. No microwave. Beds are not queen sized, they are full sized at best.

When we checked in we were offered a renovated room for an extra 20.00/night with a garden view, we took it. They also asked if we wanted housekeeping everyday which we said yes too. First day we were there they didn’t clean our room and we had to ask for towels. They also failed to mention with a garden view that the music out by the pool would be so loud during the day that all you would hear is loud booming from the base all day! So we asked for a new room…they gave us a unrenovated room that the air conditioning didn’t work in and on top of that did not refund us our 20.00 for the remaining 6 nights we were there. Out of the remaining 6 nights in the unrenovated room housekeeping only showed up 2 times! We had to phone them every other day to bring us clean towels! Their excuse was that our privacy sign was on the door so that’s why they didn’t clean…I didn’t know you had to be up at 8:00 in the morning in Vegas and out of your room for the day to get your room cleaned! There was no reason they couldn’t have came back after doing other rooms to check if the privacy sign had been removed when we did leave for the day! All in all the stay there was not enjoyable. The only positive was the location of the hotel…housekeeping gets a big 👎👎👎👎

The staff at the Flamingo were extremely helpful. Alessandro at the front desk made us feel so welcome especially because we had never been to Las Vegas. We were very pleased with our clean and spacious room and our request for an extra blanket was accommodated quickly. The cocktails at the lavish Pinky’s were delicious and worth the indulgence. The Flamingo is going through some needed renovations but it didn’t impact anything we wanted to do. Even the elevators were quick. And yes, the location is ideal!

Room on the 28th floor - GO Executive Room non-smoking - was big, clean and beds and bedding fresh and comfortable. Nice bathroom and lots of counter and closet room. Great view of the pool, Linq, the \"Wheel\" and Sphere. The pools are small and the G pool was way too loud and noisy. In fact the noise reverberated through our 28th floor room when we came back to change and shower for the evening. Dinner at Havana restaurant was really good but not so much the breakfast. The bacon was way too salty and the coffee like tar. Perhaps the coffee pots should be emptied and refreshed more often. The Casino was nice and seemed to be popular. Liked the size and location of the property and common areas kept really clean. A fair range of small eateries and shops on site. The monorail between other properties was easy to access and frequent. Overall it was great value for the price, clean and friendly. Would stay here again but search out other pools:(

There is a charge for early check-in that caught us by surprise. There is a wi-fi fee included in the resort fee and there's limitations on wi-fi usage. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not serviced after the first night. And I requested the room to be cleaned twice and it never happened. These items made the stay disappointing.

Overall our stay was great. The things that were disappointing were the $450 “resort fee” PLUS a $450 deposit. There were not any extras included. No microwave, so had to go out eat for every meal. We even had to call and ask for clean towels. The pool was open for two of the days (understand it was early season). But we were not allowed to bring our own drinks in (even if we purchased them at the Flamingo) had to spend $20 per drink.

My suggestion is just charge another $450 for the room instead of charging it the day we check in, sets bad tone for the minute you check in.

Otherwise, the room was amazing. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Excellent views. Quiet and clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom light didn’t work, the shower head came off in my hand when I tried to move it. The room was clean but I didn’t pay the extra $27 per night for a remodeled room. Talk about extortion. I’ve stayed at this property 3 times total and it has really went down hill over the past few years. The location was still great.

I was arriving late so I called two days before my stay to note on my room that I would be checking in around midnight. When I arrive to check in they my room away. They gave my king bed room away and the room I got did not have the strip view that I paid for. They said they only had a 2 queen room without a view and I was forced to take it. Pretty ridiculous because what is the point of making the reservation.

I think the flamingo hotel has one of the best locations clean bag room. We paid a little bit extra for a beautiful view. However, the sheets were extraordinarily rough, stiff, and felt like we were sleeping under tinfoil. Overall, everything’s clean their public bathrooms there’s kind workers and it’s really one of the very best locations. Honestly, the sheets were so bad it ruined our night’s sleep. Other than that, it was amazing.

I had an absolutely terrible experience staying at the Flamingo in Las Vegas and would never stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. We were told that our room had been given away, which is completely unacceptable considering we had a confirmed reservation. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the person who checked us in was rude, dismissive, and incredibly condescending, making an already frustrating situation even worse.

The issues didn’t stop there. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially in the Vegas heat. We called the front desk multiple times asking for assistance, and nothing was ever done. No follow-up, no fix—just completely ignored.

Housekeeping was just as bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned for two full days, even after we called and requested service. It wasn’t until the third day that someone finally showed up, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one on the Strip.

To top it all off, we paid for parking at check-in, but our key card NEVER worked when trying to exit the garage. Every single time, we had to sit and wait 10–20 minutes for someone to assist us. It was beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, lack of accountability, and zero urgency to fix any issues. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Also, good luck trying to talk to anyone at the front desk. The lines were always super long. Would have been helpful to have a concierge desk for simple questions outside of the check in or checkout line.

It was all around fine and close enough to the sphere to walk. There was a lot of renovation and the bathrooms in the rooms were kinda weird. I felt safe and it was clean enough but not a luxury experience. Draw sort of a weird crowd too and people were throwing beer bottles on ground in the lobby. Express check in didn’t work so wait was long. I would only stay here if I was going to sphere and on a budget.

Was charged an extra $200 for a ‘resort fee’ on top of what I paid through the app and when I asked questions about it so that I could understand the front desk agent rolled her eyes, got passive aggressive and talked down to me and the preceded to speak over me and call the next guest in lineup to the counter. I will NOT be back. Hugely disappointing and waste of money.

Maybe for some ok but not for me.. Our room was just to far away from everything.. I will say the hotel staff was excellent. Very cordial and responsive.. The up grade room we paid extra for was not in very good shape and definitely didn’t feel upgraded.

The Nathan’s Famous hot dogs was poor food, if the hot dog and small fries I ordered made Nathan famous Then famous is not a quality you want. There was no one in line and it took 10 minutes to get the worst hot dog I have ever had..On top that there at least 4 employees arguing with each other in front of me.. They definitely don’t have proper management..also the price was ridiculous ..There was a place… near the Hotel in another Hotel called the Linq I believe, a restaurant called Hash House a go go
they had excellent food staff and very comfortable place.. for just a bit more than I paid for a terrible hot dog from Nathan’s at the Flamingo I had a delicious full meal at Hash house go go

Place is under renovations so may be better in the future. Rooms were large and bathrooms were recently redone but rest of it seemed a little tired. Resort fee is high compared to other hotels with similar amenities and WiFi was only 2 devices and a pain in the butt to navigate.
