We visited in August, the hotel is conveniently placed next to the beach and close to all amenities, the room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast had many options to choose from and the staff were welcoming. To earn a higher rating, the WiFi could have been better, it is intermittent in the rooms, the air con seemed to be turned off at times and not as cool as we would have liked in the height of season and it would be good if tea/coffee could be available in the rooms. All in all though we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if we were in the area.

Front desk staff tolerates rather than welcoming guests.

Militant-like behaviour by reception staff. The exchange seemed very forced and not natural.

Hotel has no irons, apparently due to security/safety. One has no almost force an ironing service which is only available at a charge.

Hotels in Pyongyang/North Korea have irons in the room!

A 4 star hotel expecting its guests to not have access to ironed clothing. Hardly 3 stars.

Pool closed, not heated. This is not advertised on the website.

Breakfast options are very poor. Juice is not fresh but from package and full of sugar. Terrible buffet. Skip it all together and enjoy brekfast outside.

The suite is advertised as two areas with seperate sitting room on hotel photos. Clearly there is a corridor connecting to the bedroom. Yet, the 'suite' given was small with the bed almost by the entrance door.

Great location by the beach. The lady in the restaurant was very friendly.

I was called four times by the hotel on the day of check out to remove the car and settle a 50 Euro charge for ironing and parking. They have a card on file for a reason.

Again, reception staff tolerates guests. There is no warm welcome feeling of 'home away from home'.

Overall a hardly three star experience.

If you visit Rimini, spend a bit more and stay at the Grand Hotel. A ten min walk away.

Very clean, modern property with very responsive staff. We only stayed for a couple of days but enjoyed our stay. The only downsides we saw were that there was no kettle or coffee service in the room, nor a box of tissues and there was a step into the bathroom which took getting used to. We had a water view and the room was small but very well organized/laid out and efficiently organized storage. The other thing to remember is that this hotel is in the busy end of Rimini with nightclubs, etc., so we had to close all the doors and windows at night to keep out the noise which worked well. They were excellent windows and doors that cancelled out the noise. The beach is wonderful and only 15E for the chair and umbrella.

The hotel is ideally located at a walking distance from the beach and the lungomare. The staff is very professional and helpful, the room was impeccably clean. The balcony had a direct view to the beach with an incredible view of the sunset and sunrise. I highly recommend the hotel.

The reception desk staff and especially Giovanna were very courteous and friendly. The check-in and check-out were a flawless and swift experience. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room we stayed in was a suite with two separate areas, however the space was rather scarce, whereas the furniture and large screens TVs in each area were quite surprising. The toilette luckily was spacious and spotless and the shower cabin was rather modern. The breakfast buffet was lovely, but we would have welcomed slightly more variety.

Overall it was a positive experience and we look forward to visiting this property again should we venture in Rimini in the future.

Good hotel near the beach.

Good hotel near the beach. We had an upgrade to a suite with balcony overlooking the beach. Although hotel had it's own beach area it still cost extra but this is normal for Italy. The Hotel was 15-20 mins walk from the station but there was a bus stop outside the hotel. Loads of restaurants and shops in the area. Best to ask for a room over looking the sea as it could be noisy on the street. Very modern style rooms but comfortable and good bathrooms.

Visit from 31.05.2017. Absolutely amazing place. Very nice, perfectly clean, great swimming pool. Close to beach. Just beach cost us €20/day. But very nice and clean.Tasty breakfasts.
Pubs and restaurants very close but despite this rooms are very quiet.
Highly recommend.

Stayed here on a recent business trip. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and set me up for the day. Did not use the hotel during the day but on return from business it was very nice to return to and relax. Location is perfect for a seaview.

Old hotel needs updating, staff helpful. Hotel is next to th beach which you have to pay for sun loungers. Can be noisy at night but everything shuts down at 12 pm so thats good. Shops and food are cheep nearby as is the wine.

Olimme tässä hotellissa ensimmäistä kertaa ja meillä oli kaksi huonetta. Molemmat huoneet olivat siistejä ja erittäin mukavia! Henkilökunta on poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä ja avuliasta! Aamiainen on monipuolinen ja herkullinen! On oma uima-allas, jossa on erittäin kätevä uida ja ottaa aurinkoa. Olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä majoittumiseemme hotellissa! Palaamme ensi vuonna.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Grei frokost, gåavstand til alt vi ville se, veldig nært stranden med eget område. Ene dagen hadde vi problemer med mye bråk på grunn av feil på heisen. I løpet av noen timer hadde personalet flyttet oss til et nytt rom og kompensert oss for dette, veldig god service og hyggelig personale. Grei størrelse på rommene, aircondition fungerte som den skulle.

The hotel looks fresh and it is situated right between the main coastal road and the boardwalk. The beach looks great, it is well kept. A day’s rental for two sun beds and an umbrella is 18€.

Our room (fito suite 226) had a firm double bed in one room and a fold-out couch in the other. There is a small balcony that fits only one adult. The airconditioner is not strong enough to keep it really cool, better to open the windows at night to let the sea breeze in. There wasn’t too much noise at night, it was the garbage truck that mostly woke us up at 7am.

There’s no coffee or tea facility in the room. We asked for an iron but the hotel would not provide it.

Breakfast is nice enough, although there could be a line for the coffee machine! The sound of moving chairs in the breakfast room can be heard throughout the hotel, it’s not soundproof.

There are a lot of shops, restaurants, coffee and gelato shops around. It is a very touristy area.

Local bus line 11 stops close by, it’s a ten minute walk to the nearest Metromare express bus stop.

Auf der anderen Seite die halbe Nacht Lärm bezüglich einer Bar direkt daneben.

Bis auf einen Herren mit Brille an der Rezeption, war das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich.

Bei Frühstücksbuffet oftmals sehr mühsam, dass man alles was ausgegangen ist, wieder anfordern musste. Es wurde alles wieder aufgefüllt, aber eben erst nach Aufforderung - dies war zum Teil sehr lästig.

Good hotel in nice but noisy area

Good standard, good breakfast buffet, nice staff. The pool is nice but small and always full of small children. Also very noisy from the neighbouring karaoke bar which has the loudspeakers on the outside of the bar! Impossible to enjoy the balcony in the evenings. Good area with lot of restaurants and supermarkets. A 20-25 minute walk from old city of Rimini.

Das Zimmer für Familien (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) war eindeutig zu klein. Das hätte man viel mehr hervorheben müssen, qm nicht angegeben. Bilder irreführend. Abendessen war überhaupt nicht gut, jedes Strassenrestaurant war besser. Das Frühstück war dafür aber super, nichts auszusetzen. Zimmer sauber und Personal freundlich. Parkplatz nur per Schuttel zu erreiche was sehr gut funktionierte, aber trotzdem nicht komfortabel ist wenn man das Auto täglich nutzt, besser wäre mehr Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, das zahlt man gern selbst.
